Guest Reviews
- Marika (10/5): - Alles perfekt! 👌
- Amanda (10/5): Perfect stay - We loved our stay here and would choose it again and again. Perfect location - truly the best view in all of Dubrovnik. Loved sitting out on the little balcony at night. Lots of stairs to get up but worth it Nothing
- Jennifer (10/5): - Unique apartment with gorgeous views. Had some trouble navigating but our host met us and led us to the apartment
- Anna (10/5): We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this property and couldn’t be happier with my stay. - The apartment was spotless, well equipped, and beautifully maintained. I really appreciated the attention to detail - everything from the amenities to the cleanliness exceeded my expectations.
The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the Old Town area. I loved the view at the Old Town from the apartment - truly magical experience.
- Małgorzata (10/5): Fantastyczny apartament ! Nie szukaj dalej - Bardzo czysty apartament, świetnie wyposażony. Lokalizacja TOP!
- Janice (10/5): - The view was great! The apartment looked better than the pictures...And the apartment was very neat and clean! Mario showed us to the apartment in the old town even when we arrived and hour and one half later than expected at 10 pm. Thanks much.
- ΣΤΕΦΑΝΟΣ (10/5): - Υπέροχο,φοβερή θέα στα όρια του τείχους.Ολα εξαιρετικά.
- Nathan (10/5): The location was amazing and the views were breathtaking from the room. Its in the old town so we we - The location was amazing and the views were breathtaking from the room. Its in the old town so we were able to walk the beautiful historic parts of town every night. The facilities were amazing and would recommend this place to anyone!
- leonard (10/5): - A well equipped apartment, in a great location with four great views. Roof is little low in places so something to consider if tall.
- Anna-Maria (10/5): The apartment was perfect , many steps but we didn’t mind. It was so quiet and Mario was helpful and friendly - Cleanliness and location were amazing Nothing
- Tom (10/5): Sentrumsnært stille og rolig . - Sentrumsnært.Fantastisk utsikt med nydelig solnedgang.Artig og sitte på verandaen å se på alle de som går opp muren.God seng.WiFi ok. Anbefales. Ingen ting
- David (10/5): Fantastic, clean, comfortable and the VIEW! - Undoubtedly the best view in Dubrovnik and watching the sunset over the Adriatic from your private balcony is a great experience A few steps to climb but well worth it
- Robert (10/5): Great stay in a great property. - This is the place to stay in Dubrovnik. The views were absolutely wonderful - four sunsets in four days. We sat on the balcony enjoying the evening almost every day. The apartment is well designed with a lot of amenities. Book it. You won't be sorry. Nothing. Of course there are steps, as others have mentioned, but that's the price for the stunning views Because our stay came at the end of a two week trip, we didn't have a chance to pack light. We hired a porter, which worked out well.
- Nicola (9/5): Great place for a few nights in old town. - Great location and well appointed. Balcony was a nice addition and we were able to enjoy sun set sips and watch everyone on the wall . Great view over old town and even though in old town still very quite. Great spot. All the steps. Unfortunately we did not receive details of how to locate the property prior to checkin which would have made it so much easier to find. The steps are worth it though!
- MICHELLE (10/5): Brilliant Stay - Mario was a lovely host with lots of information on where to visit including restaurants. We tried the Taj Mahal, which was a Bosnian restaurant and it really is worth a visit. The apartment was really clean with everything you needed with a well equipped kitchen, hair dryer, iron & washing machine. The bed was really comfy too. The view was absolutely stunning from the balcony looking onto the wall, fort, sea view and the whole town really. My husband was a mini celeb with everyone waving at him from the wall and taking pictures, but we didn't mind it was funny. As other people have said, if you have mobility issues, you would struggle with the stairs, but it was manageable for us.
- Gregory (10/5): An amazing peaceful stay with views to die for - Everything, truly hard to put into words how muck of a beautiful experience it was staying here. The owner Mario, one of the nicest, kind person you could meet. Spotlessly clean, then for the balcony, wow, an incredible, amazing view with the Old Wall of the city right in front of you and the Castle beyond that, incredible sunset shots, sitting with a glass of wine taking in the atmosphere is cleansing for the soul. A bit of a climb so may be a bit challenging for anyone with mobility problems, but believe me the views are definitely worth it. Absolutely nothing
- doscher (10/5): Extraordinary experience - It is a unique setting with a view of the wall and westward to the sea. Beautiful sunsets. It is a long walk up many stairs to get there. Need to be mindful of any mobility limitations and size/weight of what you are carrying.
- Bertold (10/5): Igazi kikapcsolódás a testnek, és a léleknek. Edzés a lábaknak:) - Kivételes fekvésű hely az Old Town koronáján.
- Jenny (10/5): -
- Orrel (10/5): Loved Rupe! - We loved Rupe apartment. It was cute, clean, quiet and had everything we needed. Beautiful views all four directions on the sea-side of the old city. Mario is charming, helped us with luggage and settled us in. We knew about the many stairs ahead of time and found a work-around for our numerous forays. However I would suggest those with mobility issues reconsider the location.
- Jose Mari (10/5): Memorable stay - The location of the apartment was perfect, the view is amazing, priceless, unforgettable. The pictures don’t do justice, gotta see yourself. Mario is very responsive and gave us detailed info in getting to the apartment. Walking the walls of Dubrovnik is not same seeing very close where you choose to stay, totally enjoyed our stay in Rupe apartment.
- Steve (10/5): Excellent apartment in a magical location. - Fantastic location overlooking the old town wall, fort, and out to sea. Not for anyone with mobility issues due to steps up to property location and steep steps to front door. But if you can handle that the view is worth it.
- Melissa (4/5): Unacceptable behavior from the host ruined our stay. - The location in the old town is great. It is quiet and you have an amazing westward facing view of the walls. The apartment is pleasant and clean. The Wifi did not work well and there were ants in the kitchen. All positive aspects were overshadowed by the horrible treatment we received from the host. Checking in was the worst part of our experience at the Rupe apartment. We messaged the host the day prior to our arrival to say we would be driving from Split and planned to arrive between 3 - 4 pm. I asked him to add us to WhatsApp so we could communicate more effectively once we arrived in Dubrovnik. He did not respond to this message and did not add me to WhatsApp. When we got close to Dubrovnik, around 3:40, he began asking where we were (on the Booking app). I asked if we could park near the apartment and he then told us there is not vehicle access in the old town. So after we paid 20 euros to park the car for one hour just to unload our luggage, we then began walking to the apartment address using GPS because the host never gave us any other instructions. Turns out, you cannot find the apartment using GPS so we wandered around climbing up and down stairs in the 95 degree heat. When we finally found the apartment, after walking around in circles for a half an hour carrying luggage, the host began angrily yelling at us about how rude we were to keep him waiting! We arrived at 4:30 pm; we had originally said we would arrive between 3 - 4 pm. We were not given any information about where to park or how to find the apartment so we were late because of his lack of communication. Then, rather than apologize, he yelled and argued with us about the circumstances that led to our late arrival. He claimed it was my fault because I did not tell him we had parked. However, I messaged him through the booking app that we had parked. Why would you not send the full instructions the day before or morning of check in? I have rented over 50 short term vacation rentals in the past 10 years and never had a host experience like this. I would not recommend that anyone stay here. I also thought that he would cool down and later send an apology message - that did not ever happen. Apparently he thinks it is okay to treat people this way.
- Andrew (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was exactly as described and looked beautiful. In Dubrovnik's hot summer the air conditioning was a welcome relief and wonderfully quiet at nighttime. We were there for a week and the apartment had everthing we needed and more - even pegs for the clothesline. The clothes washing machine was especially appreciated given our regular need to change clothes. I was a bit worried about being too close to the old town wall in case it was a bit noisy but it was great because access to the wall is only during the day and consequently you get to enjoy the great views and sunrise and sunset in peace. Location was great and away from the madding crowds. Anyone staying in old town will know about 'steps' but those to the apartment were not too bad. The owner was very helpful at met us in a convenient spot and even helped with carrying our bags... you don't get this very often. The apartment was an exceptional base for our discovery of the old town and the local area. I'm trying hard to think of something to put here... OK I've got one - watch your head on the low beams if you sleep on the left side of the bed.
- Kiryl (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent apartment and one of the best view in the city
- Jens (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice and clean Appartment, with a fantastic view. You need to be prepared to walk many steps.
- Sally (10/5): Fantastic stay - Absolutely wonderful place to stay, fantastic hosts. Super clean and tidy. Mario was so helpful giving us recommendations on where to go, restaurants, cafes etc, and helping us with our luggage, couldn’t have been more helpful so thank you. Apartment is in a great location with beautiful views. Absolutely nothing
- Tony (10/5): This is a high quality apartment in a superb location with amazing views. - Wow! We just loved this apartment. Fantastic views of the city wall, Fort, sea and Dubrovnik old town. The location is perfect, you are literally within one minute walk of the centre of Dubrovnik Old Town. The apartment is modern, impeccably clean, and quiet. Our hosts were incredible and have added a number of nice touches to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We can’t wait to return to Rupe Apartment on our next trip to Dubrovnik.
- Mike (9/5): Fantastic little pad - Fantastic location, clean and well equipped. Lovely comfortable feel and attractive apartment The no. of steps !
- Adam (10/5): Exceptional - Location is right in the middle of history, high up (quite a few stairs) but worth it. Cute little patio . Amazing view at sunset and mornings . Coffee machine, washing machine, well stocked. The host was very helpful. Small tv in the bedroom wouldn't hurt.
- Jean-francois (10/5): Exceptional - It clearly deserves a 10: very good location, very clean and well equipped
- Preston (10/5): Great apartment with wonderful view - Stunning property and the balcony was perfect for enjoying morning coffee.
- Stephen (10/5): A perfect few days exploring Dubrovnik and the outlying islands.Everything is close by and easy to get to as long as you - The location of the apartment was fantastic with a 360 degrees view of the old city of Dubrovnik. It was relaxing sitting out on the balcony in the early morning and at sunset. The apartment was modern and well appointed with all the facilities and equipment needed for a few days in Dubrovnik. Access to the property was fine for us but we had to climb up quite a few steps with our luggage as access by taxi or by a was not close by. Mario very kindly met us to help with the luggage and gave us very helpful information about getting around the city, food shops and recommended restaurants. Nothing, it was a wonderful place to stay in Dubrovnik for us and we are so glad we found it.
- Dave (10/5): Exceptional - Best views in Dubrovnik. Perfect for watching the sun set. Nothing
- David (9/5): Stay in touch with Mario so you can get help finding the apartment. - Location. Had a washer. Comfortable and spacious with amazing view from patio. Nothing really. Lots of stairs but that is typical in Dubrovnik.
- Pho (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gay (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kwan (10/5): Exceptional - View and location is good and washing machine and kitchen equipment was perfect and host was very friendly and professional If someone have lots of suite case then it require physical strength as many steps
- H (10/5): Exceptional - Great views and very clean. I will be visiting again.
- Amber (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tanya (10/5): Exceptional - Mario’s apartment had everything we needed in a sensational location.
Mario is a helpful and kind host.
Highly recommend.
- Carolyn (10/5): A FABULOUS Experience - The apartment is lovely, newly renovated, and offering every amenity, including speedy WiFi. The views are full-stop-breathtaking. Now, be mindful: the city is ancient and there are no elevators. Our congenital host, Mario, graciously hauled our heavy case up the ancient steps and made sure we were settled. We are retired, older, (have the wonky knees to prove it), but, knee socks in place, we managed the trip (happily) at least once per day, counting ourselves fortunate to have had this magical experience!
- Amy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cindy (10/5): Rooftop views totally worth the climb ❤️ - The views from the top were outstanding. Because we came in March, things weren’t as busy and we were able to check in earlier. Mario gave us good instructions to get to our entrance. The apartment was all set up and the washing machine worked to get some laundry done. They had a nice selection of hot drink options. Again, we can’t say enough about having to views from the top. The steps up to the apartment are many but we knew that and accepted the challenge😊. There are stairs everywhere we have gone so that is just part of the experience. If you have a big suitcase and other things to carry, take one up at a time as the stairs further up are narrow. A gentleman working on the apartment below carried a big suitcase up for us! Very kind people here🤩
- Sue (9/5): Superb -
- Dave (10/5): Best location in Old Town! Super comfortable, clean, well appointed and a fantastic deck. - We think this is the best possible place you could stay in Dubrovnik! Fantastic views over the entire walled city. Beautiful flat with a window facing in each direction. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, small but excellent deck to sit and people watch folks walk along the wall. We absolutely, totally loved this property and would come back to Dubrovnik just to stay here again. Mario was very responsive and helpful. We met the lovely cleaner and she was great to speak with. Truly cares about providing spotless accommodation.
- Steve (8/5): Great location. Great value. Super comfy bed and would recommend to anyone visiting Dubrovnik - Love the location inside the old city wall. Very clean. Comfy bed. Host left extras for us which was a very nice touch. Great spot for the most fantastic sunsets. Very helpful host Weird roof angles made it hard to get out of bed on one side but only because I’m tall. Ran out of hot water the first day until I figured it out. Lots of stairs but that’s Dubrovnik in the old town so I don’t blame the host for that.
- C (9/5): We loved this unique little apartment with its amazing views. Highly recommend. - Everything was excellent, the location, the facilities, cleanliness, balcony and amazing views. The host was kind and friendly and helped us with our bags as wellas providing useful information about the town with a map. The location of the apartment is unique with special views, sunsets and quiet. The apartment had everything we could need including a washing machine and was very clean, tidy & cosy. We can't comment on the cooker as we ate out apart from breakfast. On arrival we were left complimentary biscuits with water and juice which was a nice touch. We highly recommend this welcoming apartment and would love to return. There was nothing we didn't like. If we had to say something it would be that there are many steps from the town to the apartment with some being narrow and steep leading to it. Once you get there it is well worth it. Steps are just part of the old town experience and the charm of the place.
The bedroom ceiling is quite low on one side so you have to bend down a little to get in and out of bed, but this was no trouble for us at all, it all added to the quirkiness of the experience and is shown on the photos. We loved everything!
- Kathryn (10/5): Unforgettable views and sunsets! - We loved the location of this unit - close to the city walls with sunset view of the fort. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with wine and snacks watching the view and people walking along the city wall. The unit was well furnished and had everything we needed. While it was a bit of a walk (including lots of stairs) to the unit, we would definitely stay here again. The host was kind and met us at the city gate to walk us to the unit so we had no problem finding it. The view out each of the windows was unforgettable as well - the unit is at the top of the building, so you look down on most of the nearby buildings and across the city. The bathroom has a sloped roof with a small mirror in front of the sink. It would have been nice to have a larger mirror but we made it work since you could move it or change the angle.
- Morten (9/5): Great location , excellent service - Wonderful view from the balcony. Cozy appartment. Excellent service from owner who met us and let us check in early, and helped carry the luggage up to the appartment.
- Maoxin (10/5): Great view in the old town - Stairs are no trouble. also thanks to our host to help on the luggage.
The room is fully equipped with anything you might need even include a washing machine. So thoughtful!
And the place located on the South-west corner of old town, just near city wall. You will have a very good view outside that balcony. It's memorial
- David (10/5): Review: Dubrovnik Rupe Apartment - We stayed at Dubrovnik Rupe Apartment for three nights and had a fantastic experience. The apartment's central location made it easy for us to fit a lot into our itinerary, allowing quick turnarounds between all our organised tours and day trips. The view from the balcony, especially during sunset, was stunning. The host provided excellent directions, so we didn’t need to take up the offer of help with our bags. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of complementary water and juice on arrival. The apartment itself was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Dubrovnik! Everything was great, there was nothing we did not like!
- Sarah (10/5): Truly a lovely space to enjoy the old town! - Beautiful views high above the old town. Very clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful host - Mario helped lug my suitcase up the many stairs! A nice plus is a new washing machine! Really the only negative is the stairs, but if you want the amazing views, you have to go up!
- Seif (10/5): Exceptional -
- Thomas (10/5): Wouldn’t stay anywhere else to enjoy Dubrovnik’s old town - Incredible location, Mario was an amazing host and the apartment was everything you could want to enjoy Dubrovnik.
- Ann-charlotte (10/5): Great apartment with a fantastic view - This apartment is absolutely great. The host, Mario, met us and helped us carry our luggage up the stairs, which was very much appreciated since there are many of them. Mario is very friendly and helpful and it was very easy to contact him. One day we had a problem with the front door lock and he was there within half an hour and fixed it very fast. The apartment is smack in the middle of old town and has a fantastic view over the old town, fort Lovrijenac and the sea. We sat almost every evening on the wonderful little balcony and watched the sunset with a glass of wine. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need, including a washing machine. If you want you can have the apartment cleaned and towels changed during your stay. There is airco in both the livingroom and the bedroom which really was needed since we hade around 30 degrees celsius the whole week. The apartment is quite high up in a more quiet part of the old town, so no disturbances during the night. It´s a short walk to the main street Stradun. The old town wall passes right outside the apartment so it was fun watching all the people walking the wall. We could not have had a better stay or a better host than Mario. I very strongly recommend this apartment.
- Hee (8/5): Very good -
- Helene (10/5): Exceptional -
- A (10/5): Exceptional - Great host, fantastic location, very comfortable appartment with windows in all directions.
- Kristina (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment has a lovely balcony with an amazing view of the city wall, sea and fort. It is in a fantastic location in the old town, just a short walk to all the main sites and swimming spots. Our host Matteo helped carry out bags up the steps from the lower town to the apartment which we were very grateful for, as there are quite a few steps! But worth climbing them for the amazing view and the breeze. There were 4 of us using the apartment and the sofa bed was very comfortable. Everything was very clean and well appointed, the air conditioning worked very well, essential for a stay in August as it was very hot. We had a great time. The apartment exceeded our expectations, and was actually better than the photos. Thank you! Everything was great, no negatives.
- Carolyn (10/5): Fantastic stay at Rupe Apartment- would love to come again 😁 - Spectacular view within the city walls overlooking the old town. Sparklingly clean and felt like a very recent conversion of the loft space. Wonderful views from every window and great balcony for people watching ! Loved everything about the apartment - of course plenty of steps to climb but, the view oh so worth it !
- Kasia (10/5): Amazing views! - The view was amazing, no matter which window you looked through. The place was cleaner, comfortable and stayed nice and cool during the heat wave thanks to a well working AC. I would definitely stay again if ever in Dubrovnik again. It was difficult to leave the view behind. There we are lot of stairs, but being in our late 30’s early 40’s they were not a problem at all. I was expecting them to be a lot worse based on some previous reviews. I thought they made the view more enjoyable after the climb!
- Susan (8/5): Very good -
- Nicolas (10/5): Exceptional - Superb - the location is outstanding with different fantastic views of the old town from each window and terrace. But at the same time is quiet and sits above most of the town. The apartment is very tastefully modernised and furnished with everything you need..Exceptionally clean. Particularly appreciated a coffee machine with pods supplied and a washing machine. The host Mario couldn't have been more helpful. Nothing - all good
- Jia (9/5): The city is amazing, people are nice. We had a great time. - The location is superb. You are literally living above an ancient remain. There is a small balcony where you can hold a glass of wine, while enjoying the fort, the walls and the fantastic view of the whole city. The sunset is amazing. Nothing can beat this experience. It is also very close to the Main Street, almost all attractions and bars, restaurants. The owner is super nice and supportive. Quick response to our requests. We are very satisfied. Be prepared for many many stairs. Simplify your luggages. It is a small sacrifice for staying in the old town. The apartment is quite small, again, it is the old town. We have three people, it feels fine.
- Joanne (9/5): A very memorable holiday which felt comfortable and relaxing in the apartment. - Well equipped kitchen
Very clean Could do with additional pillows on the bed.
Need a chopping board in the kitchen.
- Colleen (10/5): Exceptional - The location was perfect, worth the many stairs to climb for the position and view.
Apartment was very well equipped and clean.
The hosts, Mario and Mateo kindly met us to help with our luggage on arrival and departure.
- Omri (9/5): Superb -
- Jonas (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chisato (10/5): Outstanding view - The view from the balcony is definitely outstanding. You can see the wall closely while drinking a cup of coffee and have some snacks there. Also the view from windows is worth mentioning here. Facilities equipped with the accommodation is so perfect that you can feel as if you were in your own house.
- Constance (9/5): Superb - The location was very good, however, if you can not do many stairs, it is not for you. We had the top floor which gave us a wonderful view but we had to climb for it. The place was very neat with a full kitchen and separate bedroom. The bathroom had a sewer smell some of the time, but it's an old building.
- Vanessa (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect apartment, more spacious than I thought it would be. Clean, all utensils needed to cook with, available, except no oven.
There is even a washing machine.
Lovely views from all the windows, but the verandah topped it all!
We had our lunches and dinners here and enjoyed the view.
Remember to pack light..
No heavy suitcases recommended for there are lots of steps. All the steps were worth it to stay in this apartment, in the old town, with lovely views all around....
Magnificent.
- Emma (9/5): Superb -
- Christina (10/5): Amazing central location, clean and best view in Dubrovnik - The amazing view, very clean, excellent location Nothing!
- Mark (10/5): Exceptional -
- Linda (10/5): Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - The views! Inside was charming.
- Gough (10/5): Incredible views and a lovely location for a stay in Dubrovnik! - Amazing apartment right on the edge of the old town. A stunning view from all the windows and the balcony. It was so relaxing to just sit outside and have a coffee in the morning overlooking the fort and sea views. The apartment was very clean and the bed was really comfy. Mario was really helpful and suggested some places to eat along with things to do! Would 100% recommend this apartment to anyone looking to go to Dubrovnik, by far the best accommodation you’ll get for the money and incredible views!
- Anne (10/5): From the host Mario meeting us when we got there to the location, facilities and cleanliness all A1 - The location was excellent with a balcony and 360 degree views of the city from the windows Nothing
- Stephanie (10/5): Loved the location and Mario provided everything we needed!!!! - Everything and Mario!
- Debra (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment had a separate bedroom and living room. We loved the balcony where we watched the sunset every night.
- Prins (10/5): One of the best apartments in Dubrovnik - Great apartment on top floor. Like new facilities on inside of apartment. Well located in quiet section of old town. Beautiful views in all directions. Watching sunset over the fort from the balcony. Owners very responsive to questions. nothing
- Caroline (9/5): Dubrovnik is a beautiful walled city busy but loved it - It has a wonderful view is spacious and well appointed. A lot of steps but that is to be expected. None
- Carol (9/5): If you can handle the steps, stay here!! - Beautifully refurbished, spotlessly clean, very comfortable with excellent views. We were met by Mateo, who (very impressively) carried our 21kg suitcase up 100+ stairs to the apartment - the price you pay for the view! He was very friendly and helpful. Good coffee maker and pods provided, loved that there was cling film, foil, dishwasher tablets etc. Location excellent for everything. Balcony too hot for us when the sun was on it, but perfect for morning coffee and sunset wine. Would have liked a chopping board, spatula, strainer and large frying pan (there was a small one)
- Paul (10/5): Dubrovnik Old Town is a wonderful location. - Great apartment in quiet location with amazing views! Our hosts were so helpful and friendly. The apartment is well appointed.
- Thomas (10/5): Couldn't ask for more. - EVERYTHING, Absolutely loved the apartment, the location was amazing with outside balcony and sea and fortress view to one side and mountain are cable cars to other. Can't think of anything, having to return home maybe .
- Samantha (10/5): Best view in all of Dubrovnik - perfect location. - Location, patio/ view, clean
- Audrey (10/5): Comfortable, quiet, clean apartment with the best views available in old town Dubrovnik. - This is a very special apartment in Dubrovnik. The location is close to Pile gate and a short walk up some stairs to the most incredible views of Dubrovnik. Inside was the most comfortable bed in our 3 weeks of holiday. The space was clean and the kitchen had everything anyone would need. Mario and his brother made us feel comfortable. They met us when we arrived and helped move our luggage up to the apartment. They stored our luggage when we checked out since we had an evening flight. We enjoyed wine on the balcony and always ate our breakfast outside as well. The balcony is in the shade in the morning so just a wonderful spot to sit. We really did not want to leave but I hope one day we can return. Book this apartment to make your visit a time to remember forever.
- Jason (10/5): Exceptional - had an amazing view of the wall and the castle at sunset
- Gina (10/5): Lovely stay . Would definitely go back . - The comfort and facilities were lovely . Lots of steps , but that’s normal for Dubrovnik . It can’t be helped .
- Hanna (10/5): Great place to stay, high above the city so it’s nice and quiet even in the high season, - Great apartment, worth the price. Nothing.
- Janice (10/5): Exceptional apartment in great location. - Exceptional apartment, immaculately clean with great facilities. Mario could not be more helpful. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone looking for first class accommodation in the beautiful Old Town. Nothing to dislike, you have everything you need for a great stay.
- Jennie (8/5): We would stay here again - Make sure if you stay on the third floor to grab some wine and relax on the patio at night. It will be much cooler and you can really appreciate the fabulous views and location. The steps to reach the apartment were brutal in the summer heat, and then another set of steps to reach the third floor. HOWEVER, the view was amazing! I would suggest making sure the air condition is in prior to guests arrival.
- Laurent (9/5): very nice flat in the old town of Dubrovnik, friendly contact with the owner. -
- Dr (10/5): Exceptional - Incredible views and amazing stay. Right in middle of everything. Mario was very kind. Everything was great but a small curtain on back door would help people who are on sofa bed sleep a little longer
- Stephanie (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect. Very comfortable and spotless flat in a great location with a fantastic view. Nothing!
- Adam (10/5): Great location, great facilities, lovely bloke. What’s not to like? - Mario had a couple of nice touches including coffee and ample toilet paper. He also had water and juice for our arrival. Location was brilliant, air ons worked a treat. Have is a couple of good recommendations for dinner. Nothing
- Clare (10/5): Brilliant - would definitely stay again. - Everything! Matteo kindly met us and helped us with our bags up to the apartment. When we got there, we were thrilled with how beautiful it was. It has absolutely everything that you need, including a washing machine! The kitchen and shower room are beautiful and there are plenty of white towels, toiletries, and all the essentials for washing clothes. The location is superb. Dubrovnik is full of steps and this apartment is no exception, but it is an interesting and easy climb and well worth it to have the joy of staying in the old town and sitting on the balcony and experiencing the amazing views of the city wall and the fort over morning coffee… and watching the incredible sunsets and swooping swallows with a beer. We loved coming back from dinner and enjoying a late night coffee and watching the twinkling lights of the town and the bats flitting overhead. Nothing. It was perfect. 👌
