Ainda que bem localizado, bem no centro da cidade, são muitas escadas para chegar no lugar, é muito ruim chegar de mala. Para piorar, você chega no quarto e tem mais uma escada para entrar no quarto.

• Abbey (10/5): Excellent - The apartment’s location was excellent and the apartment was clean. Close to the pick up point for day trips. The host was friendly and very helpful, highly recommend.

Inaspettatamente è anche presente una macchina del caffè con cialde a disposizione degli ospiti. Il costo ha rispecchiato le aspettative. Non ho lamentele da fare se non la distanza dal centro divisa da molti scalini .

• Dieter (10/5): - Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal um ein Gefühl für die Besonderheit dieser Stadt zu bekommen. Man fühlt sich von Anfang sehr wohl an diesem Ort. Ganz besonders ist der persönliche Service bei der Ankunft zu erwähnen. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden....

• James (10/5): An ideal location and an excellent host - The property was in a perfect location in the Old Town with all the amenities needed for a great stay. The host even offered us early check-in and late check-out, it was a model stay. There was honestly nothing we could legislatively say we didn’t like. There’s a little bit of noise but that comes with being in the heart of the Old Town, we still slept very well!

• Ian (6/5): Even with our complaints it is comfortable and it is in a great location in the old town. - Great location in the old town and we did appreciate the owner’s instructions on accessing the property from Buza gate. It had not been cleaned very well especially the kitchenette. The top of the microwave was greasy . A couple of PowerPoints were loose and the curtain rod fell out of the wall when we opened the curtain. It would be nice to provide some UHT milk for guests.

• Karolina (9/5): Super! - Lokalizacja - wspaniała! Blisko, praktycznie w samym centrum, a jednocześnie na tyle na uboczu, że było spokojnie i kameralnie. Tuż przy murach miasta. Widoki zapierające dech. Za ścianą słynne boisko. Trochę przydałoby się zadbać o czystość - zakurzone naczynia w aneksie.

• Stacey (8/5): Great place to stay with everything you need. - The apartment has everything we needed for our stay. Maja was so lovely and came to meet us to direct us to the apartment and help with the luggage. Having the small kitchen was great for making breakfast and there was a table to sit and eat. We enjoy sitting outside the apartment and having a drink. Lots of people passing to chat to. Bonje Beach is a lovely beach and within walking distance. If you struggle with stairs it can be a challenge getting to the main area of Dubrovnik. There are also stairs to get into the unit. A box of tissues or paper towels would have been helpful.
• Grace (9/5): Overall a lovely stay - The location was great. Just make sure to take the right gate to get there with your luggages or else wll be a difficult climb up the stairs. The area feels safe. Maja is easy to communicate with. At some point of the night the air conditioning started to make motor noise. Not too loud and didn't bother me. But definitely someone might.

• Noemí (5/5): - Si buscas un apartamento dentro de la fortaleza no está mal. No había gel ni champú pero se lo comentamos a la anfitriona y nos lo proporcionó amablemente Apartamento sucio. Todos los utensilios de cocina estaban llenos de polvo, tuvimos que fregarlos antes de usarlo. Mucho ruido, ventanas malas, además al lado hay una pista de baloncesto callejero que se oye absolutamente todo, incluso por la noche. Aire acondicionado muy viejo y hacia mucho ruido.

• Dominic (10/5): A perfectly convenient place from which one can easily explore the Dubrovnik old town. - The location within the old town was perfect for being near the places I wanted to see and eat at. There were plenty of facilities to use in the apartment which were available and much needed for my stay. The host was also readily available over the phone to answer any queries I might have had. I do not think I got a message beforehand that the keys would be available inside the apartment, so such a message would have been helpful. Also, clearer instructions on which front door to use would have helped.
• Stephen (7/5): Good layout, comfortable - but a few upgrades would improve the stay. - Requires new towels, better pillows, better mattresses. TV channels had a glitch which was annoying.
• Alma (9/5): Good location! - Host is very kind and helpful. Facilities in the room was excellent. Room is clean. Although the steps were not too many, it was hard for us getting there with the luggage.
• Bonnie (10/5): Great location Dubrovnik - Beautiful place, very comfy. Had everything and more to make our stay perfect. Next to a basketball court (quiet), so we shot a few hoops before bed. Also, right next to the west wall entrance. Our host was very accommodating. Thank you.

• Sarbani (8/5): Great location and helpful host - Great location and the host was very helpful. She met us when we arrived and helped us with our baggage. Very responsive to messages. Be sure to enter through the Buza Gate as there will be fewer stairs.
• Stilian (4/5): Disappointing - Location is at the end of old town, one of the highest points. Still 10 minutes walk to the center The hose to didn't show up, whole communication only via booking or WhatsApp or viber. Beds need to be changed, old and there is a sound like from old springs. Most disappointed was the suggested parking from the host. We asked where we can park and she sent a link to a garage, without informing us to prepaid the whole day immediately (40 euro), otherwise they charge you 7 euro per hour. So 130 euro for a night. Overall impression from the city is that they try to cheat the tourists. Avoid sleeping there, few hours are enough for a visit

• Chiew (8/5): Never expect too many stairs to climb - The studio is cozy, love the vibe of staying in the old town. The location is strategic, just a minute away from Buza Gate, which is easy access to the old town itself. The air conditioner is not cold, felt uncomfortable especially in the hot summer. Many stairs to walk which is not recommended for traveler with big suitcase and can’t climb stairs.

Owner will give you best directions. She's very nice and knowledgeable. We had a great stay. Loved Dubrovnik. First time there. Try Lady Pi Pi's restaurant that's close by and no stairs Nothing. We had no problems at all

• Yuting (8/5): It is very convenient to visit the old city. We enjoyed cooking everyday. - We can stay in the old city and the old house. The landlord solve the problems efficiently. Some careless people smoke and talk aloud outside. It’s kind of bothering. It’s not easy to carry whole heavy luggage’s to climb the steps and reach. Need to remind the elderly or special needs people.

The host was very friendly and arranged early entry into the property as our flight arrived a lot earlier than normal check in, which was much appreciated. The host met us with keys to show us into the property. All facilities were in good order. Not a big issue but there was very limited space to store non-refrigerated items of food
