• Graeme (8/5): Great location Shame about the stairs - Location to all the attractions was perfect. The spiral staircase to the bedroom. The bedroom had no bathroom so it was necessary to navigate the spiral staircase in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom 😙🥲

• Bayarjargal (9/5): Würde gerne wieder! - Die Ausstattung Design hat mir besonders gut gefallen! Sehr bequemen Bett, guten warmen Wasser, super funktionierenden Klimagerät hat uns alles gepasst! Super netten Personal, besonders der Herr Predrag(Predzja) hat uns vor dem Bus Haltestelle empfangen und zum Apartment hingeführt und alle Infos gegeben. Insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden, und ausgezeichneten Aufenthalt in Dubrovnik old Town. Feuchten Geruch von unten von Küche hat es mir nicht gefallen und wenn ich Klimagerät einscgalte roch es nach sigaretten Rauch, darum konnten wir unten im Couch nicht schlafen! Zum Glück eine von uns beim vorzimmer Couch geschlafen, damit hat sie zufrieden! Sonst oben 2 Schlafzimmer waren perfekt, überhaupt der Gegend ist ruhiger. Übrigens möchte ich betonen, es ist 1000Jahre altes Stadt, könnte es sein.

• Duncan (6/5): - Location was great. Breakfast was good. Predrag was always available to answer questions. The de-humidifier in the entrance hall told us a lot! There was a smell of damp in the apartment. I had to empty the de-humidifier of water every day. I also think I left behind a polo shirt about which the owners have not contacted me.

Apartment is clean and functional, we spend a lot of time inside. We had free breakfast all 3 days we stay there. The waiters at the restaurant are so kind too, they provided us with excellent service. I cannot find information for check-in and leaving baggage at the first day in Booking
• Massimo (1/5): A nightmare. - The position Cheap furnitures and unfortunately not clean: we have found bread crumbs on the floor, hairs on the sofa and a giant cockroach in the bedroom of my daughter. Not acceptable with this high price. This is the example of host who think only to squeeze the tourists. Stay away.

Grateful for an apartment that has a washing machine! LOL. Be careful with the light switches outside the bathroom. One of them is actually the power switch for the hot water. My wife was unimpressed with me 🤣

• Urszula (10/5): Highly reccomend :) - It's in a perfect location. It's on a small street, so it's quite silent, but it's still in the heart of Dubrovnik. I couldn't imagine a better one. Good contact with the host - very nice and quick responses. Thank you! Breakfast is a bit far from the apartment (5 min walk), but it is a great place to just sit and admire a great city. It's so worth this short walk.

• Stacey (10/5): Best experience in Dubrovnik! - We love Petra Design Apartment- we have stayed there 3 times! The apartment is so spacious, the furnishings are highest quality, and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom is large and beautifully appointed, including laundry. I think the access is easy (for Dubrovnik) with not too many stairs. There are may places to eat and shop, and a farmers market nearby. Petrica, the Host is so gracious, we received lovely welcome back gifts when we arrived-How thoughtful! Everyone we have met associated the Petra Apartments has been wonderful. I would recommend the airport transportation offered when you book the apartment, we feel it is a good value, and the cars are immaculate. We were met at the Dubrovnik Old Town gate by Matej, who guided us to our apartment and provided orientation. What a wonderful help Matej was during our stay as we had to rearrange transportation- he is a great guy. Everything about the Petra Design Apartment is top notch, including the breakfast provided at Cafe Festival. We have a favorite waiter there, Mijo, who remembers us from year to year.❤️ The fresh squeezed orange juice is epic, and the location of Cafe Festival is great for people watching at any time. Don't just eat breakfast there- they have some delicious Croatian specialties for dinner I have nothing negative to say about the lodging or support we received. We have had nothing but good experiences.

Included breakfast which was perfect. Staff were all very friendly. Lost of towels, extra bedding, wardrobe space if needed, fantastic shower. Couldn’t fault our stay at all. Whilst we were there I had emails from the company telling us about things to do, local weather, numbers incase we needed anyone. Just great! Will definitely book again if come back to Dubrovnik and will advise others to book here. Really 10/10. Nothing was perfect :)

• Whitney (10/5): Perfect location with plenty of roo - We loved the location! It was plenty of room for 5 of us. Staff was responsive quickly and breakfast was wonderful. The hot water worked at night but in the morning it was icy cold. We could not take showers. We must have turned a switch off at night . Very upsetting we couldn’t have hot showers after a long flight for the price of the room. It was disappointing. Needed some extra blankets as well. Also, would have liked more clear information about where to store our bags after check out. But appreciated them holding onto them while we tours the city. It all turned out great! Location was amazing in old town.

Checking in was very smooth despite being late at night and Tony was a star carrying our heavy suitcases. Breakfast was a fantastic extra at Caffe Festival. Beds could have been more comfortable but that’s a personal preference.
• Neil (9/5): Superb - Clean , comfortable apartment along a narrow alley in the beautiful old town , a short stroll to bars restaurants etc . Only minor detail but maybe a bottle of water in the fridge to get you through the first arrival night.
• Heather (10/5): Beautiful location in a beautiful city. - The location was excellent in the old town, close to shops, restaurants and sea front and in the road parallel to the Spanish steps (GoT steps of shame). Our host was excellent, replying quickly to give advice on parking and check in. The apartment had a washing machine, kettle, toaster and microwave. Not a problem for most people, but there are a few steps outside the apartment to navigate. but there are few apartments in the old town that don’t have millions of steps 🤣
• Eva (9/5): Happy Easter in Dubrovnik - Excellent location (not too many stairs up the hill). Good breakfast included in price, served within a comfortable walking distance. Comfy beds, hard matresses, but that is exactly how we like it. Our children did not have to share a sofa-bed, but had two detached normal size beds. Thanks for preheating water for our arrival (cool April nights). Plenty of towels. No heating in the bathroom (just a little annoying and only because we went in April) - not an issue in the summer :-)

• Janet (10/5): Tucked into cool alleys, we felt ourselves becoming a part of this special medieval city. - The hosts made it easy from the beginning. We easily walked all over Dubrovnik, but were tucked in enough from the Frey that noise and other tourists didn't overwhelm. The included breakfast made an excellent start to the day, and the cafe was in perfect people watching location. We also enjoyed the layout and chance to spread out. The pillows were rock hard.
