• Jaracz (7/5): - Clean and tidy apartment, good location next to the bus stop. There is only one air conditioner in the whole flat in the living room, so it’s quite hot in the other two bedrooms.
• Farhaad (7/5): Excellent location with friendly host - In expensive Dubrovnik, this apartment was good value for money for 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms & 2 couches to sleep on. The location is perfect with the bus stop into the old town right outside the building, a supermarket downstairs & sunset beach about 700m away. A walk to the old town is about 35mins. Negatives are that the kitchen is basic without any condiments etc & the hot water cylinder is very small. Communication was good & Mr Andro even helped organise us a minivan transfer to Montenegro. Overall it was a good stay.

• Geri (10/5): Great location. Clean and plenty of space. - Location was convenient to bus stop to get to Old Town. Within walking distance to beautiful Sunset Beach. We enjoyed our stay very much. The owner’s daughter met us when we arrived and came to say goodbye. Very kind family.

• Pravin (2/5): I will not recomande, owner should atleast keep fans in bedrooms. - Location There are no fans or air-conditions in bedroom. In very hot and humid weather difficult to sleep. Couldn't keep windows open due to traffic noise. Only air con in living room and owner asked us keep it ON whole days even we are out and in night keep all bedroom doors open. Which compromise our privacy. Dish washer was not in working condition. No good toiletries and washing machine soap in bathroom
• Veiko (10/5): Outstanding as it is - Dubrovnik is a notoriously crowded tourist town, and apartment choosing sounds like a hit'n'miss process. We were lucky in that. The place was: - Clean. Very clean. - Fresh. No squaky things, no deteriorating furniture, no broken household technics - Resourceful. Washing mashine, ironing items, all kitchenware you need on trip (and really mean it, like cutlery for everyone, a sharp knife and so on are found not in every apartment somehow) - Well designed. Dining table in right proportions, plenty of sofa room, lovely balcony, comfortable beds, working layout of rooms. Extra points from me come from being so to say, spartan, I mean no livelovelaugh signs etc. everywhere;) On the locations side - the port, the modern downtown, and groceries are all in walking distance, one of the latter being downstairs in the same building. So you wont run out of beer and watermelons any time. Keep you windows closed though at night, the sound of the store activity at 3 am right below the bedrooms' window will wake you otherwise. There's a well placed air conditioner to fight heat anyways. I have to mention it here, please put some bathroom floor mat there, it's pretty slippery without.

• Rohan (10/5): Great and happy stay at the apartment. - The location of the apartment is great. The apartment is clean and has all the required amenities for a good stay. The host was very helpful and gracious. I had to pay in cash for the property which I forgot but he waited and came the next day and picked up the cash.
