• Dieter (8/5): Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Dubrovnik. Beeindruckende Stadt. - Wir hatten Meerblick und Blick auf Old Town von Dubrovnik. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Der Weg in die Altstadt beträgt 2 km und dabei hat man eine super Aussicht auf das Meer. Ich konnte die Bewertung für: Erzählen Sie uns etwas mehr über die Services und Einrichtungen, die Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts genutzt haben. (optional) nicht ausfüllen. --- Uns hat aber alles gut gefallen.

• Alain (2/5): Prestation très insuffisante pour le prix - Cadre médiocre par rapport au prix, le petit déjeuner soit disant inclus n’a jamais été livré, nous avons attendu 2h 30 en vain
• Wiktor (1/5): - Łazienka pełna pleśni !! Lokalizacja która jest zupełnie inaczej pokazana na zdjęciach, obiekt to zaadoptowany garaż!!
• Piotr (7/5): Ogólnie jestem zadowolony. - Największą zaletą jest lokalizacja. Jak ktoś jedzie na weekend pozwiedzać, a nie do hotelu ze spa i 5 gwiazdek to jest dobra opcja. Jak dla mnie trzeba coś zrobić, aby usprawnić wentylację. Kilka mankamentów zawsze się znajdzie, ale rekompensuje je lokalizacja.
• Kaja (8/5): - Lokalizacja super. W cichej części, do plaży 5 minut, do centrum 30 min na piechotę lub parę przystanków busem. Blisko restauracje i sklepy. Wygodne łóżko, był też czajnik, ekspres do kawy, lodówka. Przepiękny widok z balkonu na morze! Pokój przyjemny, ale mogłoby być nieco częściej.

• Robert (4/5): A part la proximité de la vieille ville, hébergement à éviter - Proximité de la vieille ville. Studio sombre, situé sur le couloir aérien (vol de 5 heures à 23 heures). Odeur persistante d'humidité, invasion de fourmis, très difficile de se garer et pour finir, les petits déjeuners étaient prévus, mais nous les avons eu les 2 premiers jours. Plus de livraison du 3 ème au 6 ème jour.p

• carol (4/5): - Bah l'emplacement à 30min de la vieille ville et facilité de stationnement Photos ...peu conformes ( photochopées) le studio est bien vétusté qu attendu . Salle de bain très vetuste pas d'aération naturelle porte serviette cassé douche manuelle joints de douche détériorer... La literie très mauvaise sommier très fatigué matelas trop mou . Petit déjeuner ok dommage que l'on ne puisse pas choisir l'horaire ( 7h / 9h) nous étions pressé d'aller visiter et la personne nous l'a apporté à 9h ( en sachant qu il faut libérer pour 10h

• Melanie (4/5): Ich würde dort nicht noch einmal wohnen wollen. - Lage, Terrasse, Ausblick vor der Wohnung, angenehm kühl Es roch extrem nach Schimmel. Die Klimaanlage war verschimmelt und nicht gereinigt. Sie hatte ebenfalls Stock- und Schimmelflecken. Die Matratze hatte links oben große Schmutzflecken. Wir hatten starkes Gewitter und es regnete durch den WC- Ablüfter ins Badezimmer. Die Waschmaschine funktionierte nicht.
• Peter (7/5): - Schöner Ausblick vom Balkon. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat gut funktioniert. Ging alles über WhatsApp. Schlechte Parkmöglichkeit, die Straßen sind vollgeparkt und sehr eng. Circa 2km bis zur Altstadt, es lohnt sich ein Taxi zu nehmen.

• Ankit (5/5): Ok ok stay, they didn't provide breakfast to kids below 5 years strange. - The stay was just in front of the sea They only sent breakfast for 3 people no breakfast for my kid 4 year old, and we struggle a lot to find out the apartment. Car parking is infront but depends on your luck if you get the space as most of the time its full.
• C. (7/5): Redelijke locatie, basic, wel slecht bed en zo-zo wifi - Redelijk rustig, niet ver van Old Town en het strand. Bushalte is even zoeken, lijn 9 moet je hebben Parkeren is een redelijk drama, je moet geluk hebben. Appartement is piepklein, terras is onder de klimplanten. Keukenbenodigdheden minimaal. Bed heeft een grote kuil in het midden. Wifi overdag ok, in de avond drama
• mr.A (7/5): - I liked the location the most, the staff was always there for any information. There is always parking on site. The breakfast was very professionaly organized and it was very good. There was smell of mold and i didnt like the the decorative image on the enterance right wall.

• Mark (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely apartment with a sea view & free street parking. Cosy, pleasant and nice. It was walking distance to most of the landmarks in Dubrovnik. Breakfast is delivered to the apartment between 7 am - 9 am so if you are planning to leave early (i.e. before 7 am) like we did, you may want to organise your own breakfast the night before to save some time.

• Charleen (5/5): Passable - Good location, 25 min walk to Old Town. Bed was comfortable. Washing Machine. Upon arrival and throughout the stay, the room smelt wet and musty due to the bathroom not having a window. No coffee, even though it was mentioned, and there was a jug, mugs, and sugar.

• Darcy (2/5): Tiny studio apartment with broken facilities - - the view is pretty nice, you can see old town from the balcony if you turn left. - Aircon works very well - Wifi works very well - €7-9 for an Uber into old town - Walking distance to some nice places - Did not have check in available at 3pm. - Waited in the heat for the host to respond and for cleaners to finish cleaning the room - Shower is broken, there is no handle for the shower head so you have to turn the shower off to wash yourself and it is basically impossible to wash your hair - Shower screen door is broken and does not fully open or close - The TV is decorative and does not work. The Tv is not connected to the Internet or a chrome cast, we tried to put in our hard drive with movies on it, and that also does not work. - The studio apartment is incredibly tiny, and no space to open a suitcase. There is a poorly and half constructed wardrobe that would be best turned into fold out luggage racks so people can lay their suitcases out. - We are a couple and don’t mind being in small spaces together, so I wouldn’t book this place unless you want to be all over the person you’re staying with. Again, it is tiny and the bathroom door does not close - Sink has no bench space and anything you put on it falls into the sink. RIP my toiletries
• Raoul (5/5): Passable - Location is pretty close to the old town, 20 minute walk and very close to the beach. Parking was just in front the location and it Was free. Poor wifi and poor bathroom. The studio was not like in the booking pictures. The Studios who are at 1st floor are much nicer so if u come here make sure to check in there.

• Laura (6/5): Pleasant - A simple apartment (garage conversion) that ultimately had everything we needed. Although located on a road, the courtyard area felt private and was a good space. The kitchen and bathroom were good and the miniature shampoos a nice touch. The apartment had a strong smokey/damp smell that was difficult to get rid of. The WIFI did not work throughout our stay (3-nights) despite me contacting the owner upon arrival.
