• Ola (9/5): Doskonała lokalizacja - bardzo polecam! - Doskonała lokalizacja - bardzo blisko starego miasta, ale jednocześnie cicho i spokojnie. Apartament ma wszystko co potrzebne do komfortowego pobytu. Bardzo wygodne łóżko i miękka pościel. Słuchawka prysznicowa przeciekała - ale to drobna niedogodność. Poza tym wszystko w jak najlepszym porządku.

Trvalo niekoľko minút kým sa nám podarilo dostať kľúče. nepríjemné bolo, že sme prileteli neskoro večer, teda sme nemohli ani nikomu zavolať.

Wszystko w zadiegu ręki, sklep spożywczy, restauracja, przystanek autobusowy. Dla dwóch osób bardzo wygodna przestrzeń, wygodne łóżko. Duży plus za ogrzewanie podłogowe w łazience:) Szum morza tuż za oknem - bezcenne :) Brakuje troszkę choćby najprostszego urządzenia do parzenia kawy, mało sztućców, mieliśmy tylko jedna wspólną łyżeczkę do herbaty :), szklanek Poza tym wszystko super

• Chia-Jou (9/5): - Excellent location, we loved that it was so close to a small beach. It was less than a 5 minutes walk to old town, as old town was busy we didn't want to stay there but liked being in the vicinity of it. The bathroom lacked curtains which made showering difficult.
• Lynch (10/5): Highly recommend this property as away to see Split without being in the centre of old town. - The location is short walk to the old town but away from the noise of old town. The room is very clean and has everything you need. The best part was the patio which allowed us to do our laundry and dry it and have a nice place to relax after travelling for some time.

• Sergio Moreno Perera (5/5): Decepción - El aire acondicionado funcionaba bien y era necesario. La ubicación es muy buena no llega a estar dentro de la muralla pero no le hace falta porque ganas tranquilidad y cada lado de la casa a 2 min tienes unas mini playitas de lo mas agradables. Cuando llegamos al apartamento, difícil de encontrar por falta de información, la puerta no transmitía ningún tipo de seguridad, se puede llegar a ver dentro de noche con las luces encendidas, luces que no funcionan bien con bombillas fundidas e interruptores mal ubicados. El tema eléctrico de la casa deja mucho que desear. El termo de agua caliente creemos mi pareja y yo que compartían con los demas apartamentos porque no duro dos duchas breves de 5 minutos al llegar de la playa. La pared de la cama presentaba húmedades y si te apollabas para ver el movil antes de dormir te manchabas todo,a falta de cortinas en condiciones o en alguna ventana ni había se ve todo desde fuera no tiene mucha privacidad. La nevera tenia una leche fresca abierta y a la mitad ya bebida nose.. no da sensación de limpieza aun que es lo unico que podria estar bien. La madera del techo lo que era la estructura antigua no concordaban con las mas nuevas. Muchas cosas a mejorar.. entre ellas el wifi que es inexistente. Año 2025..
• Rachel (8/5): Great location but a few niggles. - The location of this apartment is perfect. A short walk to all amenities....grocery shop, snack shop, bakery, bars and restaurants. And situated just a minutes walk in either direction to beautiful swimming spots. Only a short walk into the old town. Nice lounge area and well supplied kitchen for what we needed. Brilliant shower and modern bathroom. The window hangings left a little bit to be desired, as you are at street level we had naked streaking moments! The bed was very soft and the mattress well used we both rolled into the middle. Unfortunately the old property has a damp problem in the bedroom area....and the paint is peeling off the stone wall and is flaking onto the bed.....none of this ruined our stay, and is a big fix for the property owner.

• phoebe-kate (1/5): Location was the only good thing about this place. Save your money. - The only thing that was good about this apartment was the location. The location was incredible with the beach just next door. There is nothing about the apartment itself. From the moment we walked in the door the apartment smelt of mould and damp. The apartment was so dark and being on such a public walkway there wasn’t really an option to open the windows or keep the door open. We notice mould behind the bed where we slept so we felt very uncomfortable spending time in the apartment which meant we tried to be out most of the time. We contacted booking.com about this issue with no response.

• YSL (9/5): Historical apartment in the best location - The location is really the best. Near by beach was finallt our favorite beach. The apartment is on the ground floor which makes us to enjoy the small front yard as a terrace to have a breakfast. There was a table and chairs to use in the yard. Quite street. Enough hangers, stowages, hot showers. It was almost perfect home for us in Dubrovnik. The bed was too soft.

It is unfortunately a big disappointment. There is mold in every room. The shower was dirty, moldy and the water wouldn't drain, it was clogged. The kitchen had a smelly drain and sink. The bed mattress was too soft and the wall above the bed is peeling, and mold is visible under the plaster. This accommodation was the worst of all the accommodation we have stayed in. I don't understand how the owner can even offer this accommodation for rent. The price does not match the quality. We threw 400 euros in the trash. I don't expect to be compensated for this horrible experience.

Was woken up in the middle of the night on more than one occasion from other guests trying to get into the apartment thinking it was their room. Seems like there's at least 2 other apts that share the same address. Shower doesn't drain well. Hot water runs out pretty quickly. Spotty WiFi.

• Clarke (6/5): Pleasant - The location and cove view from the window was great. The underfloor heating was also great, February is quite cold. The apartment was super super cold on our arrival and there was a dishonest discription about direct access to the beach. We got told off by the neighbouring house(under construction) for walking to the beach from the property. We obviously apologised but this could have been avoided if it was clearly sign posted/info provided. Also there were no tea towels in the kitchen, we had to use bathroom hand towels to dry the dishes, there was no sharp knife(only a bread knife), empty tea/coffee/salt/pepper containers. Bed was good but they provided 2 single duvets for the double bed, that wasnt very comfortable. Trip hazzard close to ground floor enterance arch at the front of the building(extra long metal bar thats lying on the ground). It was ok but not the best value for money.

• Ying (2/5): I don't recommend this place because you cannot be heard when there's any problem. - close to the old town and a small beach In the official description and the photos, there's a separate bedroom with a queen size bed. At arrival, we discovered that there was a big humidity problem with a strong smell in the whole apartment. The wall in the bedroom was flooded and the host made the sofa bed instead of the queen size bed without informing us in advance. We had to spend the whole vacation on the sofa bed because the host never proposed other solutions. I wrote to the host after the vacation for a partial refund, because a studio with a sofa bed isn't worth the money we paid. She viciously refused the request. The host is rude and thinks only about the money. Plus, there's also an isolation problem, we could clearly hear the talks from the street and the steps from the upstairs.

The view from the window is stunning and the accommodation itself is easy to find and comfortable. The hosts are easy to contact and quick to respond, with helpful tips and whatnot. Would recommend - made our holiday all the more memorable.

Beautiful views 1 minute walk! - Location was unbelievable, the access to a small pebble beach 1 min walk was amazing. 5 min to the gate into the walled city. Beautiful views all around. Apt was so cute and equipped with all the amenities. Would come back 100%. Host was so lovely always responded and the driver sent for our transfer was great gave us so many tips and made us feel so welcome! Nothing!

Easy check in and check out. The shower corner bath could maybe have a curtain rail added so you can have a shower standing up, without getting water on the floor.
• Yuliiaaa* (10/5): Ideal location! I recommend! - An ideal location, after walks, trips or the beach, you can always go home quickly to change clothes, charge your phone or just go to the toilet. Everything is close (bus stop, old town, a small cozy beach under the walls of the house, it's nice to fall asleep to the sound of the waves). There is no traffic on this street, it is very quiet. I liked the atmospheric design of the apartment, it had everything you need. I am very pleased that I chose these apartments! Would love to come back again!
