The apartment is spacious and clean, and with good WiFi reception. The management team was helpful, responsive, attentive and provided good information around the area. It would be more convenient if there was a dish washer in the apartment.

- Mihaela (8/5): Zadovoljavajući apartman uz nekoliko zamjerki - Apartman je bio čist i izgledao kao na slikama. U apartmanu je bilo sve od potrebnih sadržaja te je parking osiguran ispred. Prijava i odjava jednostavna te je vlasnik omogućio parking i par sati nakon odjave. Komunikacija sa vlasnikom je bila ugodna. Voljeli bi da smo informacije o načinu ulaska i parkingu dobili prije nego što smo došli i zvali vlasnika. Također u apartmanu nije radila klima, a već je hladnije navečer, no vlasnica je na upit ponudila premještanje u drugi apartman ili dodatne deke. Još bi izdvojila da postoji tv, ali ga je nemoguće gledati jer osim što nema ništa na hrvatskom, stalno se odspajao s interneta.

The Host was very kind and let us park earlier than check in and for the whole day of check out. 20min walk to old town altho very high up but that's to get the amazing view. There was a very strong smell of damp in the upstairs bathroom and bedroom that was very pungent during the night and made it hard to sleep. Fortunately, we only booked one night as it was not nice. Very loud busy main road so Earplugs needed to sleep.

- JUN (10/5): Comfortable apartment with beautiful coastline view - Elisa sharing so many wonderful things with me. The shared restaurants are very delicious. They are warm and respond quickly. The apartment is in a high place with a good view. When you open the door, you will see a beautiful view. The room is very clean, with all kinds of facilities, and even an iron. The bath water is very comfortable. It takes 20 minutes to get to the ancient city, and there are many stairs to climb.

Contact prior to arriving with directions etc was great and the apartment is better than the pictures, spacious and modern and immaculately clean. Would definitely recommend. Unfortunately due to a bad storm we were without WiFi for the whole stay and one of the windows was broken and the heater in one of the bedrooms didn't work. However Elisa was trying to sort these things out during our whole stay so ten out of ten for effort. Not her fault these things happened.

- elias (9/5): Très bon séjour à Dubrovnik - Super appartemment, spacieux et bien aménagé, à 15 minutes du centre historique (attention ça monte ;), nous avons un peu nous débrouiller au moment de l'arrivée mais la communication a ensuite été super. La vue est très belle au couché de soleil ! L'arrivée était un peu en mode débrouille mais sans encombres. La porte de la touche n'est pas large , on est minces et on a pu passer mais ça peut être serré...

- Heike (9/5): Tolle Aussicht - Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Im Bad hat mir, nach den Erfahrungen in vielen anderen Unterkünften, besonders gefallen, dass es vor allem auch am Spiegel gut beleuchtet ist. Wir waren überrascht, dass unser Auto einen Garagenstellplatz bekam. Nicht schlecht, vor allem weil wir ein heftiges Gewitter hatten. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist fantastisch! Es steht zwar auch nicht in der Ausstattungsliste, aber ich war trotzdem überrascht, dass es keinen Herd gibt. Es hatte eine einzelne elektrische Kochplatte - wäre es eine doppelte gewesen, wäre es einfacher gewesen, das Abendessen auch mal selbst zu kochen.

L’host è molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha dato un sacco di consigli sul dove mangiare e come muoversi. Dista circa 15 min a piedi dalla città vecchia, per il ritorno è consigliato un uber/taxi o un bus per evitare gli scalini. Super consigliato!

- Philippe (8/5): Malgré ces imperfections, la vue et la chaleur humaine ont fait la différence - Dans le cadre d’un road trip inoubliable en Croatie, nous avons eu la chance de découvrir la magnifique ville de Dubrovnik, où nous avons séjourné du 18 au 22 juin. Nous avions réservé un grand appartement avec balcon et vue mer chez Apartments Raniéri Kono (1er étage). La localisation était idéale pour visiter la ville, avec une superbe terrasse offrant une vue incroyable sur la mer Adriatique, parfaite pour admirer les couchers de soleil. L’appartement disposait de la climatisation, ce qui est appréciable en juin avec une belle météo. Malgré ces imperfections, la vue et la chaleur humaine ont fait la différence. Dubrovnik est une ville exceptionnelle : nous avons adoré flâner dans la vieille ville et faire le tour complet des remparts, sous un ciel radieux durant tout notre séjour. Une expérience à vivre au moins une fois dans sa vie ! Elisa nous a même offert un gâteau pour notre anniversaire de mariage : un geste adorable qui a marqué notre séjour. l’intérieur a été une vraie déception : équipements vieillissants et incomplets (pas de four, réfrigérateur ancien, porte de terrasse cassée, ustensiles très limités, cafetière abîmée…). Bref, pas au niveau attendu pour ce type de logement. Autre point négatif : la place de parking initialement prévue était minuscule et difficile d’accès. Heureusement, grâce à Elisa, une hôte d’une grande gentillesse et très attentionnée, nous avons pu bénéficier d’une autre place plus pratique.

- Louise (8/5): Nice apartment - Nice apartment with stunning water and sunset views above the old town. It felt safe and secure inside a complex. We could park our car in the garage. The WiFi didn't work while we were there and the hairdryer was less than effective. Many stairs up to the apartment from the old town to be aware of if you don't like walking.

We were a group of 4 but the apartment could easily sleep 6 Apartment was very clean and well equipped. Walkable into Dubrovnik Old Town. Host was always available and gave helpful suggestions for restaurants Traffic noise from main road to rear of apartment although didn't spoil our stay Walk back up from Dubrovnik Old Town is longer than stated but easily manageable if reasonably fit

- DIYING (10/5): 跟着导航走要平缓一点，跟着房东指示走会快一点 - 美！美！美！这是我一眼就喜欢的酒店。阳台和露台的风景非常美。房间大，厨房设施齐全，空调给力。干净舒适，躺着就不想出门。是度假的好地方。我记得有条评语说：如果再来杜布罗夫尼克，那么这家酒店就是唯一的理由。我深表赞同。 走路去古城也就十几分钟，回程因为是上坡，时间要多一点。

- Ethne (10/5): 10/10 would recommend! - The apartment was wonderful with everyone you need in it! So spacious and beautiful views from the front door/patio area. The owner supplied us with complementary food and drinks and I cannot thank her enough for her generosity. She was considerate our our arrival and departure time. Definitely will be recommend! Not a negative of the apartment, just be warned there are a lot of steps to climb to get to the old town - we like walking so it is no problem but just to note for those who aren't driving.
