• Rajesh (9/5): Excellent Stay - Very nice neighborhood, clean large studio apt. Excellent views. Though you have to climb two stairs to get to apt. Nearest bus stop and shops are a 12 minute walk (no stairs) - I used Bus # 6 to go to Old City. Property description should include more information on nearest shops / bus station.

• Leigh (10/5): The best stay in Dubrovnik! - An amazing view from the balcony. The apartment is very well equipped and very clean. Very comfortable bed and amazing shower! Very friendly hosts who were so accommodating! Location is about a 25 minute walk from the Old Town, very straight forward to get there with the option of a bus if you don’t fancy walking.

The owner went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed... such a kind and funny guy, with a great love for 80s music that made our chats even more enjoyable! The apartment itself was spotless, super modern, and fully equipped with everything needed to cook a proper meal. It’s conveniently located about 1 km from restaurants, a grocery store, and the bus stop. The famous Pile Gate is just a 20–30 minute walk away (depending on how energetic you’re feeling), making it a perfect balance between peaceful surroundings and easy access to the Old Town. And the view from the balcony!!! It is absolutely breathtaking! It really was the cherry on top of a perfect stay. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. Nothing
• Piotr (10/5): Znacznie przekroczył nasze oczekiwania pod względem jakości do ceny. - Niezwykle przyjazny gospodarz, który zgodził się nie tylko udostępnić nam obiekt wcześniej, ale pozwolił też zostać w apartamencie do 16:00. Apartament był wyposażony dokładnie we wszystko co było w opisie (bardzo obszernym) + Netflix gratis !!! Widok na morze z tarasu - jeden z lepszych w Dubrowniku. Chętnie wrócimy w to miejsce raz jeszcze !!!
• Claire (10/5): We truly enjoyed a relaxing stay in this lovely apartment with its amazing sea view - The apartment was perfect for two travellers. It was modern, comfortable, and very peaceful — ideal for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was well-equipped with a fridge-freezer, hob, and oven, which made it easy to prepare our own meals. Towels were provided, and everything was clean and well maintained. Michael was a great host, providing clear check-in instructions and very helpful recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. The highlight was definitely the balcony — it looked directly out over the idyllic Adriatic Sea. We spent many hours enjoying the warm autumn sun, watching tourist boats pass by and cruise ships sail into the horizon. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, about a 45-minute walk to the Old Town, but there are several nearby bus stops (tickets were €2.50 on board in Oct 2025 or about €1.60 if bought from a booth). The airport shuttle (Platanus) stops in the Old Town, and on the return trip there’s a stop at Grawe station, about a 20-minute walk from the apartment. It’s also about a 20-minute walk to Lapad Beach, with a beautiful seaside route along the way. There are a few café bars within 10 minutes and the Rixos Hotel nearby as well. We truly enjoyed a relaxing stay in this lovely apartment with its amazing sea view — highly recommended! The only negative in our stay - we arrived at 10.30 pm so opted to get a taxi from old town to the apartment and were charged €27 for the 7 minute drive.

• Tomas (10/5): Lovely apartment, stunning balcony view, great location - The best stay we had in Croatia! The place is perfect and has everything you might need. It’s really private, comfortable, and the balcony with a sea view is spectacular. There’s a shop nearby, along with a couple of very good restaurants and a bus stop that takes you directly near the Old Town in just a few minutes or you can walk there in about 15 minutes. Parking is not a problem either; you can easily find a spot on the street if you come by car. The surrounding streets are very calm. The host is very helpful and always quick to answer any questions.

• Michal (10/5): - Great location between the new port and the Old Town (around 2 km to each). The apartment offers a beautiful view from the balcony, and there’s a lovely beach just a few minutes away. The host was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Everything was perfect — we would definitely stay here again! Just be aware there are a few few few stairs around — but nothing too difficult :)

The host was super chill, accommodating. A fella I would happily grab a beer with. We explored Dubrovnik and used city bus to get there. The distance is walkable, but once you figure out the busses you can save a few minutes.

Very relaxing on the balcony overlooking the sea. Within walking distance of the old city but easy to get a bus back (uphill).
• William (10/5): Simply the best place I’ve ever stayed! - I can confidently say that Studio 87 was the highlight of my trip to Dubrovnik. The apartment is absolutely beautiful—modern, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The sea view from the window is breathtaking and made every morning feel like a dream. The location is fantastic! It’s in a peaceful area, yet still very convenient. You can reach the Old Town in about 20 minutes on foot, or take bus number 4 from a stop just two streets above the apartment. It was so easy to get around without any hassle. The hosts were extremely kind and welcoming, making sure everything was perfect for our stay. They paid attention to every little detail, from the stylish decor to the well-equipped kitchen. I felt right at home the moment I walked in. I’ve stayed in many places across Europe, but this one truly stands out. If you're visiting Dubrovnik, don’t hesitate—this is simply the best place to stay. No comment. Everything was perfect!

It was modern and minimalist with air con. Lovely large balcony overlooking the sea. Perfect for sitting out on after an evening out with a glass of wine. Quiet area but easy to get Ubers to go out. Michael and Maria were prompt with replying to emails. Would recommend studio 87.

Modern, spotless clean with stunning views from the balcony- loved our morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the sea! Host was very friendly and helpful. Apartment is about 10 mins walk to the bus stop (bus no 4 goes into the old town) or 20-30 mins if you prefer to walk into the old town instead. It’s a residential area so it’s very peaceful and quite.

• Bogg (10/5): Amazing, extremely nice studio and a very friendly host! - The property is in an amazing location: right by the sea and in a quiet suburb of Dubrovnik, only a 10 minute drive away from the Old Town and a selection of beaches. The bed is comfy, and the 4K tv is amazing and has Netflix loaded in on it. The sofa also doubles down as a very comfy sofa bed. The host is also very friendly and spent some time showing us some shortcuts to the beach, I can’t recommend this studio more highly!

• Laura (8/5): The perfect start to our holiday - The balcony was absolutely perfect, looking out onto the sea and catching the sunset. The aircon was a godsend and the place itself was well designed and very comfortable. It was a 25 min walk into the old town but also well connected by bus, with a supermarket very close-by for supplies and a beach not 10 mins walk away. The hot water is a little limited but luckily in 35 degree heat you don’t need much!

The apartment was very peaceful. But the best of all was the seawiew from our own, big balcony. We loved to drink wine there and watched the sunset. We really love this apartment! p.s. Michael-host answer very soon. He helped us with taxi to airport. We love everything. But if you want some nightlife, you must go to Lapad. It takes 20 minutes walk to Old town. It wasn´t any problem to us, but if you don´t like or cant walk, it´s maybe problem

• Florian.salvin (10/5): Cosy sea-view studio in quiet residential area - The studio is modern, sparkling clean and well-equipped. The sea view is stunning and hearing the waves was very soothing. For me it was the perfect place to stay and I would book it again without any hesitation: a quiet neighborhood but not too far away from he main attractions. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the closest beach and about 25 minutes to reach the Old Town. Michael, the owner, speaks perfect English (he’s half British) and is both very friendly and welcoming. A fruit basket and cold beers were waiting for me as I arrived on the first day, a very thoughtful touch! Don’t hesitate to ask him for recommandations as he’s a very knowledgeable person as well as a professional tour guide. He lives accross the door with his family, so he’s only a few steps away in case of need. The hot water lasts for about 5 minutes (at least when using the rainforest shower), which is enough for 1 person but plan some more time if traveling as a couple as the boiler will take a few minutes to heat up. Though this seems to be pretty common in some countries as I experienced the same a few months ago in Athens.

• Silvia (10/5): Exceptional - Good sized studio with everything you need. The kitchen includes a small induction stove, utensils, kitchen basics and a dish washer. Huge rain shower in the bathroom and a smart tv with netflix. Everything in the studio is well thought out making it the perfect home away from home. It's a fair walk to old town but fine as long as you have the right shoes.
