• Jessica (10/5): Vi hade en jättebra vistelse i lägenheten och är väldigt nöjda! - Området var lugnt och det var nära till Bellevue beach. Lägenheten hade allt vi behövde och man kunde gå in till gamla stan utan problem. Värden som mötte oss var väldigt trevlig också. Skulle absolut bo där igen!

Great personal welcome, and very accommodating in flexing both check-in and check-out times to work with our flight times. Good location for accessing the Old Town, beaches and port The apartment's quite small, but it had everything we needed

• Margo (10/5): Beautiful sea view - The location is a very quite area, no noise at any point of the day. Walk to the old town is 25 minutes and is mainly flat. You can walk to the port in 25 minutes all down hill, and there are lots of nice restaurants, bars and cafes there. The old town is very busy during middle of day, i went early morning on my second day and it was much more comfortable. The apartment was very clean and the host allowed me to drop off my bags on arrival even though checkin wasn't till later. Contact with the host was very easy and she was very helpful. Small supermarket 2 minutes walk from apartment.

• OPHELIE (1/5): Nightmare Stay with No Refund - When we left. This stay was a nightmare. Aggressive neighbors confronted us out of nowhere while we were outside for two minutes, even calling the police, causing massive distress. The host was completely indifferent, claiming this is “normal” because of Airbnb complaints. The terrace is unusable, the property does not match the photos—it borders a road with neighbors constantly in view. The check-in was awkward, and we were even asked to hang laundry from the previous guest’s bedding outside. We had to leave immediately due to the distress caused by this flat. On the phone, the host pretended to be understanding and agreed we would be refunded, but now she denies our version of events and refuses any compensation. We have never experienced such blatant gaslighting and unprofessionalism in all our travels. This is misleading, unsafe, and completely unacceptable.
• Marica (10/5): We loved this place 😌 - Apartment was clean & new refurbished , Terrasse was huge! Drinking coffee at the terrace was relaxing. We walked to the Old Town for about 20 minutes and surrounding was amazing!

• Des (9/5): Well worth it!! - Appt great, good value...great location in the middle of all the main areas. Minor issue but quite a bit of late night noise from Basketball court behind appt...didnt spoil a great holiday expereince...highly recommend to anyone!!

Apartament is nice with all facilities listed, we loved the terrace to relax. Good location if you have a car - so we could park for free on the street. Have a supermarket close by (2-5min walk). Close to Bellevue beach (5-10min walk), and 20min walk to old town. Location is 20min walk to the old town - but like mentioned if you have a car, very few places in Dubrovnik have free parking.

• Katja (9/5): Peaceful and central - Lovely apartment close to the old town but in a quiet area. Communication with the owner was smooth and easy in every way. The apartment was clean and there were enough towels. The washing machine was also a plus, when it was hot outside, it was lovely to wash clothes every now and then. A lot of fruit and drinking water had been left for us, which was very lovely, thank you for that! There were also a lot of basic food supplies in the apartment. The best feature of the apartment is definitely the large terrace with a sea view. It was a bit difficult to find the right address as there were no house numbers visible on the street.

• Kristina (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely hosts, very accomodating! Good location in that it’s in a quieter area, about a 20 minute walk to the old town. Lovely facilities, have washing powder, iron etc lots of small things that make it great! Nice balcony with a sea view!

• M (9/5): Short stay in nice and quiet apartment - The host was waiting for us to collect the key and show us around the apartment. Bed room is a little small with a child but it is good for 2-3 days counting on the outdoor area which is quite nice. Washing machine and soap at your disposal. Good location and by car you can easily park it for free. Walking distance to the old city was around 25-30 minutes with a stroller.
• Masuma (10/5): Fantastique - The location is great. Sea view balcony. Neat and clean. The bedroom furnitures are not placed properly. The single bed that is kept on the leg side of the double bed is unnecessary. It restricts free movement inside the bedroom.

• Pedrofd (9/5): Superb - The accommodation was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was about a 15/20 minute walk from the Old Town, which was perfect for us - it's a well-trodden path, but if you need it, any bus will take you to the old town. We were entitled to a free parking space, which in Dubrovnik is almost impossible to get. The host also gave us some recommendations for very good beaches and restaurants. The terrace of the house is simply magnificent. There were a few mosquitoes, but that's something we've seen all over Croatia, and not just here. Overall I loved it and if I come back I will definitely book again
