• Kassidy (9/5): Beautiful balcony view within walking distance of Athens attractions. - Nice balcony view and fairly close to Athens attractions. The apartment was clean and has everything we needed! The stairs up the apartment were a little tricky to navigate and the area at night was a little sketchy. I would not walk alone at night in that neighborhood.

Personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar y dar facilidades. Cocina minúscula, cuarto piso con un ascensor que no cabe más que una persona. Zona bastante mala en cuanto a gente indigente y drogas.

Sie war toll klimatisiert. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen. 👍🏻😊 Die Umgebung war etwas runtergekommen. Aber mit Metro oder nach 15 Minuten Gehzeit ist man gleich in schöneren Gebieten.

• Jenny (8/5): Really great, comfortable, affordable stay! - It was very clean, easy to access and comfortable. Although we could walk to downtown and there were some nearby restaurants that were great, not all the streets nearby felt safe.
• Sarah (8/5): Very good - Apartment was great, for the price and being a 3 bed with a balcony it ticked all our boxes. Facilities were great, and it was nicely decorated and importantly, clean. Communication was very easy, polite and friendly service. Location is a little way away from the main sights, however has a mini market 1 min away, and the metro is very close too. Felt safe walking along main roads at night in a group, would be wary as a woman alone, but that's true of any city.

• Travelhelp (8/5): very comfortable, clean and spacious apartment - Cleanliness of the apartment. The owner provide us with what we wanted. There was washing machine, coffee etc.. Spacious apartment. The area where it is located. there were beggers and drug addicts in the road if you turn rightside of the apartment. One one person could travel in the lift at a time.

• Paul (8/5): Great base for transport links, and nice size for a group - We loved the space, a real good size location for 5 lads out for the marathon weekend. Facilities were all covered, decent living area and balcony space, plus 2 toilets, shower and washing facilities. 1 double room and then 2 twin rooms. Good location for transport links. Couple of nice local bars out within a few minutes walk. No bowls. Have reported back to the lender so hopefully they'll replace. Exterior of the property and the stairs/lift going up is a bit shabby. And NEVER turn right out of the apartment, always go left. Literally 2-3 roads down is a real derelict/slum area. Homelessness and drugs rife on the streets there, so sad to see.

• David (9/5): Very enjoyable stay, good communication from Alex and would definitely stay there again. - Very clean, modern and spacious. Good location next to a Metro stop. A lot of good cafés around the square. No issues with the area, we felt safe and it seems fine at night as well The only thing that was a very slight issue was the very ancient lift that only fitted one person at a time. Therefore, most times when we got back two of us would have to climb five flights of stairs. However, we knew this before we came and therefore I wouldn't say it was a problem, as long as you are relatively fit.

We did not have any trouble looking for parking and there was a grocery nearby. We had a lot of baggage so we had some difficulty bringing them up as the elevator was small.

• Carlo (1/5): Terrible location - The location was in a very bad place, we found a drug user abusing drugs at the door The location was very bad, I asked my kids to stay in the taxi since at the door we found drug users and the streets around were not safe.
• Morgan (6/5): Beautiful apartment however on the 5th floor with no working elevator. - The apartment itself was fantastic, 3 bedrooms, kitchen with living room and all of the beds are very comfortable. The amenities are updated and work well. We were staying of the 5th floor and were told there would be a functioning elevator, however when we got there it didn’t work and one of the residents advised it hasn’t worked in a long time. When asked if it could be fixed, the technician didn’t come due to a public holiday. Therefore all of us had to carry heavy suitcase up 5 flights of stairs, up and down. The location was also in the residential area and was 15 mins drive or 40 min walk to really anywhere.

The hosts Harry and Alex were very lovely and Alex came to meet us arriving with a bottle of white wine which was a nice touch. The apartment was spotless and the balcony was roomy. There were 3 bedrooms, a small but sufficient kitchen, 2 WC rooms, a lounging area and a good size table and chairs. Lots of positives about this place and good value for money. Whilst it was only a 10 min walk to the centre the area isn’t great and I would not be happy for my teens to walk it alone. Also the view from the balcony was of some dilapidated buildings.

• Sten (9/5): Very nice place - The apartment was very clean and beautiful. Beds were comfortable, balcony was big and kitchen was also nice. We had a wonderful time. The apartment is located on a street that’s surrounded by outcasts. Didn’t feel safe exploring the area.
