• DIEGO (10/5): - Ubicado muy cerca del centro, de las mejores opciones. Limpio, cómodo, un baño y un aseo. Vistas al mar. Tuvimos un percance con la limitación de entrar al casco antiguo e inmediatamente el anfitrión nos ayudó a resolverlo. Un detalle muy muy a destacar! No tiene parking, hay que tenerlo muy en cuenta. La limitación de circular no sólo es por el interior de las murallas, sino también la calle donde está el alojamiento.

• Alberto (10/5): Lugar con excelentes vista, muy tranquilo y cerca para visitar el casco antiguo - Departamento excepcional. una vista maravillosa desde la cocina y el living. Tiene cocina, lavadero, 2 baños y tiene todos los elementos de cocina. cada habitacion super comoda. Las escaleras, pero es normal en toda la ciudad. Lo bueno que solo se deben bajar unos 30 escalones de la calle principal. Para visitar el casco viejo son 1o minutos caminando.
• Karin (10/5): This is the apartment to stay in when visiting Dubrovnik - The apartment had the most spectacular views, and it is very close to the fortress. This was my third visit to Dubrovnik and by far the best accommodation. Besides the view, the apartment was great. Clean, roomy, and comfortable. I will look for this apartment for my next visit to Dubrovnik. It's something that the owner can't fix, but there are a lot of steep stairs that you go down and up to access the apartment.

• Emanuela (10/5): Séjour inoubliable - L'hote est francophone et est très accueillant, il nous a donné de bon conseils. L'appartement est magnifique avec une belle vue, conforme aux photos voir mieux!! Ras, il y'a des escaliers un peu raides à descendre mais à part ça tout est super!!

• Monika (9/5): - Location, Sea Views and of the whole old Town Dubrovnik from the master bedroom = 5 star views The stairs down and up were fun to climb by all if us and it is no more than 10min walk to beach and the old town= great location Clean windows overlooking Adriatic Sea horizon, sunrise and sunset in front of you in both master bedroom and the living room! Beatiful Apt specious and clean with everything you may need. The building and it's surroundings on the outside are very old and a bit creepy. Air conditioning in all rooms require to be cleaned = filters replaced! Smell of chemical fragrances from sachets placed in every wardrobe, so bad for you! We took all of them out and hanged in the utility room instead along with 3 creepy pictures from one of the bedrooms and some creepy decorations also ended up there! Otherwise all was great.

• Rachael (10/5): - Lovely, well equipped and comfortable apartment in a fabulous location. Views from the back were wonderful. Our host was really helpful and left clear instructions. Perfect for a short stay in a beautiful city. There are steps down to the apartment but the trade off is the location which is a 15 min walk into the old town. We got a bit confused with the new restricted zone and ended up paying 25 euro for the very short journey (4.2km) from our car park to the apartment using an official taxi, on the return we booked an uber and paid 9 euros.
• Lisa (10/5): Recommend this property. - Well fitted out with everything you could need. Great location. Property manager was accomodating and easy to contact. Would definitely stay here again. Everything was great. A few stairs down from street level but worth it.

• Brian (9/5): Great stay, would recommend if staying near the old town of Dubrovnik. - Great stay, location was ideal for us. Host and cleaner really nice and helpful. View was outstanding, although you can only see the old town from the bedroom not the living room as in the picture. Was a little noisy at times outside, not much the owner can do about that. The steps getting to the apartment were steep, this was not an issue for us but could be for some. WiFi a bit slow, but again, thats our opinion.

• Sharon (9/5): Fabulous Stay in Dubrovnik - The property was really lovely, bright, clean and modern. In a great location with only a 10 minute walk to the old town. The views from the apartment were stunning. Our host met us and showed us around the very well equipped apartment. We didn't have hot water, not sure why but this did not spoil the stay. We could have contacted our host but did not as we were too busy having a wonderful time.
• Sandra (9/5): Very nice and affordable opportunity for larger families to stay at walking distance to Old Town - The location was easy and the owner very friendly. My mom finds stairs difficult but there was a way to access the apartment from the top with less stairs. Part of the charm of Dubrovnik are the stairs so it's hard to avoid them but it made it manageable. We liked the apartment: comfy beds, plenty of storage space, easy to get a flow of air, kitchen was well equipped. Supermarket is nearby.

• Yerbury (9/5): Amazing apartment with exceptional views, very spacious and a great host - We had a great time at this apartment! It was very spacious, the beds were very comfortable, there was a lot of room for all the family with a spectacular view from the main living area. Was great to have the spare toilet given the 5 of us were staying there. The kitchen and dining area were also very spacious. Definitely recommend!!! We were not able to shut our blinds so we’re woken up early with the light! Otherwise Nothing !!!!

It does mean there’s a great view. Would have been even better with a small outdoor space like a terrace.

There was some nearby building work ( probably temporary). One of the three bedrooms access from one of the others could be an issue for some.
• Rita (10/5): Amazing views, and close to the old city. - We enjoyed our stay in Dubrovnik at this property. The apartment is very large and comfortable; it looked like it had been recently renovated inside and had everything we needed. It’s only a 10-minute walk from the old city, and as many have mentioned, there are around 40 stairs to climb down to get to it. Beautiful views can be enjoyed, from the living room and especially from the main bedroom, where you can also see part of the old city, as well as the sea and Lokrum island. The owner was lovely; he came to meet us and explained everything.

The outside of the building, at first sight we thought it was derelict , the steps can be hard and are not lit at night .

• Jocelyn (9/5): Beautiful views! - This is a bright, clean, comfortable, fully equipped apartment. Quiet location. Beautiful views. Air con and wifi worked well. Mini market very close. The management company never responded to any of my messages so I had to ring them. Once there, contact with the owner was fast and helpful.
• Kathy (10/5): Perfect for group holiday - So clean, so close to old town amazing views unmatched! Perfect for a group holiday big open spaces and rooms and the bikers cafe down the road is perfect coffee spot before a quick walk to old town! Nothing!

It looks better in the pictures than in reality but we don’t have big - The location is very good, even with the stairs (160 from the street below; about 40 from the street above). The stairs could be cleaned and the area maintained better, it looked a little bit without maintenance. The view from the first picture is no longer real, it has a nice view, though. And from One of the rooms you can see part of the old town. The beds were comfy. The kitchen needs a little bit of an upgrade. The first impression (the outside) is not that nice but inside is cool. It is very close to the beach, a very nice beach and also a close walk to the old town. The communication with the host is not that good. I had a few questions and they remained unanswered. Before arriving, it seems managed by a bot. It is through a link which in the end works. Roa is a very nice person and a kind one. He showed us a parking option about 100 meters from the apartment which has a cost and also another option about 800mts away which is free. (We took the second option and it was ok, but if parking is very important for you, consider other option or just the extra cost)
• Neha (8/5): Very good - Fabulous views !! the apartment was also spacious, clean and well equipped. The host was friendly and very helpful. Not very easy to find and the climb to the apartment with over 160 stairs was killing. There is an alternate route where the steps were much lesser(you will still need to walk /climb quite a bit from old town). Putting the official address on Uber takes you to the road from where the climb is over 160 stairs - suggest to ask the host for the alternate road and use that instead.

Our main complaint was the toilets being a little wobbly and moving when we would sit on them. Lastly, shower for 6 people was uncomfortable and the hot water would run out fairly quick.
