• Katarzyna (9/5): - Apartament w samym centrum! Lokalizacja najlepsza z możliwych. Widok z okien na główny deptak i plac. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie. Wszystkie udogodnienia ( kuchnia w pełni wyposażona). Apartament w starym zabytkowym budownictwie. Łazienka lekko przestarzała, ale czysto. Polecam.
• Daniel Elías (9/5): Amplio apartamento, bien equipado con excelente ubicación para recorrer Dubrovnik amurallada - Buenísima la ubicación, sobre la calle principal y cerca de todas las atracciones de la ciudad amurallada. La propiedad cómoda, amplia, luminosa, muy bien equipada y segura. Con un restaurante justo en la puerta. Ideal para recorrer la ciudad amurallada de Dubrovnik. Muy atentos los hosts. El último día caminé fuera de la muralla, paralelo al mar durante un largo trecho y descubrí lindos paisajes, parques y lugares que aconsejo visitar si tienes tiempo. Dubrovnik no sólo es la ciudad dentro de las murallas. Hablando de estas, recomiendo también recorrerlas completas, aunque me pareció caro el acceso €40. Si te decides a pagar ese dinero, te aconsejo invertirlo en el Dubrovnik Pass, que no sólo te da acceso a las murallas, sino a muchas otras atracciones. No es mi caso, que afortunadamente estoy en buena forma física, pero el apartamento no es aconsejable para personas con problemas de movilidad, ya que desde la calle, es necesario subir 3 escaleras. Aconsejo a los hosts colocar una baranda en el último tramo, ya que no hay y sería de gran ayuda apoyarse en esa baranda

• Giovanna (6/5): Alti e bassi1 - La posizione perfetta, la casa nel complesso funzionale e accessoriata, proprietario gentile, ma... Probabilmente non abbiamo ben letto la descrizione, ma si tratta di un bilocale mansardato al terzo piano senza ascensore (probabilmente tutto il centro storico è così). Avevamo scelto questo appartamento per la posizione e per i servizi che aveva, ma tra questi la lavatrice che doveva esserci, risultava guasta e mancava l'asciugatrice che era in descrizione (non l'avremmo comunque usata, ma almeno suggeriamo di toglierla dalla descrizione, cosi come la lavatrice già che non funziona). Nel corso del soggiorno abbiamo poi avuto 2 inconvenienti. Nei 2 giorni di pioggia è caduta acqua dal tetto e non rendendocene conto di notte, al mattino ci siamo ritrovati con i piedi del letto matrimoniale bagnato, ma sopratutto la culla in cui dormiva il nostro neonato, che si è risvegliato con 40 di febbre... da qui 3 giorni di calvario, finché non è passata. In bagno, nella vasca da un punto continuamente escono dei piccoli scarafaggi e una delle notti abbiamo trovato e ucciso sul lavabo una blatta abbastanza grossa (entrano da un piccola fessura in prossimità della tenda nella doccia). Per il prezzo pagato e gli inconvenienti avuti, non ne valeva il prezzo. Lo sconsigliamo a chi ha bimbi piccoli (portare su e giù il passeggino un incubo) e a chi meno atletico, perché le scale sono davvero provanti dopo una giornata fuori.

• Rajan (10/5): Amazing location, highly recommended to anyone visiting Old town. - Location is absolutely amazing ! Right at the center of center.. cannot ask for a better location and living room is really big and inviting. Everything is just 5-10 mins walk from the apartment and host was really really welcoming. Host ‘Princess Dora’ could accommodate our luggage for almost entire day after checkout that was really really nice of her. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Dubrovnik old town. Maybe the shower height.. but that was totally ignorable. Not a big deal.

• JM (10/5): Loved it will come back! - Best location inside the old city. 2 mins walk to the old port where we took the ferry to Lokrum Island and purchased boat excursions to other islands. 4 minutes walk from Pile gate where our taxi dropped us off. Spacious apartment, comfortable beds. Short hot showers. Enough time for 1 person but we found we had to space out our showers so each person gets hot water. Not a bother for us but something to consider

• Ada (10/5): Central location with friendly hosts - The location is perfect. It’s very close to all 3 main gates. The windows in the living room were double glazed so it was quiet inside and very comfortable. The air-conditioner worked perfectly and the smart TV was a bonus. Dora and Marko have been very helpful and responsive, helping us to carry the luggage up and down the apartment and showing us where the laundromats were.

Upon arrival we were greeted and walked to the property where we were given the keys and a map of the area. Great recommendations for dining as well near the apartment, highly recommend Gradska kavana Arsenal Restaurant ($$) and M'arden. We were unable to use the washer/dryer as there were no instructions for use but, didn't really require it.

A homely accommodation with lots of useful amenities Although the location was fantastic it had a downside of being subject to nighttime noise if we knew this earplugs would have been brought. BUT still say the accommodation and host were fantastic 🥰

• Courtney (9/5): Loved the location and host is responsive and friendly. - Location and space was awesome Im not a light sleeper but those BELLS are really loud AF. Every. Single. Hour. Of the night and day. We we put in our in earplugs and still got woken up every hour. The last night we ended up sleeping on the couches in the living room bc was a tad bit quieter.

Airport pick up and drop off wa - Just everything, especially that it’s so close to everything..!!! The living space was brilliant to chill in for a but on a hot day with the air con and then go out again in the evening to explore more. Kitchen was great to have to make a few snacks/meals too. Our room’s location was fantastic. It overlooked the square and we could see the church, clock tower and down the Main Street. Very spacious with a table and leather sectional couch.

Not a suggestion for improvement, but guests should be aware that the apartment is close to the church bells which ring every hour, day and night

• Robb (9/5): Comfortable stay in characterful apartment in the middle of the Old Town - Characterful attic apartment overlooking on the Stradun. Handy kitchenette and comfortable bed and living space. Being 3rd storey makes for a tough climb with bags and while proximity to the Main Street (Stradun) is handy it can be noisy.

As everyone says, it’s in feb heart of old town so you do hear revellers outside and clocks chiming but my choice to stay in the heart of town.

• Erin (10/5): A fantastic stay - This was a fantastic apartment right in the centre of Dubrovnik. Very clean and spacious. We had a great stay. It can get a bit noisy at night due to being right in the centre but we used our daughter's white noise machine to block most of it out and we slept really well each night. Very comfy beds. Great shower pressure. Apartment very well equipped with everything you'd need. The hosts were the loveliest people, very professional. We used their own transfer to and from the airport and it was so easy, the car was lovely and clean and new. We really appreciated the lovely food treats they left for us to get started - so helpful when arriving late at night. It's an easy walk to the beautiful Banje Beach and all the restaurants in the old town are right on your doorstep. We also caught the bus to Lapad which was a great day out and break from the very busy hustle and bustle of the the old town. Would definitely recommend this apartment, we were delighted with our stay. Everything was great
• Johannes (9/5): Wonderfull. - The 50 steps to the apartment was worth while. We had a wonderful view from our bedroom towards the pile gate. On the 21 June a symphony orchestra show was playing in front of the church and we could see the whole show from our bedroom window. The room was big and comfortable as shown on the pictures. The living room with kitchen was huge with everything that we needed. We can highly recommend the apartment. Marco our host was very helpful and made sure we were comfortable and settled in the apartment. We visited Banje Beach twice. A very short walk from the Old Town of Dubrovnik.

• Ioanna (8/5): would stay there again without thinking it twice - top location and big flat at a very good price. the travel cot provided for our little one was a very good brand and quality. very comfortable place even if it is a bit dated. the only thing that they cannot do anything about… it is at the top floor so quite a few steps. but expected in the Center of old town.

All in all an excellent visit in this picturesque city. With both of us having knee injuries handrails would be greatly appreciated......very minor and just us.

• Andrea (10/5): Ideal stay in central Dubrovnik! - Everything was perfect and made our stay a dream! The location is great, couldn’t be more central. The apartment is well equipped for all needs and comfortable. The beds have excellent mattresses. Nice couches to chill on in the living room. AC was divine! I read some of the reviews complaining about the stairs. They’re really not that bad. I’d 200% pick this place again. The only minor thing I can point out is the noise coming from outside. Crowds are out until late and might be noisy, but we slept thru it just fine.

• Frederick (8/5): Very good - Great location- you are in the thick of the action-everything right out your front door. The hosts could not have been nicer-very sweet. Be aware that there is no aircon in the bedroom and the bedroom windows have not been upgraded to keep noise or the heat out- we requested a fan which would have helped for air circulation (and noise) but instead the host suggested keeping the bedroom door open to allow some air to circulate which worked well enough. The apartment is above the main square & a loud bar with music which makes for a difficult sleep. There are LOTS of stairs to get to the apartment.

The worse experience my and my family have ever had. we had a problem with the conditionned air and they did not came to fixe it in the night, they told us to come in the morning to fix it. so we passed a horrible night like in a sauna, really impossiblento sleep because of the hot. during the morning we also wait and finally we decided to move to another hotel, we lost our money. terrible experience in this appartment.
