Guest Reviews
- Max (10/5): Great Stay. Great Hosts. - I had a really great stay in Dubrovnik. The apartment was super clean, comfortable, and felt very safe throughout my stay. Communication with the host was excellent, they were friendly, responsive, and made everything smooth from start to finish. The place had a really nice welcoming atmosphere. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I would happily come back again.
- Imane (10/5): Stunning view on Dubrovnik city - Very nice view on the ocean and Dubrovnik city
Very clean apartment and lovely people
I totally recommend
- Anastasios (9/5): - The view, the bed. No door to bathroom
- Yuliia (9/5): I think the price matches the quality. The apartment is very clean. There's a great view from the window. Good commu - I want to thank Nikolina for the excellent service. The apartment has everything you need, and the view from the balcony is simply wonderful. The Old Town is a 15-minute walk away, and bus number 8 stops nearby. The host left us a Croatian gift, which was very nice. It was a wonderful 5 days in Dubrovnik! We were a little cold, but the air conditioning saved us. I also think the small boiler is a minor issue.
- Tihana (10/5): -
- Laura (9/5): -
- Christina (8/5): - Super Aussicht auf das Meer und die Altstadt Etwas beschwerlicher Fußweg über steile Treppen
- Yuying (10/5): - The room has a great view from the balcony. The bed is comfortable, and everything is clean and well-kept.
The location is good. Walk to old town just 10 to 12 miss.
- Gilles (8/5): - La vue
- Yastheel (10/5): The perfect apartment for a summer break!! - The host, Nikolina and the stunning views from this apartment just compliment each other.
A view at anytime of the day, morning, midday and sunset.
Very close to the best beaches, the old town and a string of great restaurants.
The host, Nikolina assisted in every way possible from public transport, a private transfer and any recommendations for our stay.
Highly recommend Dubrovnik colours! Nothing at all!
- Karina (10/5): - Stunning accommodation with the most amazing views of Dubrovnik 😍 immaculate apartment & Nikolina was an amazing host!
Would recommend to everyone & will definitely come back🥰
- Erica (10/5): Exceptional - Honestly the pictures don’t even do it justice, the view is phenomenal, the apartment is super clean, cozy, with good amenities, and the host was fantastic. I wish I could’ve stayed longer but I’m so glad I got to spend some time there. The only con is that you’ll never want to leave to explore the rest of Dubrovnik because the views are so stunning. Would return in a heartbeat.
- Paul (10/5): Beautiful views and convenient to the city. We would definitely return - We expected a room with a view and were certainly not disappointed. We were so pleased the photos matched reality and you cannot really get a better view of the city to watch the sunset.
The apartment is convenient to the city and about a 20 minute walk into town. Easier going into town as it's downhill. The location is convenient to the bus stop and catching the No. 5 or 8 bus is easy.
If you're not into stairs then Dubrovnik is not the holiday for you; they are everywhere. The apartment can be reached by taking the short-cut from the main road access from town/bus stop but it does involve 140 stairs. Good for your cardio vascular system.
Nikolina made sure everything was ready for our arrival time and getting the keys is very easy. There is a small shop a few metres from the building where you can get essentials but it was very nice that some coffee pods were supplied and that we could have a drink before sourcing more supplies.
The apartment was lovely and clean, as were all the linen and towel supplies. Nothing. Everything was exactly as described so we got what we expected........but the view was better.
- Ahmed (10/5): The one place if you want beaches, relaxation and old town combined. - Everything was just perfect for the place. One small local store in front, a bus stop to the center just down stairs on the street, or a 15 minutes walk to either nearby beaches or old town is pleasant.
- Chantelle (10/5): A Must would recommend and stay again - Apartment was fantastic, had everything you needed, host were very helpful and friendly. Nothing
- Katarzyna (10/5): Gorgeous view from this nice and convenient apartment - It is a very nice studio-apartment with everything you may need stuck comfortably in every bit of this tiny space. The greatest advantage are the two balconies, both overlooking beautiful Dubrovnik. We used one of them to relax - lovely basket chair with nice pillows! and the other to extend the apartment space, especially the kitchen area. Very responsive and kind host - thank you for an earlier check-in and possibilty to leave our luggage two more hours at the apartment. The airport transfer was very effective and rather a must. There was nothing we did not like but I think it is good to know that the apartment 2 and 3 share a corridor with a washing machine and luckily our neighbours were quiet. And the kitchenette was extremely small making it were hard to use. There was a cooker! one-burner only, hidden on a fridge in the cabinet.
- Ihor (10/5): Wondrous Sunlit Apartment, With Designer's Vibe - When you happen to be in the Old Town after sunset, you will notice birds tucking themselves comfortably into the man-made holes high in the wall. Those shelters provide them with safety from omnipresent cats and serve as cozy nests. The same could be applied to the description of Dubrovnik Colors Apartments - high enough to provide a thousands euro seaside view and but accessible enough to keep your breath when ascending; safe, luminious, modernly equipped with necessities, quite and insulated from the noise of overtourism 12 minutes away. You can leisurely walk to down town or take Bus 8 nearby. Save yourselves on guide books - you will find Rick Steven's Croatia 7th Edition and Eyewitness Travel Guide under TV (that one equipped with Netflix and Amazon Prime). Two sunlit balconies with sea exposures, competing for the best view. Hospitable landlords, always available at the distance of a what's up message. So if you are on their booking page, do not overthink - this is your award, your choice, your ultimate luck. Go ahead while it is still available. P.S. If the luggage storage for the departure day is on your mind, discuss options with a landlord in advance.
- Dinningson (10/5): Peaceful and Comforting - The property is in a prime location overlooking the Adriatic Sea. Just a few minutes walk and you are to the main town/city of Dubrovnik, the beach is just a couple of minutes walk from the property. The view of the Dubrovnik town centre at night from the balcony is stunning The property is situated in an optimal location, providing a panoramic view of the Adriatic Sea. Within a short walking distance, you will find the bustling town of Dubrovnik, while the beach is conveniently accessible within a few minutes. The evening view of Dubrovnik’s town center from the balcony is truly captivating. The property is well-maintained and clean. The linens provided is clean and I’m profoundly happy choosing this property. I would highly this property to all.
- Maya (9/5): Beautiful apartment! - We had a wonderful stay here. The apartment was lovely, extremely clean and had all the necessary amenities. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The best part of the apartment though was the view. It really is gorgeous. We watched the sunrise and sunset almost every day. The host was very accommodating, letting us keep our luggage on the property so we could explore a bit more before our flight home. Would recommend! The apartment is on the small side, so really only good for two people. The balcony makes up for it, giving natural light to the entire room. The only other thing is the walk to old town is a bit long, but a beautiful walk if you can muster up the stamina. There is a bus as well which the station for is 5 minutes from the apartment walking.
- Aveen (10/5): Fab apartment - The property was so close to the old town.
The property had anything you could possibly need.
Comfortable room.
2 balcony’s
- Thomas (10/5): Great property and location. Would highly recommend. - Great apartment with clear views to Dubrovnik old town and daily sunsets. We stayed for 4 nights which was perfect. Nothing. Some may consider the location to be too far from town , however we love to walk and the extra distance of 1.0k contributed nicely to our daily step count!
- Nenad (8/5): Very good - beautiful view of the sea and the old town
- Susan (9/5): Attentive host, great location, happy days. - Very well equipped, our host had thought of everything. Stunning views. A little further from the centre than originally planned, but bus stop 10 minutes walk. Free street parking once found.
- Scott (10/5): PERFECT apartment with a MILLION dollar view overlooking the Adriatic Sea and Old Town Dubrovnik! - My wife and I sold our home, furnishings, and cars in the USA and travel the world full-time. Therefore, we are very particular with the lodgings we book throughout the world. They must offer all (or most) of the conveniences of a home because during our stay, the lodging is our home.
We LOVED everything about Dubrovnik Colors! Beginning with the host, Nickolina. Nickolina was very proactive in messaging us prior to our arrival. And any time we contacted Nickolina, she would reply within minutes. And she made arrangements to have a car pick us up at the airport when we arrived and transport us to the property.
With respect to the property, first is the MILLION dollar view from the balcony!! The apartment has TWO balconies; one with a very comfortable swinging chair overlooking the Adriatic Sea. And the second balcony on the side with equally fantastic views! The apartment has a washing machine which we were very pleased with. The apartment is perched on the side of the mountain in a neighborhood with breath-taking views of Old Town Dubrovnik, the island of Lokrum, and the Adriatic Sea. The apartment itself was VERY bright and and had all the amenities we would ask for: small kitchenette with all the appliances we needed to cook at home, TV with streaming services such as Netflix, and VERY comfortable bed. The apartment and area was very quiet.
We would DEFINITELY stay at Dubrovnik Colors again in the future. Thank you, Nickolina, for your gracious Croatian hospitality! Nothing!
- Hyacinth (10/5): Exceptional -
- Traveller_276 (10/5): Panoramic view of Dubrovnik from the room - The view from the room was truly exceptional and gave a vantage view of Lokrum Island and the Old Town and was our favourite thing about our room! Our host was very responsive and helpful and even left us delicious home made liquor along with sweets when we arrived. The room was overall well stocked.
- Clunes (10/5): very nice stay - the cleanliness and view the walk up
- Catherine (10/5): felt completely relaxed and wished we could have stayed longer - the best thing was the view. the apartment had everything you could need and very comfortable nothing not to like
- Kevin (10/5): Out of this world - Absolutely everything about this apartment was perfect! Where to start.... the views from the two terraces are breathtaking, the apartment is modern and spotlessly clean, the bed is extremely comfortable, the shower is wonderful, everything is provided that you might ever need, the location is fantastic (just a 15-minute stroll along the coast to the old town), and Nikolina is the perfect host! I've never stayed in such a good apartment and for such good value for money. Outstanding! Having to leave!
- Lara (10/5): Exceptional - amazing views!! which made it worth it being a little distance from the old town. easy to walk to old town but the bus also runs close to the apartment. There are quite many steps to get from the bus stop to the apartment, so would not recommend if you have a hard time climbing the stairs.
We were able to wash our clothes as well which was a bonus for us! The apartment was otherwise perfect
- Gianna (9/5): Superb - great flat, great sunset, super clean and comfy bad smell in the bathroom out of the sink, we had a loud neighbor& app. 2 so we could hear the tv
- Irene (9/5): Superb -
- Erna (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sarah (9/5): Superb -
- Jaine (10/5): Beautiful and clean apartment in a great location. great Host, helpful before and whilst we were there. highly recommend - comfortable, spotlessly clean, in a great location and fully equipped, coffee machine, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, everything you could possibly need.
- Alex (10/5): Exceptional -
