Он очень приветливый и дружелюбный человек, который действительно позаботился о том, чтобы нам было комфортно и уютно. В холодильнике нас ждали холодная вода, лимонады, соки, фрукты и вкусное вино! Эрик сказал нам: «На время вашего отдыха это ваш дом, чувствуйте себя как дома» — и именно так мы себя и ощущали. На кухне было всё необходимое, чтобы при желании можно было приготовить еду: разные виды чая и кофе, сахар, оливковое масло, специи. В ванных комнатах — полный набор качественных средств: шампуни, бальзамы, гели для душа, зубные пасты. И это были не случайные мелочи “для галочки”, а хорошие бренды. Сами апартаменты — просто замечательные! Чистые, светлые, просторные. Веранда утопает в зелени горшечных растений, а двор аккуратный, ухоженный, с удивительными тропическими деревьями и цветами. Район тоже оказался очень приятным: фешенебельные дома, утопающие в зелени, и, главное, тихая и размеренная атмосфера. Никто не мешает, все уважают покой друг друга. Единственный момент — море находится примерно в 15 минутах ходьбы. Но дорога красивая и спокойная, так что если вы эстет и любите прогулки, вам это скорее принесёт радость. Для нас это было идеальным вариантом! First of all, I would like to mention the host of the apartment — Eric. He is a very friendly and welcoming person who made sure that we felt comfortable and cozy during our stay. When we arrived, the fridge was stocked with cold water, soft drinks, juices, fresh fruit, and a delicious bottle of wine! Eric told us: “During your holiday this is your home, so please feel at home” — and that’s exactly how we felt. The kitchen had everything we needed in case we wanted to cook: different types of tea and coffee, sugar, olive oil, and a variety of spices. The bathrooms were also fully equipped with everything you might need — shampoos, conditioners, shower gels, toothpaste — and not just anything, but high-quality brands.

• Lu (10/5): Very nice - We absolutely loved our stay here! The room was big, super quiet, and had everything we needed — it felt really cozy and homey. The location is great too: it’s close to shops, cafes, and restaurants, and we could even see both the mountains and the sea from the place. Very convenient and beautiful surroundings. The host was super friendly and helpful, always there when we had questions. We’re so happy we chose this place — highly recommended!

The neighborhood is quiet and well rested! The homeowner has helped us so much! He warmly introduced the use and function of various items in the room, the surrounding restaurants,nearby beach. After learning that we lost our bag, the landlord asked us for a picture of the bag, insisted on asking the police station for us, and finally helped us find the bag we lost in the car! Living here makes me feel very comfortable and safe, and having such a landlord makes me feel warm! It was a wonderful holiday and we feel lucky to have met such a homeowner.

The location is just great in a quiet street but within 10 min walk to Glyfada city center or to the beach. Our host Erikos is just great he is always reachable and gave us a lot of tips. • Elzbieta (10/5): We had an amazing time and would definitely come back! - This apartment was wonderful! it was clean and spacious with great views. It had everything for our 3 week stay. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking at the house and we had plenty of great dinners out on the balcony. The location was great. A quick walk down to the beach, the tram line, local restaurants and shops, and a nice Saturday farmers market! Erik the owner was terrific to work with and very helpful with everything! Nothing, it was great!
