He was friendly and helpful, recommending places to go, things to do and places to eat. He insisted on carrying our bags to the front door. The apartment itself was stunning - and in an amazing location. The host, Jocip, communicated with us before, during and after our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. Nothing!

Die Aussicht ist einfach atemberaubend, super Gastgeber, Tolle Lage, Sehr Sauber, ein tollen Wein gab es als Geschenk, alles nicht selbstverständlich & absolut empfehlenswert! Leider aufgrund der Lage kein Parkplatz in der Nähe, haben aber ein Uber geholt und so die Koffer zum Apartment gebracht!

- Lukas (10/5): Skvělé ubytování na perfektním místě - Ubytování bylo skvělé po všech stránkách a byli jsme maximálně spokojeni. Apartmán se nachází jen kousek od historického centra a z terasy nabízí nádherný výhled. Je navíc velmi dobře vybavený, takže nám během pobytu vůbec nic nechybělo.
- Desiree (10/5): Brilliant stay in a wonderful apartment - Location and size were perfect. The view was amazing! Josip was a wonderful and very responsive host. There were lots of stairs but that’s just how that part of Dubrovnik is.
- Paul (10/5): - Location was amazing, views are the main attraction with this place , really peaceful and quiet and only a 10 minute walk to the old town, if your mobility isn't great the steps that are leading down to the old town maybe a problem. Hosts were really helpful with us, especially as our flight had to abort landing 3 times and ended up in Italy overnight, which wasn't ideal. Accommodation has everything you could possibly need for your stay, would highly recommend 👌🏻 Nothing

Million dollar view from the balcony, plus excellent facilities, including capsule coffee machine, full kitchenware, laundry, great shower, local wine, everything. The host is super helpful, even sent youtube video for navigation before arrival. Plus, it is only few minute walking distance to the Ploce gate and cable car station. The closest grocery is 1minute away. Nothing. I just wish I could have stayed for a week, instead of 3days only.

It is a short walk to the Old Town but in a quiet location away from the crowds and close to the beach. We organized pick ups for tours from the Excelsior Hotel which is about a 1 minute walk from the property. It was perfect for our family of four! For us it wasn’t a problem, but there are a lot of steps.

Sitting on the ballong for breakfast and in the evening made the stay so special and memorable. The walk down to the property was a bit hard, and the amount of stairs to the beach gave is good workout. But none of these made the stay harder or unmanagable.

He was responsive and always willing to help. The apartment was amazing with a view to the old town which was stunning. It was perfect for walking access to all the sites we were keen to see and provided quick access to the beach as well. The apartment had everything we needed and was beautifully presented. It was also quiet and restful if you needed a little 'down time'. I would definitely recommend and would stay again and again....

Outstanding views of the water and old town as well as all modern appliances. The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious and attention to detail was obvious. Luggage storage was also a bonus. Josip was a perfect host and always quick to respond to any questions. Be aware that there are a number of stairs to get down to street level as in much of Dubrovnik. That said, we can’t recommend this apartment highly enough. We liked everything.

Wonderful views of the old town and Lokrum. The stairs! But we worked out the road route which was a lot easier on the calves. It was perfect - nothing to not like.

Walk into the old city. Great views Taxi driver dropped us off on the lower road and had to order a second one. Best advise people to drop off at the Bikers cafe.

Wish owner could told us specifically the apartment we stay ( ex : apt 1 or 2 ) - The view is spectacular and distance to Old Town is close enough so makes the property very convenient!! The water pressure of shower is excellent! Access to property is little challenge especially with luggages walking on unpaved road at night to find the apartment. Also we need help from taxi driver to lift the luggages walk up to where the taxi parked, and we’re not that old and very active people tho.

Just sit and watch the boats go past. Really nice air condition, very welcome at 35°C outside. Has all the convenient appliances like dishwasher and washing mashine/dryer. The only thing I noticed that could make cooking easier is that there was no sharp knives, otherwise the kitchen was well equipped.

- Jaanika (10/5): Exceptional - We feel so lucky to have found this place! Josip is an exceptional host—he kindly let us check in early even during peak season, which was a huge help for us. The view from the apartment is absolutely breathtaking, like something straight off a postcard. It’s the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee and just relax. Each room has air conditioning, so even on hot summer nights, we slept comfortably. The apartment is extremely well-equipped—you can choose from different kinds of coffee, cook your own meals, and even pack light thanks to the washing machine and dryer. Honestly, it felt like home, just better! Josip is not only professional but also genuinely warm and people-oriented, which isn’t something you come across every day. We’ve traveled a lot, and I can honestly say this was one of the best stays we’ve ever had—largely thanks to such a great host. And about the stairs... I'm five months pregnant and survived them just fine—so unless you're carrying twins and a suitcase up Everest, you'll be just fine too 😄 Highly, highly recommend!

- William (10/5): Wonderful 5 star stay - Property has a great location being a short walk to the the Old City. View out the back deck is amazing. The Apt is very spacious clean and updated. I was also impressed with the amount of kitchen appliances (different coffee makers, toaster etc,) . There was a full compliment of utensils. There is even luggage storage lockers if you have a flight later in the day. Our apt happens to half 1.5 baths which was an added bonus. The owner/property manager was engaged and available to answer questions throughout our stay. There is a small grocery store a short walk from the unit. Nothing I can think of….. There are stairs everywhere in the city….just make note

Very comfortable and safe for the kids. The location is great. About 8 min walk from the old town. There is also a market nearby. Josip was really a great host. Josip was very responsive to any queries and was very prompt in fixing a relatively minor problem were encountered. Anyone visiting Dubrovnik will know that it is very hilly and there are unavoidable sets of steps. Joisp can do nothing about that and does point out that access to the appartment is via a good number of steps.
- Wang (9/5): Will come back again - Location is good, you could easily by walk to old town within 10mins to explore the famous old town and also lots of choices of restaurants /bars, a nice beach just nearby and you could also enjoy your own dinner by cooking at the apartment since several convenient markets are just there. The facility of the residence is excellent and you can find everything you need. It’s fantastic to have a dinner in the b balcony with the dreamlike view and the breeze of the sea

The newly remodeled apartment has all the amenities one needs for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well stocked with EVERYTHING you could imagine needing. The heated floors were a nice touch - I stayed during the chilly springtime. The location is so close to the Old Town, little beaches, grocery, coffee shops, hiking and transportation and yet you feel like you’re in your own private neighborhood. Josip was the most attentive host. From check-in to checkout he made sure I had everything I needed (even leaving me special birthday surprise!) They call it “The Pearl of Adriatic” for a reason. Intoxicatingly beautiful. I didn’t want to leave.

- Koal (9/5): Nice modern apartment. Beautiful view of the Adriatic, and of Old town Dubrovnik. - The location was about 10 minutes from old town. I enjoyed the views from the terrace. On Saturday the apartment next to was remodeling the floor. They chiseled the tile up 0900-1700.

- Steven (10/5): Amazing stay in the pearl of adriatic. Balcony is incredible! - We have just returned from a weeks stay at the pearl of adriatic, dubrovnik. Everything was absolutely amazing, and it is already being described by my wife and me as a wow top 3 holiday. Travelled as a family of 4 (Dad, Mum and 3 year old son and 2 year old daughter). Apartment was incredibly clean and tidy, and the bedrooms and facilities could not be faulted. We all slept very well and made use of the kitchen. Our host Josip was extremely helpful and kindly left a bottle of wine and some milk for our arrival and kept in touch via WhatsApp for any questions we needed throughout our stay. 10/10 service. The highlight has to be the balcony. The views are just amazing, and as you can see from the photos, we saw some incredible sunsets on our stay. There were a lot of stairs to contend with if I had to find something to be critical of - however, it did not hamper our stay and added to the charm of the place. I don't think I will ever get a better balcony view in the rest of my days holidaying! Must visit! We may be back. Nothing
