• Guest (10/5): Un sejur reușit, într-o locație excelentă. - Locația este excelentă, aproape de magazine și alte facilități utile. Curățenia a fost impecabilă, iar gazda foarte amabilă și primitoare. Vederea din cameră a fost foarte frumoasă. Multumim mult lui Ivo pentru cadouri și pentru deplasarea la aeroport, ne-a ajutat foarte mult. Transmitem multe gânduri bune din România! Nu a fost nimic care să nu ne placă. Totul a decurs perfect. Am avut o experiență foarte bună. Recomandăm cu drag celor care doresc să descopere Dubrovnik.Totul a fost foarte bine organizat și a corespuns în totalitate așteptărilor noastre. Ne-am simțit confortabil și cu siguranță am reveni.

• Anne (9/5): - La vue sur la vieille ville. Les attentions gourmandes proposées par Ivo. La présence d'un store permettrait de mieux profiter du balcon. Les fenêtres des chambres sont difficiles à ouvrir. Les escaliers sont difficiles (mais c'est le propre de tous les appartements du quartier) !

• Andrzej (9/5): - Przestronny apartament z balkonem, z widokiem na morze i Stare Miasto. Kilkanaście minut spacerkiem do miasta i plaży. Wysoko położony więc sporo schodów do pokonania ale za to widok wspaniały. Polecam.

• Marika (10/5): Onnistunut lomareissu! - Huoneiston sijainti oli keskeinen ja hyvä, mutta portaista johtuen ei sovellu liikuntarajoitteisille. Maisemat oli upeat ja meidät oli huomioitu tervetuliais viinillä ja makeisilla. Huoneistosta löytyi kaikki tarvittava ja auton sai hyvin parkkiin. Kaikkeen sai myös heti neuvoja, jos tarvetta oli ja paikka oli myös rauhallinen. Haarukoita ja veitsiä olisi voinut olla enemmän. Nyt oli tasan viisi molempia.

It is quite high up but that makes for the exceptional vie - The Location was excellent with exceptional views of the old city from the balcony. Spacious 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all of an exceptional standard. Lovely living room and kitchen. Wonderful host. There was nothing to dislike as the accommodation description is accurate.
• DIEGO (9/5): - Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was in a great location with a wonderful view of the old city, which made our mornings and evenings especially nice. Check-in was smooth, and the host was friendly and responsive throughout. The space had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. There were just a couple of small spots that could have been a bit cleaner — nothing major, but worth mentioning. It didn’t take away from our overall experience, and we’d happily stay here again. Thanks for hosting us!

• Yevheniia (10/5): - The apartment is perfect for a large family or group. There are three bedrooms with large, comfortable beds. The bed linen and blankets are in good condition. It's convenient that the room has two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped: a coffee machine, electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, and dishes. The best thing about this apartment is the terrace with a stunning view of the sea and the old town. Breakfast with such a gorgeous view gives you energy and a good mood for the whole day. Communication with the host via messenger was very convenient. All questions were resolved within 5-10 minutes. When we checked in, we were met with an unexpected and pleasant surprise from the host: wine and chocolate. I highly recommend this apartment!
• Hardy (10/5): A lovely apartment, with fantastic views, and considerate landlord - The location had exceptional views. Our landlord had kindly left a bottle of wine and sweet treats on our arrival The location was very high up the hill, which meant lots of steps (100s) Going down was quite easy, but to make it easy for us we caught an Uber back up around €8 and very efficient around 3 to 4 minutes wait. So not too much a problem.

• Rhonda (9/5): Superb - Gorgeous sea view from the balcony. This is more of a caution - The property is located up 300-400 ft of steep stairs. The walk down these stairs to Old Town or the grocery store is challenging for even healthy adults on a daily basis. Walking back up these steps is even more difficult. An alternative to climbing these steps to return to apartment after old town is to use Uber. We did this on our last night. Cost was 10 euro.

• Ellenor (9/5): Wonderful place to relax after day exploring. - Location to old town and easy walk down and only 4-7 euros Uber up . Beds were comfy , view amazing . A shade over panel over doors to bedroom. Anytime lights turned on in hallway bathroom it lights up room .

• Rosalie (9/5): Pretty amazing place! - The location although still a walk but near to the famous old town. The view is amazing from the balcony, facing the island and old town. The bus stop for nearby town and airport shuttle is down the street. Ivo is easy to reach with your queries and generous to give us a welcome wine! The stairs, as the property is on top of the hill and we don't have car. We are fit so not too bad.

• Roslyn (8/5): Fantastic apartment with views though you need to be quite fit to get up and downs the many steps, worth it for us - The view from the balcony was spectacular The shower blocked after use, my Husband had to unblock it. The mattress was very soft in the front double room
• Dale (5/5): Not appropriate for older guests - The balcony and the view. The communication with the host was excellent, and he even gave us a bottle of wine. He also allowed us to check out at 2 pm. The living room and dining room were spacious. The kitchen was well-supplied. 205 stairs from the street below. About 500 steps from the beach. The smaller bathroom was the size of a broom closet - it had a tiny sink and very low toilet. It also had no ventilation (no fan, no window). The larger bathroom smelled rancid - other recent guests have complained about this, too, so I’m wondering why the host has not fixed the problem. This bathroom also had no ventilation.

• Stefan (9/5): Superb - Great stay, nice host. Cozy appartement with stunning view over the sea and old town from the balcony. Air Conditioning works well, without it would be a nightmare in summer months. To reach the old town or get home you have to take a lot of stairs, so nothing for a small kids with stroller. As alternative you can take a Taxi ~14 EUR or Uber ~8 EUR.

• Darrell (8/5): Loved Dubrovnik! - The host - Ivo - was great. He picked us up at the airport for a reasonable price, and on the drive to the property showed us some sights as well as told us about the area. He then dropped us off and showed us how to get to stores and restaurants as well as old town. The view from the apartment of the sea and old town was absolutely amazing. The walk was reasonable for us as relatively fit 50 somethings. He also had a bottle of wine for us to welcome us which was lovely after a really long day of travel. The main bathroom - while lovely and renovated, smelled unpleasant a lot of the time. Not sure what that was about. The apartment was older, but suited us fine. The apartment is situated up on the edge of the cliff. The walk to old town was about 20 minutes, all downhill or down stairs. The walk back up was tough. There are 203 stairs (we counted), just from the lower street, and that is after a steep 15 minute walk up other stairs or hill. There is a bus to the lower street, but anyone with mobility issues would need to be prepared to take a cab. (The result of the climb though is an amazing view, so worth it if you are able to do the climb)

• Armando (9/5): Superb - Breath-taking view, closed to the centre (but a lot of stairs!), good air conditioning, the host left a lovely basket of fresh fruit, a bottle of wine and a liqueur to welcome us. They were very accommodating and allowed us to check in before time. Too many stairs to the beach and the centre. Ok downwards, but quite challenging upwards. In the evening we opted for a taxi and it was 120kn well spent!
• Kevin (10/5): Fantastic - very welcoming & perfect all round experience - The owner was very thoughtful in leaving some welcome liqueurs, a bowl of fruit & wonderful bottle of wine for us! The location is absolutely magnificent, overlooking old Dubrovnik and the entrance to the harbour - with great facilities including much needed air conditioning! only the rather large, uncomfortable pillows!
