• Janis (4/5): Not worth 3 star rating. - Location was very convenient Moldy, smelly terrace and laundry area. The smell of damp mold kept us from using the second bathroom. The bedroom with twin beds appeared to have mold on the wall near the windows. The owner should clean up the terrace and put some effort into making it a usable space.

• Miguel Angel (6/5): Cutre pero muy bien ubicado - Nada salvo la ubicación Dejado y con desperfectos. La cocina seguía con una de las placas sin funcionar a pesar de que un viajero ya lo dejó reseñado aquí hace más de dos semanas antes de nuestro viaje. Aún estamos esperando que el encargado del apartamento nos traiga algo para los mosquitos como nos prometió el patio es inutilizable e insalubre. Vi tres cucarachas por la noche en el baño .Hay que saber que lo que pagas es su excepcional localización ,lo demás es austero y cutre . Las fotos son engañosas, no reflejan la realidad. Y no hay opción de desayuno a pesar de lo que dice la descripción de booking

• Steven (10/5): Perfect Old Town Location Within The Walls - Fantastic location in the heart of the Old Town. I couldn't have chosen a better location. The apartment was clean, easy to access and had three good sized bedrooms. The host's communication was perfect and everything was exactly what we needed. A few rouge mosquitos within the apartment, so I would suggest some bug repellant if you stay here. This is not a criticism of the excellent accommodation- it's nature!

• Isla (8/5): Perfect Location, Large Apartment, Great Host - Host was amazing, allowing us access as soon as it was available earlier than our check in time. Excellent communication, very helpful with recommendations. Linen and towels provided as well as a few kitchen essentials. Location was perfect, literally 1minute walk from the centre with all the restaurants, bars and shops. Price of the stay was low for such a large, central location. Drain issues… mentioned to host and he responded immediately advising this is uncommon and attended to look into cause. Cannot fault host at all. Courtyard area could be maintained a little more. We stayed out of season at a very low cost so really not complaining.

• Marie-Caroline (8/5): Bonne nuit - L'appartement est grand avec une salle de bain et une salle de douche dont 2 wc ce qui est pratique quand on est 5. Il est aussi très bien situé et en octobre, malgré le restaurant en-dessous, nous n'avons pas été dérangés par le bruit. Depuis le 2 juin 2025, seuls les détenteurs d'un permis spécial (habitants) peuvent s'approcher de la cité de Dubrovnik en voiture et accéder aux parkings les plus proches. Nous avons donc dû nous garer à 30 minutes à pied du logement. Par choix, nous n'avons pas pris de bus ou de taxis mais il y en a plusieurs. La douche de la suite parentale ne fait pas rêver et un petit tapis aurait été le bienvenu en en sortant.

• Gerson (9/5): Comfortable, homey stay within the walls of Dubrovnik - The location was awesome! Within the walls, so everything was walking distance. Also close to where taxis and buses drop people off. Just has a lot of stairs around where the place is located, so it might be an issue in terms of accessibility. The place was fully equipped with everything especially the kitchen. It even has an air fryer. Things are very expensive in Dubrovnik so cooking some meals was really helpful with our budget. The host was very helpful, responsive and accommodating. We really had a good time! Only thing was there was one dead roach in one of the rooms, but the rest of the place was clean.

• Olena (10/5): Excellent location and apartment in the very central location! - We were looking for the big apartment in Dubrovnik for our group of 8 friends. And we were so lucky to find House Nina! Since it’s in the centre of old town we had a feeling we are in the centre of the world when we just opened the door in the morning! Lots of shops and nice restaurants are just around the corner. The nearest beach is in 10 minutes walking! Bathroom and toilet could be a bit cleaner but in general everything was okay!

• Julián (7/5): Buen apartamento para un par de días en la ciudad - La ubicación es perfecta, las camas cómodas y el aire acondicionado funciona muy bien. El horario del check-in es bastante flexible y conveniente. Necesita una buena reforma, algunas puertas no cerraban y la vitrocerámica no funcionaba. Había un olor muy fuerte en la casa y en el patio, aunque puede que sea por motivos ajenos al apartamento como la humedad de la ciudad o la presencia de restaurantes alrededor. Además, es a tener en cuenta para quien vuele por la noche que no se pueden dejar las maletas después del check-out.

• Charlotte (8/5): Vi hade en helt fantastisk vecka i Dubrovnik och älskade den fina gamla staden. Boendet passade oss jättebra och ligger - Läget i gamla staden är jättebra. Nära Ploce gate och hamnen och baden inne i staden. Nära härlig restaurang gata och gågatan Stradun. (Kan rekommendera restaurang Carpaccio på restauranggatan nära boendet.) Bra med plats i lägenheten för 6 personer med 3 bra sovrum varav två dubbelsängar och två badrum. Trevligt kök. Boendet svarade snabbt på frågor. Det blev stopp i rören badrummet en dag men det löste boendet snabbt medan vi var och badade. Terrassen på den lilla innergården går inte använda men det gjorde inget för oss.

As typical for the historic center, the space was compact but thoughtfully arranged – clean, well-equipped, and with everything we needed. The location was absolutely perfect and definitely the highlight of our stay. The rental process was smooth and hassle-free – highly recommended!

• Caroline (7/5): Superb location, no gathering space - The location of this property can’t be beat, a few steps from the heart of the old town but quiet at night. The owner was easy to communicate with and very pleasant. The 2 larger bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Unlike some properties we’ve seen in the center of old towns, there was at least a 2 person couch and a large chair we moved from the master bedroom so 4 of could almost gather in the kitchen. Like many old towns properties in Croatia, there is no living area in which to gather as a group. The kitchen served a such but I wonder if property owners might consider converting one of their bedrooms into a sitting area. We were after all only 4 and needed only 2 bedrooms. Another improvement that the owner might consider is fixing up the outdoor space just off the kitchen. It could be a real asset to the apartment instead of its current very unappealing state.
• Robyn (3/5): Good location. Dark, musty apartment that seems very neglected - The location was great The manager did not show up at the agreed time to let us in. Then the washing machine flooded the apartment (which explains why it smells so musty). Couldn’t open back windows because the patio smells like sewer. No communication with manager so didn’t know how to turn on hot water tanks.
• Glyn (9/5): Fantastic apartment, great location, would stay here again - Easy to find, however I think the place would definitely benefit from having a sign outside that says "House Nina" or something of the same effect. The facilities inside were excellent; rooms were spacious considering it's the Old Town. Air conditioning was a welcome surprise, although it wasn't really needed while I was there. The water heater (I'm assuming it's that) above the toilet in the en-suite would make random loud noises, seemingly after water was used, i.e. a toilet being flushed or a shower being used. Also - and this is no fault of the apartment - the proximity to the local church meant the bells were very loud and started at 4am!

• John (8/5): Spacious Apartment in the heart of the Old Town - The location was great right near the central strip of Dubrovnik Old Town. There were three of us, with enough beds to house eight, so we were spoilt for choice. Damir was a great host and offered us lots of information. Just a shame we were only staying the one night, so we couldn't really use too much of it though. Struggled a bit to control the air conditioning, though got the hang of it eventually.

Επίσης υπήρχε μία κουζίνα – σαλόνι και δύο τουαλέτες. Γενικά θα χρειαζόταν μία ανακαίνιση. Τα έπιπλα και οι πόρτες θα ήταν καλό να αλλαχτούν.Γενικά θα χρειαζόταν μία ανακαίνιση. • Isabell (9/5): - Das Appartement und dessen Lage waren ideal für unseren Stop-Over nach dem Segelurlaub. Nur ein paar Minuten bis zum Parkplatz wo die Taxis stehen bleiben können und innerhalb der Altstadt mit vielen Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. Super freundlicher Vermieter, der uns auch schon vor Check In reingelassen hat um unser Gepäck zu verstauen.
