• Hrvoje (10/5): Excellent experience - Our stay at Blumarine Apartments in Dubrovnik was absolutely wonderful. The location is perfect just a few bus stops from the Old Town, yet peaceful enough to relax away from the crowds. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. What really made the experience special was the warm hospitality. The hosts were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. They provided great local tips and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. We especially appreciated the attention to detail, from the cleanliness to the thoughtful touches throughout the apartment. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would highly recommend Blumarine Apartments to anyone visiting Dubrovnik and would definitely love to stay here again!
• Ruiqi (10/5): Cozy apt in a great location - The apartment was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything needed. We visited during a heat wave, and the two powerful AC units kept us perfectly cool. The property is in a quiet neighborhood but just a 5-minute walk from plenty of restaurants, a supermarket, the beach, and the bus stop to the Old Town. We had a wonderful time and would happily stay here if we visit again! Nothing. Everything was perfect.

• Kristin (10/5): Awesome place to stay in Dubrovnik/Lapad - The apartment is so comfortable and cozy and has everything you need and more to have a wonderful stay in Lapad. Easy transportation to Old Town and short walk down to the beach. It’s very nicely decorated and beautiful!! Lots of restaurants available within walking distance. Very nice owner who is very helpful and kind. Do not hesitate to stay here, it’s amazing!!
• Parkash (10/5): We had an excellent stay. The apartment is spotless, well maintained, and Biljana is very nice and super accommodating. - Location is fantastic. Lapad beach, restaurants, supermarkets, public transport are all within a 5 minute walk. The only negative was that there is no electrical outlet in the bathrooms for personal hair appliances (flat iron). There is however a built in dryer on the wall.
• Claire (7/5): Nice trip in an excellent location - Blumarine Apartments is a good place with a nice balcony. The accommodation has everything you need like a washing machine, WiFi and an oven. The location is perfect. Everything you need like the beach, the bus stop or restaurants are not far away. So you can walk there and you have reached it in just a few minutes. From there you can easily take the bus to the Old City. It’s absolutely worth to visit. A fascinating place. Maybe a second key would be awesome.

Very near shops and the local beach. It had an excellent air conditioning unit. I think the price we paid for two people was a little expensive.

• Michael (7/5): A Comfortable, Modern Apartment - We found it to be a clean, modern, adequately equipped apartment with a good size bedroom and bathroom. The lounge/kitchen area was small but adequate. The surrounding area is quite busy with a range of restaurants/bars geared to the tourist trade. Many selling cheap food expensively! The bus service into the old town is quick, convenient, frequent and cheap Our apartment was on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator. The stairs were unwelcome - particularly when carrying heavy luggage. The apartment is in a dense residential area the sound of dogs barking in neighbouring blocks was an irritant. The bus service into the old town is heavily used and can become unpleasantly crowded and hot.

L'endroit bien desservi par les bus locaux, à proximité de supermarchés,restaurants, plages... Babić, l'hôtesse est d'une hospitalité remarquable.

• David (10/5): Fantastic - Location was great. It was walking distance from busstops to go to the old town, a local supermarket and the main wharf with great restaurants and the beach. The apartment itself was beautiful and fully equipped (it had all the basics for cooking). The host was also very helpful. She showed us around the apartment, recommended some great restaurants and activities. She recommend a three island boatcruise and organised with the captain directly, and we enjoyed it very much! All in all, would definitely recommend!
• Benjamin (10/5): A very nice apartment, decorated with care, a bit far from the major attractions (a plus for us) - Great, nautically themed apartment with a lovely outdoor patio. The kitchen is snug, but well supplied with most of the cooking basics available. Very close to a large grocery store and nice eateries. The host showed us around and offered insights on what to see/do and restaurants to try. One of our favorite meals was at Konoba Dubrava that served Peka. It was necessary to order ahead, which our host did for us A bit far from the main sights, but Ubers were easy to come by and the slight inconvenience was offset by the quiet. No real view, with lots of higher buildings around, but still pleasant. There was construction next door, but we weren’t around much during the day. It may have been operator error, but the AC units struggled to keep up (when temperatures were much lower than summer temperatures will be)

• Peter (10/5): Quiet, comfortable & clean apartment in Lapad - We loved our 4 night stay at Blumarine Apartments Located in the quiet residential area of Lapad, the apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. A great location for visiting old town Dubrovnik with the bus stop nearby and Uber/Bolt very accessible and great price. Tommy & DM supermarkets and cafes are just around the corner. Excellent communication with Babic and Dejan, with good local recommendations. Dejan booked an Elaphiti island boat cruise for us. We recommend this apartment.
• Eva (10/5): Exceptional - This is the best apartment I have ever been to, and I highly recommend it. It is very clean, very tastefully furnished, and has everything you could wish for. The kitchen is like at home. The towels in the bathroom are fluffy and smell very well, and the mattresses in the room are incredibly comfortable. The decorations are like in a boutique hotel, so there is everything available to recharge yourself. It is located in a district that is very safe, close to the sea, but far from the crowds of the city. If you look outside the terrace you can see beautiful trees typical for the Mediterranean. The neighbourhood is safe and there is a free parking lot available. There was nothing like that, it is a great place. The apartment has no elevator, so if you have problems with stairs, notice that.

If we needed assistance, we were able to use the WhatsApp. Very responsive! Friendly hosts! We would have liked written directions on how to use the TV, Nepresso machine,and washing machine.

Excellent choice if you want to see Dubrovnik. Near is public transport, grocery, and the path to sea is about two minutes to go. No elevator in the house.

• Vidur (10/5): Exceptional - Great host - very kind, gracious and helpful. The apartment itself is beautiful and relaxing. Come here to relax, enjoy beautiful Dubrovnik. Just one thing to note for anyone with restricted mobility the apartment is on the 2nd floor and elevators are not common in these apartments -- the host was very kind and helped us with our bags. Will definitely be back here!
• Anna (10/5): Highly recommended!!! - The apartment is exactly the same as on the pictures, perfect for 2 people. Really well equipped, cozy, with everything you need for short/long stay, spotlessly clean, in excellent location. Fantastic host Babic took her time to explain key in the neighbourhood, how to get to the bus, Hypermarket, suggested restaurants and trips, she was also available in WhatsApp when we needed her suggestions. I couldn't not be happier with the stay. The beach facility with sunbeds and umbrellas is not operational, however visitors can still use the beach. It didn't have any negative impact on our trip, just make sure you have swimming shoes and umbrella as the beach is rocky I loved everything

• Liam (10/5): Just wonderful and would definitely return . - Good area , close to many restaurants and a supermarket. Uber ride to the Old Town was very reasonable. The lady who hosted the apartment was extremely helpful. The beech facilities close to the apartment were no longer functioning because of some problem with the local government. That was a real pity since everything else was first rate.
• Oksana (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment itself is really beautiful, equipped with everything what is needed. It has also 2 bathrooms - what is really convenient. The location is perfect, in around 5 minutes drive till the old city and in 8 min walk until nice beach and restaurant area. Large store is located in 2 min walk. The owner of the flat is such a nice lady, who showed around and was very helpful. Everything was perfect! P.S. maybe only suggestion - it would be good to have an oil (for cooking) :)

• Maureen (10/5): Wonderful stay i such a cozy well equipped apartment in a quiet location and so close to everything. - The cleanliness, location, brilliant host Babic, everything was in this cozy homely apartment, so well kitted out with everything needed including beach towels. So much thought has been put into this apartment. Babic allowed us a late check out which was so kind as our transfer was not until 1pm and this meant so much to us. Her kindness and communication are outstanding. Highly recommend a stay in this beautiful apartment. Absolutely nothing. Wished we could have stayed longer.

A few minutes walk to beach, which is VERY pretty but rocky, Promenade of neighborhood restaurants and bars, supermarket, and bus station to take you into Old Town. Apartment almost perfect (and I'm very picky) except for stairs (2 floors) if you have heavy luggage. I unfortunately had heavy luggage because I am traveling for 7 weeks. I HIGHLY recommend this place!

• Andrew (9/5): Superb - clean, comfortable, good air con, good location despite 2 separate tanks didn’t have enough hot water for family of 4 to shower for the amount we paid per day I would have expected better complimentary things. there wasn’t any cooking oil? there were only 4 coffee pods for a week? the shop we were near didn’t have any and we bought the wrong pods first time? which clearly others had done who left wrong coffee pods too
