• Stefanie (9/5): - Die Wohnung ist liebevoll gestaltet und dekoriert. Die Ausstattung ist unserer Ansicht nach komplett. Der Toilettensitz verrutscht bei der Benutzung.

Sie hat uns alle Informationen vor der Anreise geschickt, uns mit vielen guten Tipps versorgt und war jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Das Appartement ist toll ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht. Sehr geschmackvoll und in einer ruhigen Seitengasse mit Blick auf einen Park und doch in 5 Gehweite zur Altstadt. Wir, 5 Frauen, haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und hatten ein super tolles Wochenende. Auf jeden jeden Fall unbedingte Weiterempfehlung! Danke Klaudija

Las instalaciones eran excelentes, muy cómodo y completo y los responsables del lugar han sido excelentes anfitriones. Recomiendo colocar un tender colgante para poder lavar la ropa y que se seque. El resto fenomenal !

• SJD (9/5): - Location is great. If you dont want to climb heaps of stairs to an apartment, this place is ideal. It's a short walk with mild incline to the apartment. Located next to lovely gardens, and a quick walk to Sulic Beach for swimming. 5 min easy walk (if that) to Old Town. Apartment had everything we needed (family 5 with 3 teens), and had some basics in the kitchen pantry which was welcome. The beds were very firm.

• Emmanuelle Petit (10/5): Great apartment, great location! - We loved our stay at The Soldo! The appartement is spacious and very well equipped, with great air conditioning and WiFi . The beds were large and comfortable. It is located at walking distance from Pile Gate and 2 beaches, which was really convenient. And the owner is very kind and very reactive. We definitely recommend !

• Kevin (9/5): Three bedroom apartment within 7 mins to Pile Gate. - Communication with the host. She is good on responding back and within 8-24 hours. The location is about 5 Minuted to the Old Town (Pile gate). 4 mins to the main Pile Gate bus station. Super markets or mini super markets at the bus stop or needing a larger market, head nothing on the main road for about 15 mis (There are also cliffside views of the Adriatic Sea along the way) to the larger Kozum Market. A handful of restaurants and a few cafes less than five mins away. A bakery and even a popular sandwich shop aka the best valued take out spot in town (in case you were not aware, Dubrovnik is pretty expensive town but you will find a few low cost options). The apartment is located off the main road about 100 ft and three steps. Then you will head up one level to the apartment. The kitchen has everything though we did not cook. One bathroom w a washer. Everything in working order and usually the previous guests will leave laundry detergent or condiments behind. There is AC but nicer to open the windows. We ran low on TP and Towels, but after alerting the host, the items came in next day.

• Rachel (10/5): Fabulous central apartment. - Beautiful apartment in a wonderful location! It is an easy walk to Pile Gate and the side path to the gate leads to a park like walking trail with ocean views. Pick up and drop off was a little tricky to coordinate, but that is just how the Pile Gate area is in general. Nothing to be done about it, but it is good to be aware and plan accordingly!

• Brian (9/5): Lovely apartment in ideal location - The location was ideal. Not too far to walk before you reach the centre of Dubrovnik old town. The property was very clean and well presented. The only small point that would maybe be worth mentioning is some more information would be good inside the apartment to explain which areas outside are available to use to hang swimming towels etc.

• Ian (9/5): Comfortable, conveniently located and quiet. - The apartment was in a great location, quiet and comfortable. It is clearly a family home rather than a professional holiday let and the kitchen is really well equipped because of that. There is lots of space. The fabric conditioner the bedding had been washed in is really, really strong! Even after airing out the apartment for a few days we could still smell it! But otherwise the apartment was great and we had fab time.
• Mr (10/5): Great Place to Enjoy the Dubrovnik - The room very nice, the host prepare it very well done before we arrive. Chech-in very smooth and easy to contact them during some questions. During stay was very excellent facilities that they provided Nice kitchen to cook some foods and have a food party with friends! I really recommend this place for family, friends, or even solo who really like to feel home for travel ;)

• Jennifer (10/5): Elegant, very comfortable, excellent location! - Everything about this apartment is a ten! As soon as we opened the door there was a waft of this amazing, clean scent. The furnishings are elegant and everything you need to enjoy your stay is available in the apartment. We were pleasantly surprised with a nice bottle of wine too! The beds are on par with the best hotels, large and very comfortable! The bedrooms are roomy too. The view of the park is great while sipping morning coffee, open the windows and enjoy! Excellent location, short walk to main Pile gate at Old Town. Host is a delight and will make sure you enjoy your stay.

• Lewis (9/5): Superb - Great property- short walk from the old town Pile gate- no hills which was great for my older mother. No parking - not uncommon for Dubrovnik but really makes arrival and departure a bit frantic. The host gave excellent bus instructions from public parking lot though.

• Diaco (10/5): Excellent place for a family to base themselves for a stay in Dubrovnik. - The property has everything you need to call it home for a week, or more. Its basically a fully equipped house so great for families with children who need a base to call home while on holiday. Great for relaxing when the kids need a break, close to a nice & somewhat quiet beach, walking distance to good restaurants and only a 5 minute walk from the walled city. The host is exceptional. They were helpful with local tips, were very responsive and were able to accommodate for any requests we had.
