Nette Lokale am Meer in der Nähe, wunderschöne Strandpromenade. Busstation in der Nähe. War ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Danke!!

• m3ar (10/5): - Bardzo mili i pomocni gospodarze. Mieszkanie czyste i dobrze wyposażone – jest wszystko, czego potrzeba do komfortowego pobytu. Z tarasu roztacza się piękny widok. To świetne miejsce na długie spacery i odpoczynek. Dużym atutem jest parking przed domem. Można poczuć się jak w domu. Zdecydowanie polecam.

• Bader (9/5): Would definitely recommend staying here. - The location is really good, as it is really close to the main walking street in Lapad, the host were extremely nice, and the apartment had everything anyone would need for a nice stay. The apartment is really high up in the hill, and from some sides you would need to climb a huge staircase, it was not an issue for us, but maybe it will be for someone else.
• Pauline (9/5): - L'appartement était agréable, bien meublé (il y a même un lave-linge et un lave-vaisselle), une penderie avec des couvertures à l'intérieur. Nous avons pu profiter du soleil sur la terrasse c'était très plaisant. La possibilité de pouvoir garer sa voiture est un vrai plus. La propriétaire était adorable, réactive et disponible. Elle nous a donné de précieux conseils pour profiter de Dubrovnik au mieux. De plus nous avons pu quitter l'appartement plus tard que prévu et laisser notre voiture stationner sur le parking jusqu'à notre départ de Dubrovnik. Le seul petit bémol: les marches d'escalier pas pratique pour les valises.

• Sharon (6/5): Prisvärt boende - Det var rent och fräscht. Vi använde inte köket men allt såg fint ut. Bra sängar och badrum. Värdinnan var trevlig och gav oss mycket och användbar information. Väldigt lugnt och tyst område - vi sov gott. Viss lukt av fukt som minskade efter hand som vi var där. Ingen utsikt från uteplatsen. Huset ligger ganska högt upp så tar du inte taxi hem är det en del trappsteg.

• Thibaud (7/5): 2 nuits à Dubrovnik - Propriétaire très accueillante et agréable ! L’appartement est situé un peu loin du centre mais bien desservi par le bus, seulement 15mn. Le prix est accessible contrairement au reste de la ville La terrasse n’est pas vraiment une terrasse, plus un patio mais mais grave car nous étions peu sur place. Du fait que le logement est en étage inférieur, un peu d’humidité ressentie

• MARIA CHIARA (9/5): - La pulizia, la cortesia della proprietaria e la fermata dell’ autobus vicino per andare alla città vecchia Avevamo prenotato due appartamenti, il più piccolo non aveva il balcone (sul sito era indicato)era in un sottoscala senza affaccio esterno.

La casa ha tutto quello che serve, meglio però se si alloggia in due che in tre perchè è un open space e la zona giorno altrimenti si riduce. La proprietaria è stata estremamente disponibile a darci tante informazioni utili. Posto auto gradito perchè a Dubrovnik non è facile parcheggiare. Comodo per prendere l'autobus linea 6 per la città vecchia. Non distantissimo anche dal mare raggiungibile facendo diverse scalinate Dalla finestra filtra un po' di luce. Divano letto non comodissimo anche se per un ragazzo può andare bene

В кухні було просто все, що потрібно для приготування їжі! 👍 Тяжкува-то підійматися до номера, але переважно більшість таких апартаментів. Номер знаходиться в підвальній частині. Меблі вже не першої свіжості. Пральна машина не працювала.
• Viktoriia (10/5): - Wszystko było idealne. Pokój bardzo komfortowy, dobrze wyposażony — niczego nie brakowało. Gospodarze byli niezwykle mili i pomocni. Na pewno wrócimy — na wypoczynek tylko tutaj!
• Julie (4/5): - La propreté et équipements : clim Rapport qualité prix dingue, beaucoup trop chher pour ce logement. Logement avec terrasse, mais une terrasse qui ne laisse pas profiter de la lumière du jour, comme l'impression d'être à la cave.. lors de la réservation nous pensions avoir un balcon avec vue sur la ville, ça n'a visiblement pas été assez fluide ou clair sur l'annonce n'étant pas le cas.. Matelas 2×1 lit simple, pas cool pour les couples, pas confort et casse gueule car en plus 2 matelas étaient en superposition pour chacun de nous. Logement trop éloigné de la ville, dans une ville oú il est impossible de se garer et qui ne fait que monter et descendre. 4 kilometres du centre trés difficile à rejoindre.

Dałam nam wiele wskazówek o przemieszaniu się po Dubrowniku. Podczas upałów idealne miejsce, gdzie w ciszy można wypocząć. Apartament idealny dla osób bez wózków, gdyż jest wysoko położony. Natomiast jeśli masz samochód to nie ma problemu. Plaża bardzo ładna w odległości ok 500 m. Sklep ok 400 m.

В апартаментах есть все для комфортного проживания- WiFi, кофемашина, холодильник, чайник, микроволновая печь, духовой шкаф, посудомоечная машина, стиральная, гладильная доска и утюг, телевизор.Очень отзывчивая хозяйка. Расскажет вам , что стоит посетить и посмотреть. Без навязывания услуг, а с заботой о своем регионе. Есть только один минус. До некоторых пляжей нужно спускаться по очень большому количеству ступенек. Но можно пойти чуть вокруг- без ступенек.

• Aziz (8/5): Overall, it was a great experience to stay in this guest house! Will recommend. - The host greeted us with warm welcome and briefed us detailed instructions on moving around Dubrovnik. The host is friendly. Everything needed was there. The environment is neat and clean. Comfortable place to stay. It has nice view outside the balcony. It’s located on the higher side of a hill. Tough when bringing older parents. There’s a bus service 6 nearby the area. But require some 10min of endurance when climbing back up to the guesthouse from the bus station.

• Mizuki (10/5): Exceptional - The owner is very kind. The facility is well equipped with kitchen and laundry goods. It has nice view from the terrace, cute interior decorations and is located in a quiet place. The supermarket and the bus stop are in walking distance.

• Hannah (10/5): Great place to stay in Dubrovnik - We could not have asked for more with our stay at Nenada. The apartment was clean and well equipped with a good shower. The location was peaceful and in close walking distance to the supermarket/beaches and restaurants and only a 5 minute walk to the bus stop into old town. Our host Maria was super friendly and welcoming and explained all about the area with recommendations. We were well looked after. Overall great value for money :)

• Maria (10/5): I think that the price-quality ratio is fair for Dubrovnik - The apartment is well equipped and if we had special requests, the host honored them quickly, she lives right next door. She was extremely kind. In all of Dubrovnik you have to go up and down all the time, and to get to the location there are about 2 sharp curves, I would have been afraid to drive on that route. But for my husband it wasn't a problem, I'm not really the best driver. I didn't realize from the description that the studio is in the basement, so you don't have a view from the inner terrace either. But it didn't bother us because we didn't spend too much time in the room, we wanted to visit, not stay in the room.

• David (9/5): Clean, comfortable, and private terrace. Very quiet, peaceful experience. - The owner was wonderful, friendly, and easy to communicate with. Very responsive to any question we had. She was provided helpful information for getting around Dubrovnik. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen were stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The promenade, where there are an ample variety of restaurants to choose from, is several levels down from the apartment. Stairs provide easy access to the promenade. The actual address of the apartment was initially hard to find, but that is just the nature of the way the apartments are laid out in the area. The apartment is on a high spot, so be prepared for many stairs and uphills to get there.

• Maria (10/5): Exceptional - Good value for stay in Dubrovnik. Had everything that you needed with equipment and more. When we came she meet us at the door and show off around and some nice information about Dubrovnik, which was good to get a better understanding and knowledge. Strong and effective air conditioning which was much needed after walking a lot of stairs on the way back. We enjoyed our stay! Since the apartment is on the top of the hill it is quite a lot of stairs so for those who have difficulty walking hills, I could probably reconsider. But it’s possible to take a bus or taxi up.
• Warren (10/5): Fantastic stay in Dubrovnik - Spacious, clean and private room. Absolutely amazing owners who were friendly and gave great recommendations. They also helped us shuttle to the airport at a very reasonable price. The place itself is in a good area near great beaches. Short bus ride to old town. It was difficult to locate at first.
• Marcelo (9/5): Superb - Excellent place. The apartment was great, had good space, and was comfortable. It was also very clean and organized. The host was super friendly, the communication was easy, and getting and returning the keys were done without any problems. It's a bit far from the old city center, but you can easily reach it by bus. I totally recommend staying here.
• Matthias (8/5): beautiful apartment with stunning view of the city - The host, Mare, was very nice. She told me everything I needed to know about Dubrovnik and offered me a beer upon my arrival. The apartment was great and the view from the balcony truly spectacular! The surroundings were a bit too noisy for my liking. Despite using earplugs and having all windows closed I could hear men talking loudly and people moving chairs until late at night, so I didn't get as much sleep as I wanted to.
• Tammy (10/5): My friend and I had the best time and would definitely return to see and do much more ! - The property was very clean and spacious. Had all the amenities required and more ! Beds were comfortable and there were extra pillows and blankets if required. Air con was good when we needed to use it. We had a lovely balcony with an amazing view ! So it was nice to sit out and soak up the sun and relax at times. Mare our host was so lovely, she met us at the apartment and went through everything we needed to know about the apartment, location and areas to go with bus routes etc. she was on hand for any queries we had throughout our stay and was very attentive and she also arranged transport to and from the airport. The apartment was in a good area if you want to be away from busy tourist areas. Old town was easily accessible by Uber or bus. The apartment is on the higher part of a hill so there were lots of steps to climb and descend to get to the restaurants etc. this did not bother us too much for the few days we were there and was a good way to walk off all the cocktails and food we had 😂 even if you didnt want to walk the hill or steps you could easily get an Uber which wasn’t to much money. I would say you need to be able enough though to do a lot of walking. Nothing
• Strangeradvice (10/5): Exceptional - Everything! Mare is a very thoughtful, nice host. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities. They offer airport pickup for 30€ which is pretty much what you'll pay for uber or the bus from the airport in total. There's bus 6 to and back from dubrovnik old town. There are grocery stores nearby. Very convenient location. Mare explained everything with a map and gave us good suggestions. We even had a small sit out to ourselves. Great stay! Would definitely recommend it. The room tends to get warm. AC is in the kitchen, doesn't reach the bedroom. But was manageable in the month of May.

• Kayo (10/5): Exceptional - Thank you to the owners. We were staying for a week and they were friendly and helpful with whatever we asked about. My daughter enjoyed going to the park with them and their daughter too. The apartment was clean and airy with plenty of natural light. Breakfast on the balcony was good as we could sit in the shade of the east side and look at the view of the town. Definitely worth the steps to get up there. The apartment is close to a supermarket and a number of good places to eat. Importantly for me, the sea with good places to go on long swims and see plenty of sea life was also very close by. We are planning to stay again in the future.

• Vojtěch (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was well equipped, including a kitchen and washing machine, which we really appreciated when travelling light. The apartment was clean with a lovely terrace. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend the apartment. A warning rather than a complaint for older or less mobile people. The apartment is on a high hill and you have to climb a lot of stairs to get to the beach or the shop, unless you want to take the bus (which is close by) or Uber everywhere.

The balcony has a beautiful view, which is so comfortable to sit there enjoy the sunshine and have the breakfast. The host family is so kind and friendly, when returning the key, they were even sharing the just cooked sweets, even I couldn't speak any Croatian language, their warm smile is just like the sunshine in Dubrovnik, bright and shining. Nothing. I like the place, though it needs some stairs climb, I even like it, like an exercises.

• Marcoduv (9/5): Super clean and owner welcoming! - The owner was kind, welcoming and accommodating. Despite our late arrival, she took the time to give us useful information and tips. The apartment was amazingly clean and well equipped. The beds are very comfortable. The only regret we have is not having accepted the offer for pick up from the airport (200 Kn). We should also have extended our stay.

• Eva (9/5): Perfect spot for very good price in Dubrovnik - Mare is a perfect and helpful host. As she is working in a tourism herself, she is able to provide you with all the necessary information and tips. Accommodation is very nice, bright, clean and I loved the location near to the new port, however perfectly reachable by local buses that goes several times per hour from the old city.
• Aleksei (10/5): Exceptional - This place is very nice. We arrived early (9 am) and we were allowed to store our luggage before check-in. There is everything you need in the flat. Wi-Fi and aircon are strong. There is a very beautiful view from the balcony. The beach is 10 mins walk, old town is 30-35 mins walk (or 10 mins by bus). Definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Distance from the property to the bus stop and the beach- I personally didn’t mind taking all the steps but it can be challenging for some people.
