• Hemant (10/5): Great, wonderful and memorable…😍😍😍 - It was really clean and well maintained, also location is good you have bus stop on 3 min walk from where you catch old town for every 10 min, restaurant, pub is all on walking distance. Also view from the apartment is great. Host Leo is truly a gentlemen. He made out trip really easy when it comes to airport pick up and down in late hours, he himself offer this service so it’s convenient for guest.

Blisko plaża, restauracje, kawiarnie, sklepy, a przystanek autobusowy jest dosłownie minutę od apartamentu, możemy z niego odejściach pod same mury starego miasta za bardzo niska cenę. Właściciele są bardzo miłi i pomocni.

The host was warm and welcoming, and the location was perfect, with a supermarket and bus stop just below the property. The apartment was spotless, with exceptional cleanliness in every corner. It was clear the host had prepared the place with great care, as if they would live there themselves, which made it feel especially comfortable and convenient. It had all the facilities we needed.

Čistoća je na najvišoj razini, sve je mirisno, pogled je prekrasan i povrh svega, nalazi se u prelijepom dijelu Dubrovnika! Za domaćine imamo samo riječi hvale. Osim uslužnosti i ljubaznosti, bili su nam vrijedan izvor informacija i preporuka. Osjećale smo dobrodošlicu kao da smo došle prijateljima. Svima preporučujemo, a i mi ćemo ponovo doći!

The host made me feel like I’m home, he offered to help me for lifting the baggages and picking me up from the airport and dropping me off 😊 he allowed me stay longer after the check out time and the neighborhood itself is so beautiful, quiet and 5 minutes away from the beach. La ubicación es increíble, tienes enfrente un supermercado muy completo, hay muy buenos restoranes y de comida variada en un radio de 500 metros. La playa está a unos 300 metros y es muy bonita. A poca distancia está la parada de autobús (nro 6) que te lleva en 15 minutos aprox a la ciudad Antigua. Recomendable 100%

• Natalie (10/5): Highly recommended! - The Tennis Apartment is all you need for a wonderful—believe me, it will be wonderful—vacation in Dubrovnik, Croatia. It's truly a home away from home. The host is amazing—very friendly, helpful, and always available if you need anything. The studio apartment is fully equipped, from kitchen appliances to laundry facilities. It’s clean, bright, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location couldn’t be more perfect: there’s a Tommy supermarket nearby, a bus stop just a 1-minute walk away, and one of the most beautiful promenades is right around the corner. Getting to the Old Town is easy—either by bus or, if you're walking enthusiasts like us, by a scenic 30–40-minute walk with breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea. Next time we visit Dubrovnik (and yes, there will be a next time), we’ll definitely stay at the Tennis Apartment again. Thank you, Leo!
• Susan (9/5): Beautiful apartment - Apartment very well located near the promenade, close to shops and all amenities. It was spotlessly clean, very bright and airy with a very comfortable bed and very well supplied with all you need for a comfortable stay. Host was friendly and helpful. A lot of steps up to the apartment for anyone with mobility issues. Although we had access to a very sunny roof terrace you would miss a furnished balcony in the apartment.

• Timon (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed here for 3 nights and loved everything about it, the only thing we didn't like was leaving. The room is spacious and very clean with an amazing bed. When we arrived Leo came, gave us access to the parking and a very friendly welcome. He helped with the luggage and gave us a tour of the appartement and some recommendations. When booking the place I had no idea the location was so amazing. It's very close to the promenade which is filled with restaurants and bars, ending at a great beach where there are multiple options to rent a beachchair or you can just sit on the pebbles. Less than 5min walk from the appartement there's the busstop that takes you directly to the Old Town so that was also perfect. There's a big supermarket across also. And you have a rooftop terrace (shared but we never saw anyone else) were you can also dry your laundry. If you're planning on coming to Dubrovnik and Tennis apparentment is available, don't hesitate and book it, you will not regret it!
• Yuliia (10/5): Book this now! The best place to stay! - If you doubt or look for apartment now, you’re lucky bc you find it! I highly recommend you this. The apartment is wonderful as well as the window view. So close to great beach, cafes, great big supermarket, bus stop. the host is so kind, helped us a lot, met us and told us everything about the room, advised a lot of places and was online when we arrived :) You can cook there (as at home, everything is new and clean), there’s a dishwasher, washing machine and all things you need! And yes, it was soo clean there! And there’s a huge terrace in the building. Everything is perfect! The only thing is maybe if there is a washing machine there might be an iron too, but it wasn’t necessary for us

Very convenient... It's a clean and neat place. Communication with the owner was easy and pleasant. He gave me all the info regarding my stay in Lapad. The beach was just a five-minute walk away, as was the bus stop to Dubrovnik Old Town. As depicted in the photos, the apartment was impeccably clean and equipped with modern amenities—an excellent choice for anyone seeking both convenience and comfort. Leo was a fantastic host and very responsive, offering us tips for restaurants and cafes close by. Everythig was perfect and we will be back!

Leo met us before our arrival to pass the keys, showed the property and explained everything. The apartment is very clean, furniture is modern and comfortable. All appliances are in order. The view from the window is amazing. The location is very convenient- a supermarket is just opposite the building, sunset beach is less than 10 mins walk, 2 mins to a bus stop from where you can get to the old town. If you need to print the boarding passes (Dubrovnik airport doesn't support mobile passes) you can do it in FOTO ADRIA located in the shopping centre opposite the apartment building.

It has everything for a comfortable stay: fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, comfortable bed, perfect wifi. There is a supermarket right in front of it. A bus stop is just a few steps away. Cafés and restaurants just around the corner. Beach is few minutes away by a pedestrian alley. Both Srdjana and Leo are friendly and helped me with everything.

Nice comfortable apartment with all needed stuff, functional kitchen and strong AC Optimal location near awesome beach, caffès and restaurants and product store. Old town is located in 15min by bus. Bus stop is in 2mins. One more point I want to mention is individual approach to every client. The apartment owner Leo and his wife Srđana met us helped with check in and always were available for questions and any help during the whole stay. The apartment has a dreamy view, it is very clean, equipped and close to the market, the bus station that goes to the old center, the port. Met us on his motorbike within 5 mins of our arrival. Free parking spot out front, inside boom gate. - Very well-equiped kitchen - Netflix on tv -Not a big issue, but washing machine was terrible. Followed host’s instructions. Tablet was provided but didn’t dissolve. Clothes were still dirty and sopping wet after multiple washing and spinning attempts. - Caution to those unable to climb stairs as apartment is up 4 flights on top level.

• Olena (10/5): Exceptional - Dear Reader, if you are considering to stay at this apartment - I’d highly recommend you do so! I stayed in this new renovated apartment for a week on my solo trip in Croatia, and I fully enjoyed my stay! The bed is very comfortable and spacious, the apartment holds a high functioning kitchen with all the utilities you need and when wanting to cook yourself, there is a supermarket right outside the apartment building within 100 meters of walk, with a bakery inside, where I got my very delicious and freshly made morning pastries from. But if preferred, there are also fantastic restaurants right in the same area as the apartment complex. The apartment has as well, a very good bathroom with a washing mashing inside and as well a balcony, where you can dry your cloths I enjoyed some of my nights watching some free offered Netflix and eating a pizza, orders as well from a restaurant near by But my personal highlight is the location of the apartment, which is 5 min by foot away from the Sunset Beach in Dubrovnik So if your goal is it to have a beach vacation at maybe one of the best seasides in Europe, then this is the place to be ! If you decide to go to the city Center in Dubrovnik (which I did myself to enjoy the beauty of the old town), the bus stop is, as well in 2 min walk and it takes you 10 min max. to reach the old town. The host family is a wonderfully kindhearted and welcoming couple, who will make sure you will have a comfortable and enjoyable stay! They care about your well being and are always there to help with some inside tips or helping hand and with such support and care the vacation is elevated from good to amazing! I fully enjoyed my trip here and would come back any time 10/10 would recommend. -
• Fallon (10/5): Fab apartment in Dubrovnik - I would buy this apartment if I could. Just perfect for me, all mod cons, fab view, Netflix and Amazon Prime, comfy bed, great shower and clothes drying balcony. Nice kitchen, air conditioning, large wardrobe, light and sunny, top floor, all amenities nearby, hair salon next door (no time to visit, sadly), lovely handbags/accessories shop, even a Benetton over the road, and a Celtic Irish bar round the corner plays beautiful music! It was not the easiest place to find in the dark. I waited for Leo to appear on his motor bike and I was standing literally opposite!
