• Oguz Can (10/5): A must stay place - Very central, close to all touristic regions. Facility was clean. When i kindly request to leave my luggage after checkout for a couple of hours they helped without a charge. It is very close to nightlife so it is loud in the streets even though after 00:00. It does not affected me but i can mention as a minor negative thing.

El baño muy muy pequeño, en la ducha apenas te pidias mover y se mojaba todo. Cocina muy básica ; si vas para un par de dias es perfecto ; para estancias largas ….o medias ….. muy básico .

• Filippo (2/5): notti in bianco - posizione supercentrale, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana di Monastiraki. ideale per giovanissimi e chiunque voglia fare l'alba ogni notte. check in e check out molto comodi. Purtroppo la notte non si riesce a dormire: i locali sottostanti di via Protogenous sono frequentatissimi dal tardo pomeriggio fino all'alba. Non c'è isolamento acustico e, per tutta la durata del mio soggiorno (quasi una settimana!) la situazione è rimasta intollerabile, nonostante l'uso di tappi per le orecchie. Davvero un peccato.

The apartment is clean and comfortable. The windows isolate the crowd rumors very well. Very good communication with the owner, who’s friendly and helpful.

• Chiara (7/5): - Camera grande con arredi parzialmente rinnovati, posizione centrale, staff gentile e disponibile. Nonostante sia molto in centro la via del palazzo è fatiscente, uscendo la sera abbiamo trovato una senzatetto seduta appoggiata alla porta del condominio. Per quanto gli arredi siano abbastanza nuovi la stanza trasmette un senso di sporco (divano in particolare), soprattutto il bagno non era proprio pulitissimo. Sotto il palazzo ci sono bar e la stanza non è insonorizzata, per cui si sente tutto come se fossero lì presenti, inclusi gli altri ospiti. No colazione inclusa. In generale è un appartamento carino e va bene per una sera, ma per il prezzo pagato ci aspettavamo molto di più, avendo a confronto anche in altri posti durante la stessa vacanza sia ad Atene che in Grecia.

• Popa-Buica (9/5): Great stay! Excellent location! - The location is excellent! Right in the heart of Monastiraki district, one step away from thousands of restaurants and bars, and right in the middle of Athens night life. Also the Monastiraki train station is 10 metres away. Everything is reachable by foot.
• gad (10/5): מלון ומיקום נהדר לשומרי שבת. - המלון היה נקי ומסודר 2 דקות מחבד והמסעדות הכשירות. המפתחות רגילים מתאימים לשבת. היא גם דאגה לקראת שבת למפתח פיזי לדלת זכוכית שהיתה עם קוד דאגה לכבות גלאים במעבר. כל מה שביקשנו מיד סודר.

• Filippos (7/5): Overall good and it could be improved to make it an excellent choice - Great location right in the city center. Big room, very clean and easy access. Our room was on the first floor. It also included a kitchenette in case we wanted to store things or cook. The building is awful and the elevator scary. The mattress in our room was super uncomfortable and on one side it was even deformed (room A2 in case you want to change it). Also, there was a lot of noise until 5am due to the bars downstairs. It didn´t affect me but my partner had to sleep with ear plugs otherwise it is impossible (it is just too loud). Also you need to install a full glass door in the shower otherwise the bathroom ends up super messy after you take a shower.

They was making also renovating and they was making a noise from 7 o clock at morning. The Shower was with out doors and all the water was falling down.

• Shlomi (5/5): יכול להיות נחמד למי שמסתפק ממש במועט, אבל לא מעבר לזה. - החדרים היו נקיים כשקיבלנו אותם, בעלת הבית הייתה נחמדה, זמינה ומצאה פיתרון לבעיות שהצפנו. מטבח מאובזר. החדר קפוא. לא מתאים לאירוח בחורף. לא משנה כמה הפעלנו מזגן על חימום? עדיין היה קר מאד. היינו שלושה לילות, פעם אחת שאלו אם אנחנו צריכים משהו אבל אף פעם לא נכנסו לפנות זבל, או לנקות טיפה. אין ארונות (היה ארון אחד לאכסון ללא מדפים) כך שאי אפשר היה לפרוק את המזוודה.

• Gyorgy (8/5): Close to everything that you come for, ehen visiting Athens for a couple of days city sightseeing tourism. - Great location, right in the middle of the center, surrounded by great local gastro outlets. A little biz noisy due to the centric location and its vibrant nightlife, however since you can not have both, ie a quite environment and a centric location at the same time, we consciuosly have chosen this, prioritizing the location over the quiteness.

There was a second location for storing the suitcases which was around 7 minutes walking away. That was a bit of a hassle, but nothing real bad.

• Roest (10/5): Uitstekend! - Furla apartments ligt op een uitstekende locatie voor een bezoek aan Athene. Lopend liggen alle bezienswaardigheden onder handbereik. De kamer is compleet, heeft een fijn bed en prima sanitair. Opvallend is de service van de eigenaresse en de schoonmaak. Erg gastvrij en hulpvaardig. Ik kom hier zeker terug! -

• Noa (8/5): מצוין למי שרעש לא מפריע לו - מיקום מעולה בלב העניינים, צוות מאוד נחמד שנתן מענה לכל פנייה. החדר נקי ונוח, כולל מטבחון. הכניסה ובכלל החלקים הציבוריים לא מזמינים, די ישנים ומוזנחים. אבל הבעיה העיקרית - רעש מטורף בלילה מהרחוב, כי יש בארים למטה וחגיגות עד הבוקר...... אטמי אוזניים מומלצים.

• anna (5/5): - Posizione centralissima La stanza era molto piccola per tre persone , non avevamo un armadio o divanetto o poltrone per poggiare i bagagli. Il bagno senza finestre molto molto piccolo e la doccia non aveva il vetro di chiusura, quindi ogni volta si bagnava tutto il bagno. Non essendo prevista la pulizia della stanza il bagno era sempre sporco e bagnato

Walk to everything, the acropolis, shopping, local markets, night-life, restaurants etc. The apartment was really spacious in its living area, but really confined in bedroom. If you don't like noise from night-life it can also be a bit noisy, but we quite liked sitting on our balcony and listening to the music and action. The apartments were more run down than the photos suggested.

The apartment was clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were friendly and helpful. • Βασιλειος (7/5): Η διαμονή ήταν για αναψυχή. - Δυστυχώς τίποτα αξιοσημείωτο Η διαμονή μας ήταν στο Α2 δωμάτιο Σάββατο βράδυ και από το παραθύρο είχε πάρα πάρα πολύ φασαρία από τα από κάτω μαγαζιά. Ζάχαρη χυμένη στον πάγκο της κουζίνας και παγίδα για κατσαρίδες στο έπιπλο δίπλα. Ο καναπές είχε αρκετούς λεκέδες(θέλει ένα καθαρό ριχτάρι)και μια μεγάλη τρίχα ήταν πάνω στην διπλωμένη πετσέτα σώματος. Δε ξέρω αν επιτρέπονται τα κατοικίδια αλλά κάτι μικρές άσπρες τριχούλες ήταν στα μαξιλάρια προσκέφαλα του κρεβατιού. Δεν είμαι περίεργος αλλά όλα αυτά ήταν κάπως. Η πρίζα στο μπάνιο δε λειτουργούσε για το πιστολάκι, οδοντόβουρτσα οδοντόκρεμα ούτε κατά διάνοια ένα απλό σαπούνι για ντουζ. 125 ευρώ για ένα βράδυ θεωρώ ότι είναι πάρα πολλά γι αυτό το δωμάτιο αφού ήταν βρόμικο χωρίς καμία παροχή. Ξυπνήσαμε πιασμένοι λόγω των μαξιλαριών. Έχω μείνει και σε άλλα δωμάτια στου ψυρρη παλιότερα, στα ίδια χρήματα τα οποία ήταν πολύ καλύτερα δυστυχώς για μένα δεν ήταν διαθέσιμο. Η είσοδος της πολυκατοικίας αλλά και οι σκάλες ήταν σε άθλια κατάσταση. Γραφίτι στην τζαμαρία χαμηλός φωτισμός… θέλει σίγουρα αναβαθμίση.

Walkable to all important attractions. A little bit noise from the restaurants and people on the street on a Friday night. It didn't bother our sleep. No big deal

• Hadas (10/5): Exceptional - The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very nice. Self check in, but the owner was very attentive and communicative and cared about my needs even though. The location is great, it is a short walk from all the main attractions and the metro.

• Louis (9/5): The facility was very clean. The location perfect. - Everything was explained perfectly through email. The hosts (Mrs Elisavet) was always available and very helpful. Because the bathrooms are black (tiles etc.) they don't look that clean. Not a problem though.

It was 10/10 so i liked everything nothing bad to say

Bathroom was nice and new. Despite a miscommunication about a late check-out time, the cleaning staff were very friendly and accommodating. Location was very convenient.

• Panagiotis (10/5): An honest review - The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The bed was super comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast, and all amenities worked perfectly. The location was ideal—close to everything but quiet at night. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. This place exceeded my expectations and was worth every penny. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

• Sonia (9/5): Great experience awesome staff - The staff were amazing they helped us get a different room as we had a bit of trouble with our first room, so kind and supportive It’s clean and location is pretty close to the tourist attractions It was a bit noisy at night as the neighborhood is known for the night life, could have been a better experience if the windows have been soundproof but overall amazing experience

The host ensured the room would be ready for us immediately, before official check-in time. She asked to clean it on the spot, and also allowed a late check-out, no charge. She was absolutely great and went the extra mile for us.
