• Klaus (9/5): Fantastisch verblijf van een fantastische host. - Prachtig uitzicht op de haven vanaf het ruime terras. De accomodatie is kraaknet, alle faciliteiten zijn voorzien en perfect in orde. De host Iris is erg behulpzaam, bereikbaar en attent. Ze bracht ons zelfs zelf gebakken cake! Het verblijf is op de zolderverdieping onder het dak. Her en der oppassen voor het lage plafond dus maar is zeker niet onoverkomelijk. Je bereikt het appartement via trappen. Voor ons gezin geen probleem, voor wie minder mobiel is wellicht moeilijk. Trappen zijn trouwens onvermijdelijk in Dubrovnik.

We arrived - Stunning view of the mountains, Franjo Tuđman Bridge, and the bay Fun for children watching cruise ships pass by Clean and well-maintained apartment Two spacious rooms, very comfortable for four people Comfortable beds and relaxing atmosphere Great location - close to shops and restaurants I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Dubrovnik but this property!

The host provide to us transfer from airport and help with information. You a supermarket at 2 min walk.

• Caroline (10/5): Une réussite. - Tout. L’appartement est tel que sur les photos. Bien équipé. Très belle vue depuis la terrasse. Climatiseur qui fonctionne très bien. Avec le bus 6 qui est à 12 min de l’appartement, vous êtes, si il n’ y a pas trop de circulation en 15 min environ en vieille ville. En 15 min environ à pieds vous êtes à la plage de Copacabana. D’ailleurs Iris met à disposition des linges de plage. Certes il faut descendre pas mal de marche et les remonter mais c’est vraiment faisable. Quartier très paisible. Petit supermarché à 3 min à pieds. Et Iris est une personne très gentille. Rien.
• Maria Jose (10/5): Ideal location, comfortable accomodations, beautiful baclony view, and welcoming host! - The location, the feeling of being home-away-from-home, snacks to welcome us (we paid it forward and replenished) being away from the hustle and bustle of the hotel district and in an authentic neighborhood, the proximity to restaurants and the water, how well equipped the apartment was - we had everything we needed. Storing our luggage on our last after check-out. We packed heavy and didn't realize there were so many stairs, it was tough to get our luggage up and down. The street parking can be challenging, but we found open spots.

It was spotlessly clean and everything as described. We just felt extra care had been given throughout the apartment. Absolutely nothing

• Mary (10/5): Gorgeous views in Dubrovnik - Iris was an amazing host. She greeted us at 11pm with homemade treats The apartment was spotless. The beds were comfy, and extra linens, beach towels, and towels were available . The view day and night is amazing. We watched several cruise ships dock across the inlet. We ended up leaving our car and taking the bus into old town. Bus stop is about a 10 min walk. Restaurants 10 to 15 min walk Groceries 5 min walk. Gorgeous beaches 10 min walk We would definitely go back . Street parking can be tricky depending on arrival time. Iris let us park in front of her garage overnight. So, there's not much of an issue.

• James (10/5): Perfect apartment - This was our third time in Dubrovnik and this was our favourite place we have stayed. Everything being on the same floor was perfect for a family. The balcony over looking the marina was a fantastic sun trap to watch the boats( kids loved it). Extremely comfortable beds. Washing machine available was convenient. Short walk to a shop. Uber to the old town was costing us between 3 and 5 euros. Nearby there's a set of steps that join up with a walking trail around the coast which we walked daily. We will definitely return. A perfect place. Nothing

• Ana (10/5): Impressed! Perfect apartment! - Everything was perfect! In the apartment you have all you need for a pleasant stay. Cozy and lovely apartman, spacious and clean as well. We loved staying here, especially for the amazing view. Uber took us 7 EUR to the old town, which is cheaper and more convenient than going by car. In each room, you have AC, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and all species you need for cooking. Hosts are kind and welcoming, ready to help. I will recommend this apartmant from the bottom of my heart.
• Idann1 (9/5): Beautiful view apartment - Amazing view, quieter part of town, good value supermarket just 5 minutes walk away. You can get an Uber to the old town (cheaper than other taxis). The apartment is very spacious, clean and functional. The host greeted us warmly and was very helpful and informative. There were even welcoming snacks for us! A nice beach is only 15 minutes away on foot. Because it's an attic apartment, some parts have restricted headroom. You need to be careful not to hurt your head. A hot water tank isn't big, more than 2 people having showers is an issue as the water gets cold (need to wait for it to warm up again) .

The apartment has a lovely view and must express gratitude for how clean everything was met by us, it is one of the cleanest I have travelled to and as a person with allergies I appreciate very much. It is truly a place away from home with all amenities. Also thank for the extras of snacks and information. We would definitely stay again.

She went above and beyond to help us with any questions we had including coordinating taxi pic - Her place was spotless, well stocked (loved the snacks & beverages that she had left for our arrival) and walking distance to some great beaches. Everything was great. The only caution that people should be aware of is that there are 55 steps you have to climb. This wasn’t an issue for us and we loved the view from her terrace!
• Roland (10/5): Spacious and clean apartment with a special view - As a family with a 4-year-old, we spent a wonderful 9 days at this place. Our hosts were very kind and helpful, and they responded to our needs almost immediately. We were well informed about the apartment, the town as well as the programs. The apartment is as good as it is promised by its photos and descriptions, clean and well equipped. We especially enjoyed the breakfasts and dinners on the spacious balcony where we had a wonderful scenery of the bay and the hills. The place is some 10 minutes walk from good and clean beaches. There mountain-size cruise ships that come and go daily could be disturbing because of their horns, exhaust fumes and crowds of tourists that swarm the old town day by day. But you might not bother. Most of the time, they weren't a problem to us.

• Tomás (10/5): Perfect stay! - We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! Iris was such a friendly and accommodating host who was on hand to help with any questions that we had. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and the balcony is the perfect spot for sitting out on. Lapad has plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and bars nearby! Would recommend this as a place to stay when visiting Dubrovnik.

Lots of restaurants and a supermarket ne - Nice quiet location with a good view of the cruise ships and lots of restaurants and bars nearby, as well as a small supermarket. Easy to get to the old town by bus. The apartment was very well equipped. We unfortunately didn’t get to meet our host, Iris, as she was away but she was very helpful and responsive when we messaged her. Nothing really, although my friend said that the double bed was a little hard.

Host Iris could not be more friendly & helpful..had basic supply of food & drinks in the fridge & also provided beach towels which was nice..she also let us use her garden house to change / leave bags for late flight home.

It was very comfortable, with air conditioning and a fabulous private terrace overlooking the port, having a stunning view. It’s just as shown in the promotional photos but even better! There are quite a few flights of steps to get to the apartment (a little tough in the heat) but you do get used to them .

Perfect location, shop, restaurant and beautiful walking trail within walking distance. Terrace and view from the apartment is priceless - just amazing.
• Sinead (10/5): Fabulous - The apartment is in a lovely quite area and the number 6 bus takes you straight into the old town. Supermarket,bars and restaurants a minute or two away and there is a beautiful walk along the coast just a minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment had everything we needed . The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the view was amazing. Iris herself was very welcoming and helped us with anything we needed to know and also arranged transfer to the airport with a lovely taxi driver who had great knowledge of the area. Absolutely nothing.
