• Marek (8/5): - Lokalizacja w samym centrum starego miasta. W apartamencie wszystko co potrzebne na kilkudniowy pobyt. Mieszkanie zlokalizowane na 3 piętrze kamieniczki przy głównej ulicy turystycznej z lokalami gastronomicznymi na dole. Nie przeszkadzało to jednak w pobycie.
• Emma (3/5): Extremely disappointing stay - The only positive aspect was the central location just off the main street in the Old Town. The host did not send the check‑in instructions until shortly before our arrival, which made planning difficult, although the keys were collected from a lock box without issues. The entrance to the building is always open and used by nearby restaurants, so anyone could walk in, right up to the apartment door, which feels completely unsafe. The hallway is used to store an assortment of random items and there were also cockroaches in the corridor. The stairs leading up to the apartment are very steep and don’t feel secure. Inside the apartment, the noise was constant throughout the night from bars and restaurants below, plus the clock tower chiming every hour- making sleep almost impossible. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the apartment did not feel clean. There were inches of dust behind the bed, the shower was grotty, and the whole place had an unpleasant smell. No toiletries were provided despite the listing photos suggesting otherwise. The portable air‑conditioning unit is only in the living room, leaving the bedroom very warm even in early May. I can’t imagine how hot it would be in summer. Overall, the location is central, but the apartment itself was dirty, noisy, uncomfortable, and did not match the description at all.

• DAVID (5/5): Appartements très décevant pour + de 700€ - Juste la qualité du lit dans la chambre Une soirée sans eau chaude, pas de prise pour le micro onde, odeur dégoût salle de bain + des gros cafards, canapé pour notre fille dans le salon casser et pas adapté pour un adulte, un possible de dormir avec la climatisation dans le salon, car il se trouve juste a côté du canapé lit, appartement au 3 étages sans ascenseur, escaliers très vêtus et pas très propres, odeurs de fritures dans les escaliers et au premier étage, un local vestiaire du personnel d'un restaurant qui se changeait devant nous porte ouverte et je répète des cafards.

• Viki (9/5): - The apartment is great! It's on the main street and the owners are very nice and responsive. We had some issues with the wi-fi and after letting them know, they fixed it in no time. They left us plenty clean towels, raincoats, umbrella, feminine products and what not. Just very thoughtful. They also allowed us to have a late check out as we needed to stay for a bit with no cost. We are very satisfied. There are 3 sets of stairs. This was not a problem for us though.

• Rajesh (10/5): Great location to explore Dubrovnik Old town - Lores appartment's location is perfect for exploring Dubrovnik old town. Very convenient location to roam around the city in evening and just 2-5 minutes walk from all major attractions. Apartment itself was very clean and spacious for family of 3. Bathroom was really clean and neat. Kitchen facilities were good too. It was very with check-in and check-out procedures

We encountered some issues/system mistake and while booking didn't stand up to support us, Josip went above and beyond to help us, take care of us. He is the definition of reliable,helpful,friendly & best host/owner. The place itself is also a nice,cozy apartment in the cool location
• Sam (6/5): Central to old town - Very convenient location. Basically situated right on the most popular spot in old town. Nice strong shower too. It's loud so you'll ear plugs if you're a light sleeper like me. Plenty of other side streets would be much quieter at night than this main street. The sofa is very uncomfy as I thinks it's a bed too.

• Anne (7/5): Lovely apartment if you don't mind noise and stairs - Fabulous location in the middle of old town with windows overlooking the town square. Apartment was well equipped with everything you need and the bathroom was a good size with shelves for toiletry bags. Three flights of stairs with luggage. Very noisy at night between the people partying in the square and the bell towers chiming.

• Paloma (4/5): Un desastre - La ubicación estaba muy bien, aunque es cierto que se escuchaba mucho el ruido de los bares de abajo y de los coches de limpieza que empezaban bastante temprano a trabajar (en torno a las 6 de la mañana) El anfitrión no nos mandó las instrucciones y tuvimos que escribirle el día de antes de nuestra entrada solicitando que nos las mandara. La entrada al apartamento es la misma que la del servicio y almacén de un restaurante. Las escaleras para entrar eran horribles, si vas con maleta olvídate, tres tramos de escaleras muy altas, inclinadas, pequeñas e irregulares. Los techos del apartamento increíblemente bajos, es una buhardilla hecha apartamento. La cocina con el grifo mirando a Cuenca, los utensilios de cocina sucios y además sin extrator, cosa que hace que si cocines huela todo el apartamento, pero vaya, que ya de por sí el apartamento huele a pescado refrito del restaurante que tienes justo debajo tuya, sobre todo huele el baño, que además, tiene un sumidero tapado de la manera más cutre que te puedas imaginar, con papel film y encima de eso una alfombrilla que no han lavado en meses, todo para disimular ese sumidero que huele un pestazo. La cama y las almohadas eran una tortura, una cama de muelles super antigua con el sobre colchón del Ikea para intentar mejorar ese desastre de colchón que te contractura la espalda, de verdad que no se puede dormir y las almohadas un desastre que apoyas la cabeza y el relleno se va para los lados. En cuanto al wifi no nos facilitaron nada en em mensaje de entrada (el cual era bastante escueto) y cuando llegamos estaba "escrito" en una especie de pizarrita en la mesa del salón, lo pongo entre comillas porque se veían literalmente dos números y tenías que adivinar todo lo demás. Conclusión, ni reserves aquí

• cesar (7/5): Outstanding location and opportunities for impeovement - Outstanding location in the center of the old town.Responsive Host. Unfortunately, there was only one portable air conditioner for the living room and the main bedroom was too hot 🥵 to sleep in. It felt like 30 Celsius at night. Also, the apartment is on the 3rd floor so if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues, this may cause a problem to you.

• Rebecca (9/5): A gorgeous flat in a central location! - The location was incredibly central and looked out onto the Main Street. Josip was an incredibly helpful host and helped us when needed! This didn’t apply to us but May to others. There were three steep flights of stairs to access the property which would be difficult if you had mobility issues.
• Radway (10/5): Josip was amazing before we arrived and during our stay. - No breakfast provided. The bedroom wasn’t as cool as the living room but we managed because it was a great location.

• Branka (10/5): Perfect little getaway! - Amazing location in the heart of Dubrovnik Old Town. Everything was walkable distance, including the beach, shops and restaurants. Apartment was cute and clean and host Josip was friendly and provided a great service.

• Glenn (7/5): Comfortable stay but a bit noisy. - It’s in the centre of the old town. The bed was comfortable and they have utensils and hobs for home cooking. It was a bit difficult to find, GPS struggled pin point it too. The stairs at the very top are a bit dangerous, very steep. There’s no washing machine and the windows are not sound proof. I could hear everyone down below very clearly and loudly until past midnight.
• Iris (10/5): Great location and clean rooms! - Great location in Old Town! The rooms were very nice and we had no issues with the place. The host was very nice and when the water mixer in the shower broke before our check in, they were quick to get it fixed. We really appreciated their diligence to fix the shower and their transparency about it being broken! We'd love to stay here again! Check-in was a bit stressful as we didn't receive any instructions and couldn't get in contact with the host.
• Jairo (10/5): Excellent 👌 - The apartment is very cozy and it has the perfect location. We liked that it's also completely equipped with everything you may need (towels, dishes, dental stuff, umbrellas...). We had a nice rest in the super comfortable bed. The stairs to get to the apartment are too high , but seems normal in the city. Also, the hot water takes some time to turn on.

Note that since it is within the walls, the building is old and therefore the steps are steep if you have elderly or are carrying huge luggage’s might be smth you wish to take note of! But for my family we had no issues (was just a bit of a workout) other than that comfortable stay!

• Antonio (6/5): Location was great! Rest was OK. - As expected, apartment clean and great views to the plaza. Location was great as mentioned in the description. Noise was not an issue to us, we kind of liked hearing the street, we believe you can’t beat that. I understand it is an apartment on the old town and everything needs to adapt to the current times and Even though it mentioned stairs in the description, stairs are in really bad shape, dirty, un even and kind of dangerous. Hallways are used to store all kinds of stuff. This should be mentioned while taking a decisions as I traveled with parents and this issue was not clear in the apartment description. Just be careful it can cause an accident of future users as it almost did to ours going up and down. Also, it mentioned lobby in the description, this was not a lobby. door was always open and it is a storage of a restaurant. That was not pleasant. Kind of sketchy. Rest was as described by owner.

• Stephen (8/5): Had a great time and the apartment was bang in the centre of everything. - Great location, nice clean spacious apartment. Three floors up so prepare to have to carry suitcases all the way up (maybe not recommended for more elderly guests). It also took a few nights to get used to the church bells ringing every hour! But that's what you have to accept for the very central location, which was great.

• Ac (9/5): Great! - Great location right in the middle of old town. It was a great size for 3 of us friends- 2 on the bed and 1 on the pull out couch. I had asked if beach towels could be provided and they were able to do so which made for easier packing- so helpful. Kitchen with plenty of utensils and soaps in the bathroom provided too. Lovely decor of the flat too. As other comments state, it is noisy on the main road - people, church bells, music at all hours of the day/night- so just something to be aware of. And we found the hot water was gone rather quickly but we managed. A few more sheets would be helpful to have too as we shared a bed. But overall it was a lovely stay!
• Siddhartha (10/5): Great location, value for Money - This apartment is right heart of Dubrovnik old town, so location cannot be any better than this, you have all major attractions just few steps away.. Josip is amazing host, always approachable for any support and recommendation, he organised some trips for us and also Airport pickup so I recommend to contact him if needed. The apartment also includes well equipped kitchen as well incase you would like to do some cooking. Summary - Perfect Location with amazing host, recommended for your stay in Dubrovnik Honestly nothing as everything was perfect. Steps may not be convenient for some specially small children or elderly people but for us it was all fine.

Use the transfer service, as taxi services are so expensive. The apartment entrance is across from wok n sushi. My only issue is the church bells. But that's nothing to do with the apartment.

• Andrew (9/5): A very clean, safe, well stocked apartment centrally located - Everything was there for a comfortable stay including a fridge, stove, small appliances and dishes, pans and cutlery. There was also lots of extra bed linen and pillows. Having a fold out sofa bed in the living room was also nice. It was a short walk to everything in the old town. Just beware that there are three flights of steps totaling 40 between them so anyone not able to do that many should seriously reconsider booking. It can also be very noisy due to the central location but when the windows are closed most of that disappears. The church bells chiming on the hour wears thin after a few days.
• June (8/5): I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in such a central location. - Thankfully there was a man on site who could phone Josep to get the code to access the key as I had received NO communication to tell me. The location on the main street was excellent but I was surprised how cluttered the stairway to the flat was.

Lively music in the evening from downstairs. Extremely friendly host who is willing to accommodate the change in our travel circumstance due to unforeseen weather condition. The stairway to the apartment could be better presented, but not a deal breaker

• Louise (8/5): Perfect location - The location on Stradun in the old town is perfect. Having stayed in the old town previously and had to deal with being several streets back and therefore having to tackle many steps this location on this occasion was ideal. Nice to have a small kitchen and dining area. The apartment was up several flights of narrow stairs which was difficult to navigate with luggage, but to be expected in an old building. Lots of noise after bars closed until the sun came up of street cleaning and bottles being emptied - might bother someone who is a light sleeper, however worth it for the location to me.

• Julie (7/5): A apartment with charm - The property’s location was second to none. It is located in the old town, right on the main street above a restaurant on the 3rd floor. Josip was a wonderful host and communicator, promptly responding to my questions and he provided details as to how to get to the apartment once in the old town and how to find the keys in a key safe. It is understandably an old apartment, very quaint with a lot of charm. As the property is located on the 3rd floor, it gets very hot in the apartment and there is a portable air con unit located in the living room but only a fan in the bedroom which is completely useless on a hot day and simply pushes hot air around the bedroom making sleep difficult. The “portable” air con unit cannot be moved from the living room as the hot air extraction hose is positioned in a hole in the window but keeps falling out. We needed to fashion a way to keep the hose in position to offer some relief from the heat. This should be addressed for future guests. There are 3 flights of stairs to reach the apartment which is to be expected in an old building, however those with mobility issues need to be aware the problem is not with the number of stairs but that they are precarious and lighting is quite inadequate.
• Keryn (8/5): AMAZING location, just make sure you don’t have large bags, or have a strong person with you, as there are lots of stair - Lores is in the most amazing part of The Old Town! You couldn’t ask for better! The stairs are a bit of a nightmare if you have large suitcases. The lady who met us there was fantastic and took our bags for us 😊
• Sarah (9/5): Fantastic stay, in fantastic location with very helpful host - Brilliant location! Close to bars, restaurants and sights. Very spacious and modern, with lovely decor. Good kitchen facilities, and utensils. The shower was fantastic!!!! It was very hot! The air con unit in the lounge was helpful but the bedroom was so hot to sleep in at night even with the fan. We had to sleep on pull out sofa - but the sofa was still comfortable!

• Allanah (7/5): Good location but hot!!! - Location was awesome! Right in the middle of Dubrovnik old town. Fridge and freezer were a great convenience. You have to go up three flights of creepy, narrow, steep stairs to get to the apartment. Not ideal with suitcases. The aircon is only a small portable one, which has to stay in the living room, the cool air barely makes it to the bedroom. As such, we were absolutely sweltering in the main bedroom, and the small fan in there did nothing but push hot air around.

Location is a m a z i n g , Josip was very nice and friendly and he helped us a lot for restaurant recommendations and city tours. • Zachary (8/5): Great stay - The room was very good in a fantastic location in the heart of old town. Nice and clean with plenty of general household facilities. The washer was a lifesaver and is quite simple to work out. For all those confused on what to do, use setting D, and put it on 6 for a delicates wash, then put it on 8 and let it spin, then 9 to pump the water out. Great spot. The main bedroom doesn't have airconditioning, but this is minor.

The communication with the host was very easy, and they also organised a transfer from the airport for us, at a reasonable fee. They also shared plenty of tips for nice restaurants and coffees. Good air conditioning in the living room. A little noisy at night due it being such a central location.

Josip was a fantastic host and was very accommodating to our requests, which we were thankful for. He even left some drinks for us to enjoy! The apartment is beautiful and very clean with a wonderful view onto the Stradun. There are three steep flights of stairs to the apartment but well worth it! We would look to stay here again in future trips to Dubrovnik! Nothing

• Ribika (9/5): Comfortable stay at a great location… - Great location of the apartment right at the Stradun. The living room and bedroom were decently sized and the bed was quite comfortable. There were plates and a toaster and coffee machine in the kitchen. The host’s sister was also kind enough to bring us some coffee and milk since the coffee pods weren’t available. The only problem-was that the host was unavailable at the time of our check-in and hence we had to wait a while to get into the apartment. The property is located on the 2nd floor and has a steep flight of stairs and no lift. So we had a little difficulty with our luggage. but this is already mentioned and the person booking it should be aware of the same.
• Kozi (4/5): Dubrovnik wonderful, this place is terrible ... - location it was at 3rd floor , we did not know that it was at 3rd floor without elevator, not informed, we were expecting parking area near this place , we could come to place by taxi .. we were not informed before ,,, and the public park demanded 200 $ for 3 days ... we called the room owner and asked him what to do , this was the parking place which he advised us , he told " you have to pay this " ... of course again no information before .... entrance of house was like garbage ...
