A quiet place close to city centre and a lively street with small restaurants downstairs. Kitchen was nice to have, with all we needed for breakfast in the fridge. Alexandros is a very helpfull host and suggested us nice places to have dinner in the neighbourhood.

Concernant les équipements, l'appartement est très complet. Nous avons pu faire à manger sans problème le soir et même laver notre linge (le sèche-linge est inclus). Merciii :) //

A konyha, a fürdőszoba is szuperül felszerelt, a házigazda mindenre gondolt: kávè, tea, fűszerek, gyümölcs, bősèges reggelihez való ètelek. A hifi is nagyon tetszett, szuper kis cd-gyűjtemèny van. Az elhelyezkedès szuper, egy nagyon szèp rendezett kis utcában, közel a központhoz. Az Akropolisz 30 perc sèta, a Syntagma ès a Monastiraki tèr kb 15-20 perc sètára. Óriâsi tetőterasz is tetszett, lehetett napozni☺️.

• Ceri (10/5): We were visiting family in Athens and this was the ideal central location for visiting them and exploring the city. The - We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bathroom and other rooms were generously sized, and the balcony was huge – perfect for relaxing. Everything felt really well thought-out, and the location was excellent. Overall, a fantastic stay – we absolutely loved it!

• Bart (10/5): Perfect! - De locatie was prima, in een gezellig straatje en op loopafstand van de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden. Het ontbijt was zeker in orde, er was vanalles voorzien om zelf het ontbijt te kunnen klaarmaken (eieren, brood met beleg, melk, vers fruit, ...). Het appartement was gezellig ingericht en was heel net. Er hoorde een gigantisch terras bij. De eigenaar was enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Een adresje om zeker te onthouden 😊. Niets.

The location is perfect, close to many great restaurants and cafes, and within walking distance to all the main attractions in Athens. The host was absolutely wonderful, super responsive, and kind. He gave us amazing local recommendations for food and things to do around the city. The apartment itself is spacious, fully equipped with everything you might need, and has a huge terrace, which was a real bonus! It's located in a quiet neighborhood, so I was able to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Another lovely touch: the host stocked the fridge with everything needed for breakfast, which made me feel truly welcome. I would absolutely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

• Alison (10/5): Gem of a place in Athens. Perfect for us - Review of Our 2-Night Stay in Athens Our stay at this apartment in Athens was absolutely wonderful! Located in the vibrant Kolonaki area, the apartment was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect, with numerous bars and restaurants just a short walk away. We particularly appreciated the 20-minute walk to the Acropolis, which made sightseeing incredibly convenient. There were also supermarkets and coffee shops nearby, making it easy to grab essentials and enjoy a morning coffee. The terrace was a delightful spot to relax and take in the surroundings. The building had a lift, which was very convenient, and we felt completely safe throughout our stay. Communication with the owner was excellent, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free check-in and check-out process via the lockbox. As residents of Cyprus, we decided to try the local Italian restaurant, Frederick, and later enjoyed cocktails at Ippotatmus, a bar near the apartment. Both experiences were lovely. Overall, we highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Athens. We would definitely book it again. Useful apps for Athens: Uber and FREENOW for taxis efood for takeout
• Kate (10/5): Home away from home - It was a 'home away from home' experience. The flat is quiet as it's located in a pedestrian area, and is equipped with everything you may need. It is conveniently located in the centre, spacious, with large balconies, and spotless clean.

• Mitelle (9/5): Felt like home! Cozy, quiet, safe! - We had an amazing time here! The apartment is in a very elegant, quiet and safe area. It is 15 minutes walk away from the main attractions, and is in an excellent location. The flat is spacious and is fully equipped with everything you need! There is even sunscreen on the bathroom shelf :)) It has a huge, lovely balcony with view on top of the city. We really felt like citizens there! Alexandros was the best host, he made sure we had everything we needed, was very helpful, he even suggested restaurants and answered every question. Breakfast was okay, we got eggs, cheese, fruits, jam, milk, tea and coffee, and we had to prepare it for ourselves. Everything was very comfortable, thank you for making our stay in Athens so special. The only thing was that it was very cold unfortunately due to the weather, but there were heaters prepared in the apartment so it solved the problem.

Great location, got there by metro from the airport and never used transport except to go back to the airport; walked to all museums and sights. The apartment is roomy and stylish, and we enjoyed breakfast on the terrace on warm days. The bed is hard like it says in the reviews but it's what we like. We did a bit of cooking and all utensils were there. Alexandros was online to help and give advice. He was very accommodating, including past-midnight check-in and late checkout. Details like adapters, chargers, spices and toiletries also helped.

The apartment is so cozy and feels very homely. I was in Athens with my son for the marathon and the location was perfect for both of us. I cannot recommend this apartment more highly. Absolutely nothing
• Nithya (9/5): Home away from home :) - The loft was a quiet, peaceful accommodation for my husband & myself. Alexandros provided us with all the necessary facilities and even helped out mid-stay to clean the place, refresh the sheets & towels and replace the groceries! The place is also equipped with a washing machine and multiple drying stands which is useful for a longer stay. We really liked our time in the loft, it is centrally located and that's great for travellers like us who like to walk rather than take any form of transportation. Alexandros was a lovely host and even arranged for a taxi pickup from the airport when we arrived in Athens. Our experience was simply great, so much so that we have chosen to stay over at the Loft once again in our second leg of our trip to Greece! There was nothing that we didn't like, however the only thing we missed was a full length mirror. That's the only thing we felt would have completed the place, especially while getting ready to step out. Other than that, nothing is amiss at the Cozy Loft with Jazz Notes, Kolonaki.

The facilities were excellent, as there was a washing machine, and plenty of space on the balcony. It was nice and private. • Patricia (9/5): A comfortable "nest" in Athens. - The items the host left for breakfast were fine--eggs, bread, preserves, butter, bananas, grapes, coffee & tea. The apartment was super clean. A great Italian restaurant downstairs, and a lively bar that seemed to be a neighborhood favorite. The apartment was huge, felt very cozy and easy to settle into. Quiet. The bed was a bit too firm for our tastes, but we slept well despite that. The outside patio was an amazing space, but had no shade (awnings or umbrellas), so couldn't be enjoyed in the afternoons as it got full sun.

The apartment is a stunning fifth-floor penthouse, and from the moment we walked in, we felt incredibly special. The space is beautifully designed with every comfort you could imagine. One of the highlights was the **panoramic balcony**, where we could soak in the magnificent views of Athens—it truly felt like a luxurious escape. The apartment is incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to relax, and it comes equipped with everything you might need, including a **washing machine**, which was perfect for a longer stay. The cool **music system** added a lovely ambiance, especially when we played jazz while enjoying our morning coffee. Speaking of mornings, the **breakfast included** was such a lovely touch, allowing us to start our days with ease. A special shoutout to **Alexandros**, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. His help and recommendations were invaluable, making us feel right at home. Honestly, if only we had more time to enjoy this beautiful apartment! It was by far our favorite place to stay during our trip, and we can't wait to return. N/A

• Ashwin (10/5): Exceptional - One of the best hosts I've ever encountered. Reached out to me almost as soon as I booked the room and stayed in touch for the entirety of the trip. Though he recommends coming in by metro, which is a stone's throw away from the flat we came in by cab which also allowed very easy access. It was just a short 50m walk to the front door. The apartment itself was amazing. Very well appointed with all the facilities you'd need for a short stay with family. The balcony area is so huge, maybe even bigger than the apartment. We found ourselves mainly sitting outdoors while we were there. The host provided a good spread for breakfast and also checked with us for anything in particular we wanted and kept everything stocked before our arrival. It was immaculately clean and quiet throughout. Once again, special shout out to the host. We were travelling with a 1.5 year old child and he seemed equally concerned about making the stay as comfortable as possible for him. Nothing! Only note is that like most apartments in Athens, the elevators are tiny. And considering the apartment is on the 5th floor, may require multiple trips up and down if you're travelling with multiple people and pieces of luggage.

• Varsitytraveler (10/5): Penthouse views of Athens - This is one of the nicest apartments I have ever booked. The location is convenient to all the tourist areas, but is in an area with fewer tourists and more Greek residents. We appreciated having a washing machine in the apartment. There are plenty of great restaurants, bars, bakeries close by. Our host communicated well both before and during our stay, and responded swiftly to any questions we sent via WhatsApp. The flat is aptly named Cozy. We were always comfortably warm, with two heat/aircon units. The floor-to-ceiling windows/sliding doors provide lots of light and good views of Athens and also have shutters to keep out the sun/provide privacy when needed. We were traveling in Winter and didn't use the outdoor terrace, but it almost doubles the living area. We hope to return in warmer weather next time. I only wish there had been another mirror in the apartment. A full length mirror would have been a good addition. We only had the bathroom mirror and I never could see anything from my head to mid-chest.

A lot of small things made our visit more comfortable: for example, a shaving cream was present, good tips for "where to go", easy use of washing mashine, towels and toilet paper more than enough, etc.etc. Location was "cannot be better. Apartment more than comfortable for two persons. Great terrace. Altogether to be strongly recommended! Difficult question.....We didn't miss it but possibly small microwave oven could be present....

It was way too hot! The 2 units of AC were not sufficient in cooling the entire apartment due to the layout. We were also not able to use the terrace, too hot but also not exceptional views or ideal for sitting out there enjoying fresh air.

We were provided with breakfast supplies and we enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The flat was 20 mins walkable distance from acropolis and the plaka. There was no parking space and we had to spend quite a lot to garages to keep our car.
• Uroš (10/5): Comfortable stay in large apartment, excellent location for sightseeing - Alexandros is a very responsive owner, he took care for any issue that emerged. Location is ideal for sightseeing Athens. For few days in Athens as family, most of the time we didn’t even take taxi or public transport, since majority of locations is on 15-20 minutes walking distance. There is a huge terrace and a lot of room in the apartment.

Alexandro was very helpful and fast responsive. I liked most the wood oven fire place, that made the whole apartment warm and more cozy. Highly recommended, would come back again more and more. The bathroom was very clean, and full of amenities, but I guess it needs an update.
