• Rudzieniec (10/5): Pobyt 2 osoby na 3 noce - Spektakularny widok na morze i starówkę z balkonu (nawet z łóżka), bo balkon jest w sypialni, jak również z jadalni. Apartament przestronny, doskonale wyposażony. Świetny kontakt z właścicielką, mogłyśmy przechować bagaże po wymeldowaniu. Gorąco polecam 😊 Apartament położony jest wysoko na wzgórzu, więc raczej nie jest dla osoby, która ma problemy zdrowotne z poruszaniem się, ale zdrowa osoba spokojnie da radę spacerować na stare miasto i spali zbędne kalorie 😉 a widoki wynagrodzą wysiłek 😊

• Ewa (9/5): Magiczny widok z balkonu :) - apartament czysty, cichy, przestronny, bardzo dobrze wyposażony: kuchnia (m.in. duże kubki, małe kubki, nożyczki, herbata, kawa), srodki czystości, ręcznik papierowy (włącznie ze środkami higieny dla kobiet - duuuży plus :), dodatkowe ręczniki czy pościel, ciepła woda, wifi działa, a największy plus - widok z balkonu :D (coś pięknego - widok z góry na całą starówkę i morze), poniżej ogródek z kotem, żółwiem i kwiatami :) właścicielka przemiła i bardzo pomocna osoba - super szybki kontakt niestety to co jest ogromnym plusem czyli widok - nawet z łóżka widać dachy starego miasta :) stanowi jedyny minus apartamentu. niestety trzeba się wspiąć ze starego miasta na gore po naprawde wielu schodach... ale dla osób aktywnych - tylko dla zdrowia :) z racji lokalizacji - najbliższe sklepy i restauracje dopiero przy samej starowce

Apartament znakomicie wyposażony, jest naprawdę wszystko czego potrzeba i nawet czego nie potrzeba ;) Bardzo czysto, dobre WiFi, bardzo sprawna komunikacja, właścicielka odpowiada na wszystkie wiadomości przed rozpoczęciem pobytu i w trakcie również. Najpiękniejszy widok z balkonu jaki można sobie wyobrazić!!Nawet te schody po których trzeba się wspiąć, żeby dotrzeć do apartamentu nie są w stanie zepsuć wrażenia, powiem szczerze, że nawet ma to swój urok, ale dla ludzi starszych lub np. bez kondycji dotarcie na górę może stanowić problem. Wszystko było super!

• Molly (9/5): Lovely stay with amazing view! - Very nice apartment, good size for couple on holiday. Had everything you needed in the kitchen and plenty of towels/bedding etc. Thoroughly cleaned and the host was amazing. Ivona picked us up from the airport and drove us to a supermarket on the way to the apartment. She was very lovely and accommodating, as well as her mother who lived next door. The highlight of the apartment is truly the view, it is absolutely stunning! The stairs going back up from old town are quite tough. We were aware of this and didn’t mind though.

The view from the apartment is amazing. Everything you need is there in the apartment and the air con works so quickly. Great mattress on the bed too, slept very well every night.

Owner helpful, attentive and proactive to our needs including the option to store luggage. Kitchen fully equipped, spacious unit, excellent balcony with fantastic views. Air Conditioning unit made the stay very comfortable. Nothing not to like but be aware, as anywhere on the hill, there will be lots of steps down into the old town. However, clear instructions and address given if you choose to uber etc, and that would only involve a few steps from the road to the unit.

Plenty of storage space and lovely view from the balcony, just a shame a couple of trees could not be trimmed down a bit for a better view. I would highly recommend this property but only book it if you are physically fit, the walk to and from the old town is very demanding but you will feel fitter by the end of the week.

• Maryann (10/5): Cozy in November and good for work and exercise - Recommend - Everything is perfect! I particularly liked the big table with the window/city view. Ivona had the heater going upon my arrival, which was GREAT! Heated floors!!!! WiFi tested 53.6 down and 26.9 up. Clean. Comfy bed. Cute balcony. Lots of hot water in the shower, great water pressure. Washing machine worked well and detergent was included. In that vein, the unit is WELL STOCKED with everything under the sun, even oils and vinegar and foil. The only thing it needs is a coffee table/end table for the couch. Where should I place my hot tea? There is no heater in the bedroom, but you don't need it. I am from Miami, Florida. Trust me when I tell you, the place is warm and cozy in late November!!! I liked the place SO much, I wanted to extend to do a little work at the big table. They said I could pay cash at the same rate or pay 18 euro MORE using my credit card. My ATM card was stolen, so I can't get cash and my credit card "cash advance" rates are 20%. So I didn't extend. My advice is to figure out a way to accept credit cards! I was in a small town in Albania and a lady used her phone to accept payment! :-) Also, not a problem for me, but the stairs are worth a mention because they are serious and unavoidable. The location is near the freeway, so the Uber drop-off is fantastic, but getting into town is exercise. All that said, I still HIGHLY RECOMMEND the place!

• Steve (10/5): Superbly located & equipped apartment. - We've been travelling for 6 weeks & staying in various places through the UK & Croatia. This property & another in the Cotswolds were the best in which we stayed. The magnificent location directly overlooking Dubrovnik old town is far & away the best attraction, but the apartment is very well equipped & comfortable. The only issue, for some, would be the many steps down to the old town, but how else do you get a view like that. That aside, highly recommended.

The apartment is well equipped with everything you need so you can wash clothes or cook a meal - so important if you are travelling for an extended period of time.

• Kailyn (10/5): Amazing location and exceptional service - We loved our stay in this cute little apartment overlooking the beautiful old city of Dubrovnik. So appreciative of how well organized and set up everything was. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook and enjoy our meals, washing machine was a big help in the middle of our trip. As a girl with curly hair I was blown away that Ivona had a hair dryer with a diffuser available (it’s the little perks, right?). We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Would be great for a long stay. Like much of Dubrovnik, many stairs to old town. Not great for people with mobility issues but lovely for those who like to walk!

• Jennifer (10/5): Fabulous and friendly - The view was the best! And I slept extremely well awakening to the church bells which were delightful and not too loud. The walk down through a protected pedestrian walkway was a nice way to get a feel for the town. It isn’t more than 15 minutes though will take a bit more walking up. It’s worth it as you have a full view of the Adriatic and Lokum island ( a must see ). I painted small watercolors and wrote a bit in the quiet morning before going into the busier world of the old city I hope to get back soon. Nothing comes to mind.

• Thomas (9/5): Wonderful hosts, beautiful views and well located - The host's mother-in-law, who lives right next to the property, was absolutely lovely and we really wish we had had more time to stay and chat with her. Properly was clean, had everything we needed, and the view out over the Dubrovnik old town was spectacular. Location is 15 minutes walk down into the old town. Obviously no fault of the hosts, but the climb back up the hill can be a little daunting, especially in hot weather! I definitely wouldn't attempt it with luggage. That said, we managed it multiple times during a heatwave, only resorting to a taxi once. It's a pity there's not better transport links. The AC, which is mounted in the kitchen, doesn't reach the bedroom brilliantly. They could do with a fan to mix the air better. That said, it was a record breaking heatwave in Europe when we visited and the bedroom was still at a relatively comfortable temperature. The shower door is missing, meaning that the floor gets wet pretty easily.

All amenities you could th - beautiful clean and modern apartment with spectacular views of Dubrovnik old town apartment itself was amazing, no complaints, however location is a slight issue as it’s up a steep hill, so bookers should be prepared for a big climb, which in the height of the summer heat makes it more difficult! that being said you would not get this view in the heart of the old town.

Her mother-in-law who stay next door is very kind and friendly too. It has great view as located on the hill so it means a lot of stairs to get from the old town back to apartment. Alternative is to take a taxi (only a few €).

Thank you - location was great, views were great, the floor was heated, the bed cosy and comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, the shower stayed hot and bathroom was lovely, the host was friendly and accommodating, I could go on ☺️ if I had to think of something maybe curtains in bedroom, it was fine for us as the weather was awful so sun was not an issue. but can’t fault the property

Amazing view .But the most great was host, she was very helpful and kind. We arrived late and we found the refrigerate full of food and welcoming vine, and host made a food for us , it was very very touching. we would come back and recommend all our friends.

• Rok (10/5): Above all expectations! - This place is amazing. Host Ivona and her mother in law are very friendly and welcoming. Everything you need is in the apartment, all the gadgets in the kitchen, all the basics you need for cooking (oil, spices, vinegar,coffee, sugar…), she also left a bottle of wine, water and a carton of milk in the fridge (that never happened to me anywhere when i booked the apartment). The location and the view are amazing, overlooking the old town. Ivona told me all about the good tours and restaurants around and advised me about sightseeing. Overall i felt really good staying at this apartment and i am definetly coming again!

Ivona was amazing, giving us lots of tips for getting the most out of our stay in Dubrovnik, and really did go above and beyond our exceptions.
