• Paweł (10/5): - Znakomita lokalizacja, praktycznie przy bramie do starego miasta, a jednocześnie było bardzo cicho, przytulnie i prywatnie. Bardzo duże, wygodne łóżko, komfortowe dla pary, bardzo czysto. Właściciel regularnie oferował pomoc i był łatwo osiągalny przez opcję wiadomości na portalu booking. Trudno znaleźć minusy tego miejsca, szczególnie, że cena w maju była niezwykle atrakcyjna.
• Debora (8/5): Ótima localização. Atenciosos. - Localização. Toalhas limpas. Poderia ter um varal pequeno. Um pouco de barulho porque a porta de entrada é direto na rua. Janela sem privacidade.
• Ekin Erdem (8/5): - The apartment's location is excellent. It was cleaned properly and the host was very helpful and friendly. The apartment itself was small but comfortable. There was a musty smell in the room and some inspection revealed a moldy wall. The apartment definitely had some humidity issues. Our host however immediately came to the apartment when we told him about it and we discussed possible actions. He applied some temporary measures and offered a refund for remaining days if we did not want to stay there. All in all this is somewhat expected in an old building in a city like Dubrovnik but was still unpleasant. The constructive attitude of the host surrounding the issue was really nice.
• Luciana (9/5): Hermoso apartamento con ubicación increíble - El apartamento es pequeño pero muy lindo y está súper bien ubicado, al lado de una de las puertas de entradas a las murallas. Estaba todo muy limpio y tenía todo lo necesario para hacer el desayuno . No había que subir escaleras lo que se agradece si estás con maletas. Pequeños detalles, como que no hay lugar donde dejar shampoo, acondicionador y/o jabón en la ducha, no hay una escobillón para poder limpiar si se te cae algo y entre que se baña uno y otro hay que esperar un rato porque sino sale agua fría.

• Paula (9/5): Genial - La ubicacion es lo mejor de este alojamiento. Cerca de la playa, la ciudad amurallada y transporte publico. El apartamento esta justo al lado de la vereda y calle, por lo que a ratos escuchas gente muy cerca y a los autos tambien. Aunque en la noche es muy tranquilo, no hay problema.

• Razdy (9/5): Perfect location. A few metres from Ploće Gate. 2 supermarkets in walking distances - Location is perfect! The flat was very clean. Some issues but we messaged the owner directly who kindly apologised. Very good communication from the owner. Has all amenities you need for a short few days’ stay. Woken up a few times by the noise from the street but it didn’t bother us that much. Still a lovely place.

• Sonja RR (8/5): Ubicación ideal - La ubicación es perfecta para visitar la ciudad amurallada, una puerta a 3 minutos caminando. Sales del apartamento y tienes la muralla en la acera de enfrente. El bus que lleva al aeropuerto a 5 minutos, al lado del teleférico y un lugar para dejar las maletas después del check out. El apartamento tiene todo lo que necesitas para pasar unos días. Muchísima luz natural durante el día, excesiva luz de noche. No hay persianas ni nada por el estilo que tape la luz. Durante la noche entra la luz de las farolas y cuando amanece a las 5 de la mañana entra la luz como si estuvieras en la calle (si quieres dormir llévate un antifaz). El apartamento ganaría un 100% si se solucionase este tema.

In this apartment you have everything that you need: clean and fresh towels, shampoo, paper towels, etc. Mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Totally recommend this apartment. There are no place to dry your swimsuit after beach.
• Nathan (9/5): Perfect position, yards away from old town walls. Great stay - Great position, host was very helpful and very easy to get in contact with. Would definitely recommend. It would be great if there was a possibility of keeping luggage somewhere in the property after checkout however not a massive issue as there are many places to do so nearby.

• Stanley (9/5): Best location to explore old town with minimal steps to get to. - Fantastic location only steps from Ploce gate. Less than 50m walk from air port shuttle bus drop point. No real view from inside but steps away to the old town so made up for it. Well appointed inside with air conditioning as well. Plenty of character but newer kitchen and bathroom. Coffee machine and electric jug for tea and coffee. Couldn’t really fault it but did have a bit of a musty smell on arrival. Probably part of living in an older stone building but the air conditioning took care of that.

• Miran (10/5): Great location just outside the walled city of Dubrovnik - Located just outside the walled city, close to the airport shuttle bus stop. Shops and bakeries nearby, lots of restaurants in the Old Town. Entrances to the Old Town, Ploće and Buža gate 1 minute away on foot. Good communication with the owner. In apartment one can find everything needed. We were allowed to stay in the apartment past check out time which was really appreciated. No complaints really. Being located on the ground floor, you can hear some noice coming from the nearby street snd sidewalk, but this was not a big issue for us.

• Anonymous (8/5): Fantastic Location - The location is perfect, right between Buza Gate and Ploce Gate. Flat was clean, with air-conditioning, and the bed was comfortable. And best of all, no need to climb any more stairs and steps to access the flat! Overall a great stay. Only one pillow per person. Could use another one each! A simple microwave oven would also help greatly for a quick breakfast before setting out. Also instructions for checking-in and checking out are not clear. Had to call the host. Good thing I had a roaming phone plan.

• Richard (7/5): Convenient for Dubrovnik - Just outside the city walls and very convenient for the old town. We stayed at five places in the Balkans and this was by far the most expensive and the most tired. Perhaps that’s more a comment on Dubrovnik than the flat?

• Sparrenhuis (6/5): Location is a 10, apartment is a 6. - Location is perfect. Just outside the old town. You can go in really quick and also get back to fresh up etc. The host communicated nicely. We could check in an hour early which was perfect for us. The matrass was horrendous… We had 5 stops, this was definitely the worst bed out of all. We did not get much sleep for 2 nights. You could feel the iron spirals poking in your flesh. Also there is no outside seating, which is too bad with nice weather but thats okay. There were a lot of ants int the room. Missed some cutlery (like a scissor etc). It smelled mouldy in the room, my husband got a bad cold.

It is outside the Old Town and about 5 mins walking to the Ploce Gate, and can be accessed by car and bus, and is convenient when travelling with luggage. The apartment is clean and functional. It is a bit small but workable.

Nice kitchen and modern decor but somewhat crowded. Shower did not drain well, AC made everything damp so things did not dry quickly, bed was against wall on one side making it hard for one person to get in/out of bed.

The air conditioning definitely helps in Dubrovnik's June weather. Nothing major. The sink in the kitchen is a bit small, but we did not use it that much.

• Diana (8/5): Compact apartment in excellent location. - Very neat apartment in central location. The owner let us drop our bags off early and was a good communicator. While there is no washing machine there is a laundry one block away. It is close to the Ploce Gate and there are cafes and restaurants nearby. While this is not the fault of the owner, the apartment faces the street and people walking past can be noisy. There is a light outside the building that glows all night that can affect sleep.

Everything was very, very clean, and the hostess was especially kind and accommodating. We felt right at home immediately. There was fresh water in the fridge, and coffee too! The best restaurants are right next to it- like Pizzeria Tabasco for example. The beach and best beach club - „banje beach“ is also just 2 min away! can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to everyone!
