• Tatjana (8/5): Erste mal erlebt, eine Woche keine Reinigung, Tücher selber waschen und Koffers im Restaurant zu deponieren. - Es sieht aus wie auf den Fotos, Beschreibung stimmt, sauber, es gibt alles was man braucht zum kochen und waschen. Wir dürften netterweise vor 16:00 einreisen. Es gibt zwar Café Maschine aber ohne Kapseln dazu, die von Supermarkt haben nicht gepasst. Geputzt wird ein mal die Woche, wir waren eine Woche dort also in unseren Fall Reinigung nach Ausreise, bis dahin- selber putzen, selber Abfall raus bringen. Da wir nur zu zweit ohne Kinder waren, war ok. Nach drei Tage habe ich gefragt, ob wir frische Tücher bekommen, Antwort war „ In Appartement gibts Waschmaschine, sie können selber waschen“ Keine Möglichkeit zum Koffer zu deponieren falls man ein späteren Abflug hat. Es hat geheissen „Fragen sie in irgendeinem naheliegenden Restaurants, vielleicht könne sie ihre Koffers dort deponieren 🤪
• Marlena (10/5): - Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, dwie sypialnie - idealne dla 2 par. Piękny, przestronny taras i uroczy kot witający gości. Wszystko było w porządku
• Anne+marie (10/5): I would recommend this property 100% - It was perfect in every way. Location was perfect 2 mins walk to supermarket, beach and all pubs and restaurants The owner kept in contact throughout our stay to see if everything was ok The apartment was exceptionally clean, it has everything imaginable in it including board games etc. this was a perfect stay for us. Will definitely be using it again without a doubt There was nothing we didn’t like about this property
• Robyn (10/5): Easy access, no stairs. Highly reccomended. - No stairs!! This is a rare find in Dubrovnik. Fantastic location - easy short walk to Lapad beach, pedestrian only area with lots of restaurants and things like the Cave Bar. Very modern clean and comfortable. Washing machine and nice little kitchen with all that you might need. Stayed with my sister and extra bed was fold down wall bed. So if you are travelling with a friend or family member you don’t have to share a room. Very easy and clear instructions with photos on how to access. Good wifi.
• Mariana (10/5): 10/10 would recommend. - Everything about this property was amazing. Near shops, 5 mins walk away from sunset beach and 5 mins drive from copacabana beach. The host was very responsive to any queries we had and even provided us with onsite parking. The apartment was well equipped, which was fantastic with a young toddler and the bed was very comfortable. I requested a baby cot and this was not an issue to the host and same came with a little mattress and plenty of cot sheets. It was truly a great base for our travels. No negatives.

• Oleksandr (10/5): Exceptional - This is amazing, fresh apartment with modern furniture. It is located close to the beach as well as to the bus stop tomold town. We did self check in/out. Host is very helpful.
• Michael (8/5): At home in the flat: our story - Our stay in this flat was really great. We particularly liked the location directly on the beach. The terrace with its comfortable chairs was an ideal place to relax in the evenings. The bed in the flat was extremely comfortable and made for restful nights. The air conditioning worked perfectly and was especially welcome on warm days. The TV in the flat also provided entertainment. Despite the compact size, the kitchen was well equipped and allowed us to prepare some meals ourselves. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and can recommend this flat. The only disadvantage of this flat was the location, although it was very close to the beach. There was quite a high pedestrian passageway, which meant that many people were constantly walking past, which could be a bit annoying at times. It was also quite far from the old town on foot, which meant it took us some time to get there or we had to take a taxi or Uber. Another aspect that bothered us was the fact that there was no key for the bathroom. This could be inconvenient for some guests as privacy is important. Despite these minor drawbacks, we still had a pleasant stay and were able to enjoy the benefits of the flat.

• Ohrband (10/5): For our next stay in Dubrovnik, we want only this appartment. - We spent a fantastic week in Dubrovnik. Compared with the appartment we had last year, this appartment has the perfect location: few walking minutes to Sunset Beach, a Tommy Hipermarket and a DM shop just around the corner. As well as the pedestrian precinct with lots of restaurants and icecream parlors. We could not have been more perfectly located. The very clean and modern appartment was equipped with everything we needed for cooking and organizing our household with two little kids. Even though it was only nominally separated from we the sidewalk by some young bushes, we thoroughly enjoyed the terrace every day of our stay. Hosts immediately answered all our questions whenever we had some.
