• Maria Andrea (10/5): Espectacular - El departamento es precioso. Muy cómodo,limpio, luminoso, con vistas, no le faltaba nada. La anfitriona súper amable, atenta a nuestras necesidades. La ubicación , la mejor … cerca de la playa y de una de las puertas al casco histórico. 145 escalones. Pero los hacía con gusto… es muy lindo todo
• Kathrin (9/5): Tolles Apartment für einen Städtetrip nach Dubrovnik - Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, sowohl vor der Ankunft wie auch während unseres Aufenthaltes. Das Apartment ist mit Liebe eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Sehr gemütlich und toll gelegen - alles super zu Fuß erreichbar! --

• Anna (10/5): Polecam - Bliskość centrum. W mieszkaniu zapewniona była kawa, herbata, cukier, oliwa, ocet balsamiczny. Dostępne były dodatkowe ręczniki, żel i szampon, inne artykuły higieniczne. Dodatkowo parasolka i ręczniki plażowe (my akurat nie skorzystaliśmy ze względu na pogodę). Ogólnie mieszkanie ok, choć niewielkie. Można byłoby wymienić szafki kuchenne, bo są nieco z poprzedniej epoki, ale spełniają swoją funkcję.
• 윤선 (10/5): - 구시가지와 매우 가깝고 깨끗하고 뭐든 게 다 갖추어져서 음식해 먹기 좋았어요. 숙소에서도 성벽이 좋은 뷰맛집입니다. 주인이 숙소 찾는 길을 영상으로 미리 보내주시고 열쇠 주시면서 기구 사용법을 천절히 설명해 주셨어요. 욕실 물이 잘 안빠져서 내려가는데 시간이 좀 걸려요.
• Maurizio (8/5): - The apartment is bright, with an incredible location and breathtaking views. The host is always available and super kind — for example, on Sunday the check-out was at 10 am, but they kindly allowed us to stay until 1 pm so we could catch our flight relaxed and without any rush. We really appreciated that. The walls are quite thin, so it feels like the neighbors are in the bedroom with you. The bed is a bit small for two and not very comfortable. We also missed having a small living area with a sofa — on a rainy day we had to stay in bed as it was the only comfortable space.
• Gustavo (9/5): Little gem near the old town - The host was wonderful and very helpful. The location is close to the old town, even though it’s up on a hill. The apartment has everything you could need. I didn’t like the bed linen, towels, and mattress — they could be of better quality. It would make a big difference, but unfortunately they were quite poor.

• Anne-Sophie (10/5): Très belle adresse à Dubrovnik - Appartement conforme à sa description. Il ne manque de rien : produits de nécessité (y compris gel douche et shampoing, lessives…), rangements, serviettes de plage et parasol… Très propre. Emplacement plutôt bon, proche de l’entrée de la vieille ville, même s’il y a plusieurs marches plutôt conséquentes pour atteindre l’appartement. Communication excellente et bienveillante avec le propriétaire On ne peut que reprocher les marches pour atteindre l’appartement mais c’est la configuration de la ville qui veut ça… Le sèche cheveux est un peu défaillant également, il faudra penser à le changer

• Kaori (10/5): The host's smile saved me! - The host's smile saved me! The original flight was canceled and the new flight was delayed, so my scheduled arrival time was changed from 8:00 pm. to 1:30 am. Every time I contacted the host to let her know I would be late, she replied, "It's okay, I'll wait you” I was also saved by the host's warm welcome, even though I had lost my luggage…. After checking in, she was worried about my luggage. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The location was also great. I highly recommend this apartment. Nothing

• Elisa (10/5): Overall experience was excellent! You will not regret staying at Niko II - The location was ideal for us to walk around and super close to Banje Beach and the Old town. Nike was very helpful, she gave us some restaurant recommendations and was very prompt and stayed in touch. Every was fine. Wifi stopped working the last 2 days but we didn’t mind as we had coverage and we didn’t bring it to Nike’s attention, as I’m sure she’d have looked after this.

The room was renovated recently, there was no functional problem in the room equipment. The owner is very kind and she gave us all necessary information. I highlly recommend this apartment for your trip in Dubrovnik.
• Edgardo (8/5): Better than expected, very good value. - Nice little apartment, clean and tidy. Less tha 10 min walk to reach Banje beach or the Ploce Door. The staircase up from Ulica Frana Supila is not exactly easy (more than 100 steps), but I got used to it in the 2nd. day.

The house had all the commodities, was very clean, and we felt extremely welcomed by our hosts. Although it wasn't an issue for us, the access to the house is made only by staircases. Inside the house there's also a few steps. So I wouldn't recommend it to someone that has reduced mobility.
• Milda (10/5): Exceptional - The location of the apartment is excellent: 5 min walk to the city center, 2 min walk to the supermarket and the beach. The apartment was equipped with all the basic facilities, it was really nice to have the kitchen because eating out is quite expensive in Dubrovnik. Finally, the hostess was very welcoming, she made sure that we didn't lack anything during our stay.
