• Polina (9/5): - I had an operation in Athens, so needed a place not too far from the hospital, with good WiFi to be able to work, and in a good location with cafes and supermarkets nearby. This apartment was great for this purpose. There are 2 supermarkets within walking distance, lots of cafes and restaurants, and for anything slightly further away Wolt worked perfectly. The apartment was also spotless, with a very lovely design and everything necessary (and more): kitchen appliances, microwave, comfortable bed, very good shower, a smart TV. Overall, great value for money. If you don't mind staying a bit further away from the centre and all the touristy spots, this is an amazing place. WiFi wasn't very fast - it was okay and it worked, but not that great for videocalls. Also, the freezer worked but didn't really freeze the food, just kept it slightly colder than the fridge would.
• Miriam (1/5): - No puedo valorar nada positivo de este alojamiento, ya que no cumple con unos mínimos básicos de higiene. El apartamento tiene un problema evidente de cucarachas. . Cada día encontrábamos al menos una en diferentes zonas: baño, debajo de la cama, armarios de la cocina o incluso sobre la encimera. La situación era muy desagradable. No parece un caso puntual, sino un problema continuo, por lo que consideramos que los propietarios deberían ser conscientes de ello. Aun así, siguen alquilando el apartamento. Además, se trata de un semisótano, lo que probablemente agrava este tipo de problemas

• Natalia (8/5): - The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, had all essential things in the kitchen, AC, Wifi were good. Near the road where you can get bus/trolleybus to the city center, or some 15 min walking to the metro. The apartment is made in the half-basement, you can hear everything from the outside, each time the entrance door is open. Natural light almost does not reach it because there is a small garden and a high wall outside. You can meet local cockroaches, but I think it's a usual thing in Athens flats. So basically there's nothing to be improved but you just have to be aware about all that.
• ΕΥΑΓΓΕΛΙΑ (7/5): Ομορφο καταλυμα μα υπογειο σε οχι ωραια περιοχη! - Μου αρεσε ο χωρος εσωτερικα και η διακόσμηση! Στα συν η εξώπορτα ασφαλειας! Δε μου αρεσε οτι ηταν υπογειο και η περιοχη! Ολες οι ηλεκτρικες συσκευες ειχαν αλατα και ηθελαν καθαρισμο! Στην αυλη ειχε αλλο ενα διαμερισμα που δεν ειχε κανενα διαχωρισμο απο το δικο μας..

• Maks (1/5): - I don't like anything This apartment was a nightmare. It was infested with cockroaches the size of mice, making it a serious health hazard. The area is run-down and feels unsafe, surrounded by three buildings that amplify noise—you won’t sleep without earplugs. The owner is completely unresponsive and shows zero concern for guests once the booking is made. It’s clear they only care about taking your money, not about your experience or safety. Do not trust the photos or description on Booking.com. This place is nothing like advertised. Save yourself the stress and spend a little more for a place that’s clean and safe. Booking.com should remove this listing immediately.

• Amina (8/5): Very good - It's a very nice apartment, very clean, big kitchen to cook and well equipped. The bed is comfortable, towels were new. The accommodation is also closed to a bus stop and supermarkets ! You can find everything that you need nearby The apartment is in the basement so there's absolutely no day light !!! The shower was broken, a plumber has been sent quickly but he couldn't fix it before i leave

• Vasiliki (6/5): Pleasant - Modern, renovated appointment, well equipped (everything that you need). Location was really bad. I didn't feel safe and it was really dirty. In the building, there was a strong food smell (not pleasant). In the appartment, there was an opening next to one of the windows, which was most likely connected with the appartment next door, and you could clearly smell the cigarette smoke as well as (not pleasant food smell for me). You could also here the conversations that the neighbors had.
• Harshit (10/5): A nice, clean, full of amenities, reasonable price apartment - We stayed there for almost 2 weeks. The apartment is recently furnished with almost all the required amenities to stay like Fitted Kitchen, washing machine etc. The 40 inch smart TV was really helpful to watch Youtube or Netflix (I used my netflix account to log in). The apartment is very good value of money for the amenities it provide. Location is also very good with many busses to reach center within 10 mins. The Only thing we didn't like much was the Bed. Thought it was comfortable, it sounds alot when you change side at night.

• Sam (7/5): I liked the apartment, few worrying things like people ringing buzzer asking for food, but ideal - Looked brand new. Fantastic appointments, shower great, water heats quickly. Everything was very good but there were quite a few mosquitos, despite keeping doors shut, so advise plenty mosquito repellent. Location not in the best quarter of Athens.

• Toyin (1/5): Apartment wasn’t clean and the hosts weren’t helpful. - The host HAD NOTHING HELPFUL TO SAY ABOUT THE DIRTY STATE OF THE APARTMENT. They said they couldn’t do much about the hairs seen on the pillows. A simple apologetic response should have been given.

• Djordje (3/5): In a basement, really bad neighbourhood - The aparment is really well equipped and clean The price is low The apartment is in a basement, unlike what the host claims It is located in a really bad neighbourhood which does feel dangerous Neighbours can be loud during the night There is a window of another apartment looking into the room and when the neighbours turn on the light it can light up the whole room The patio is shared and water is dripping down from the AC units everywhere

AC in property above leaked onto clothes airer Once electric fob removed from magnetic thing was dark and therefore hard to unlock/ lock door. In the basement no light near stairs
