• Doris (10/5): Amazing location and great value! - The apartment is less than a minute walk to the wall (Old Town). The view is amazing and the outside patio is a dream. Banje beach is also right on the end of the stairs.

The apartment is stunning, so modern and spotlessly clean, it has brilliant views from the terrace which was lovely when enjoying breakfast. The location was perfect, we had just a short stroll down to the beach and into old town Dubrovnik. I would be back and would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Dubrovnik! The location is perfect — just a 5-minute walk from the city center, yet very quiet and peaceful at night, which made it great for sleeping. The apartment was also very well equipped, with thoughtful touches like coffee and other essentials, which made breakfast in the morning super convenient. The host was fantastic — very friendly and accommodating. He even let us check in a bit earlier, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Dubrovnik! /

Just be ready to bring your walking shoes for the steps....it's worth it in the end 1 thing shame it didn't have a washing machine...but there is a laundromat locally

He met us at the property and insisted on carrying our suitcases down the stairs leading to the property which was much appreciated. The apartment is beautiful and very tastefully fitted and furnished. The location is only a few minutes walk to old town and a beautiful beach. We would highly recommend staying at this beautiful apartment.

Kummassakin makuuhuoneessa ja olohuone-keittiössä. Asunnon yksityis terassille mennään ulko kautta. Ympärillä puutarha, kissa ja kaksi pientä kilpikonnaa. Oli kotoisa olo. Zoran ja hänen vaimonsa ovat ystävällisiä. He tekivät kaikkensa että viihdymme. Taxi kannattaa tullessa pyytää jättämään rappusten yläpäähän. Lähtissä alapäähän. Naulakoita pyyhkeille voisi olla enemmän 🙂

The apartment itself was spotless and well-equipped, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of having slippers available. We accidentally forgot to return the key at checkout, but the host was incredibly flexible and understanding, which really helped us in a stressful moment. This is a place I can wholeheartedly recommend, and I would love to stay here again when visiting Dubrovnik in the future. N/A

• Jenny (10/5): Unbeleavable views and location - Zoran and his wife are excellent hosts, helpful and communicative. The apartment was generously stocked, including plenty of bath towels, toilet paper, beach towels, and various condiments for eating. The apartment looked exactly like the photos—no exaggeration on the beautiful views, lush terrace, or modern apartment. It was spotless, so clean you can eat off the floor (which my kids did :P). The mid-stay cleaning was not just a light pickup, but another full, spotless cleaning. The location was amazing, five minutes to the beach and seven to the old town. Also there are lots of charming neighborhood cats! The terrace has a short rail and a steep fall below. It was only a problem for us because we have an overly-adventurous 2 year old with no common sense. But even a slightly older/calmer child would be fine, and as it was, there was so much to do in the neighborhood that we didn’t spend as much time there anyway as we expected.

• Kylie (10/5): Great apartment (despite the stairs!) and great host - Great apartment, well equipped, everything seems new, spacious for 4 of us, beach towels supplied which is a bonus! I needed an ironing board and they brought one over within minutes. Zoran the host very friendly and helped us to get our luggage down the (many!) stairs, he met our taxi by the road despite our very late arrival. Make sure to be dropped off at the top of the stairs on arrival and not the bottom, as advised by others here. As mentioned by others, the stairs are a challenge (146 down to the main road!), but there are steps everywhere in Dubrovnik (apparently over 4,000!) and the apartment is worth it.

The terrace (on the ground floor, whereas the apartment is on the first floor) was lovely, with a spectacular view and lovely plants (especially the hortensias). The owner Zoran and his wife were very nice and friendly,, and very helpful. Beds very comfortable and good bathroom. Nothing. As with all of Dubrovnik, the steps up to the apartment may be a problem for some.

• Katie (9/5): Gorgeous view and location in Dubrovnik - This location was excellent. It was very convenient to the less crowded entrance to the Old Town and near a popular beach. We were able to walk everywhere once we arrived. The views were superb. We especially miss the patio that overlooks the sea. The owner made it all very easy. As mentioned by others, the steps to the home are no joke. This is not the place for those with limited mobility. It is a steep climb, especially tough with luggage. Once there, it's a really special place. Also, our cab driver had a tough time finding the correct place to drop us off. I suggest getting dropped off at the top of the steps and walking down with luggage.

• Stevepao (9/5): Great location! Great View! Great host! Updated, well-thought out 2BR apartment! - The proximity of this apartment to Dubrovnik Old Town (and Banje Beach) was unbeatable! The view was stunning. Zoran was a wonderful host, meeting us when we arrived and giving us a great walkthrough of the space. It is clear that many of the smaller details were well-thought through in this updated, 2BR apartment. We stayed here comfortably with our adult daughter. Dubrovnik itself has a lot of stairs, and getting to this apartment from the road / taxi drop-off from the airport does require either approaching from the top or the bottom. It's a bit to navigate with luggage!

• Stephen (9/5): Would be very happy to stay at Zoran's apparent again - It was self catering and the facilities were excellent. We had a small problem with the hairdryer but Zoran immediately came with a replacement. Overall can't fault-even the swallows for the early morning song were very cute but you can always shut the window. The only thing Id say is that if you have issues around climbing stairs you may struggle in general-but that's Dubrovnik!

• Anna (10/5): Quick one night stay in Dubrovnik with magical views - The apartment was modern and very clean. Beautiful views of the water and parts of the wall. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the little outdoor space with a glass of Croatian wine. Host was not very accommodating and was texting us before 10:00am that he’s there and waiting for us to vacate the unit, so he and his cleaning crew could start cleaning for the next guests. Seemed very rushed. Not recommended for someone with mobility issues to get to the unit there are many steep stairs

Everything was perfectly clean and nice with everything you need. Zoron in a great host and a wonderful warm person. I hope to get the chance to stay here again. Don't book if you can't carry your luggage up 10 flights of steep stairs. I got to burn off the extra vacation calories and it was worth if for the daily views. The beds were firm for my taste.

The lift to and from the airport by the host (for a reasonable fee). He even kept our bags on the last day and picked us up from the Pile gate. Nothing about the apartment which was lovely. As reported by other guests, there are a lot of steps up from the sea front, so not suitable for people with difficulty with mobility.

It is fresh and welcoming after a day visiting the city sights. Everything has been well thought out by the owners, from the comfortable furnishings, to the small touches that make the stay especially enjoyable. The apartment was immaculately clean, the beds were very comfortable, the bathroom extras such as toiletries, extra towels and slippers were a homely touch. The kitchenette was well appointed and stocked with pantry essentials like olive oil, honey and coffee, which was highly appreciated. We had an excellent view across the water and into the lovely garden and terrace. The apartment is a short walk to the beach, old town, cable car and bakeries and the beautiful terrace in the garden was a perfect spot to have aperitif while relaxing after a hot day. Our host Zoran, met us at the airport on arrival and dropped us back there for a reasonable fee. The whole experience was amazing! It was really well priced for the high standard accommodation and wished we had stayed longer. I would definitely recommend this apartment for a stay in Dubrovnik! We were not affected by this, but if you have mobility issues it would be difficult to access the apartment due to the stairs as the apartment is set into the side of the city.
• Zhengxu (10/5): PERFECT - Literally my DREAM HOUSE for vacation😇 You get what you see in the photos, and you can never imagine the sea view and soft sea wind blow on your face while sleeping during the night, and if you get up early to sit in the little garden in the morning you can hear the birds singing around… BEAUTIFUL🥹 Perfect location in a very quiet but central and classical road, 2 mins down to the beach, 5 mins to the cable and 10 mins to the old town. • Ainul (10/5): Very pleasant stay - The house is more is than our expectation. The location is very near to the Old Town. 5 min walking distance. The view from the house can see the Old Town Port. My family of 5 stay very comfortable. The furniture all looks very new and smart! Very recommended for the other travellers who are planning to stay at Dubrovnik. It would be a plus point if the owner prepare a parking spot for the rental as it is very difficult to find parking in Dubrovnik. Other than that, all goood!

• Matea (10/5): A truly magical stay in Dubrovnik - We had an absolutely amazing stay at Apartment Flora. The apartment is gorgeous, newly refurbished, fully equipped, and decorated with love. The location is outstanding and you wake up to seeing a magical scenery of Dubrovnik Old Town from the apartment’s window. The terrace is a great additional perk - we enjoyed having our morning coffee there soaking up the sun. The beach is just outside of the property, and Ploče Gate is only 5minutes walking distance away. I highly recommend this place if you’re heading to Dubrovnik! Big thank you to the hosts - we can’t wait to be back!!!

• Carol (9/5): Lovely apartment, great location, great hospitality - Exceptional location. A 5 min walk to the Old town, a beautiful beach just down the stairs. Zoran is a very attentive host. Communication was excellent. He picked us up at the airport for a reasonable fee. The apartment is not on a road but accessible by staircase, like most properties in the area. The plus to this is that it is very quiet yet well located. The down side are those stairs! Not a problem for those with good knees. While not luxurious the apartment has just about everything you could possibly need. It is much nicer than the posted pictures. Lovely terrace. nothing
• Caroline (10/5): Fabulous character apartment on edge of old Dubrovnik - Spotless character apartment perfectly located 5 minutes from gorgeous Banje beach and Ploce Gate of the Old Town. Really well equipped kitchen with everything you need to self cater including a fabulous outdoor dining area and stone bbq which we really enjoyed using and enjoying the fabulous views. Plus the garden has a couple of free range tortoises who come to say hello! Comfy beds with good air con. Best supermarket is Konzum on the way to Ploce Gate. Good drying area for towels/washing. Helpful arrangements for leaving suitcases after check out. Good WiFi. Hosts are very experienced with good communication from the start. Just lovely!! The Old Town has lots of steps and this apartment is about halfway up a long flight. This is typical of Old Dubrovnik. There are also steps up to the apartment. This is part of the character but check carefully if you have mobility issues. For instance you can’t be dropped off with luggage at the door. You have to take bags snd shopping up (or down) the flight of steps.

We arrived super early but he met us and took our luggage from us and placed in the apartment. The property was very clean also. He also gave us a lift back to the airport on the day of check out. • Diana (8/5): Just steps away from Old Town, beautiful views! - It’s a 10 minute walk to the old city. The views are terrific. Zoran was a very attentive host and responded quickly to any questions. The property is located in the middle of a very, very tall staircase. (The only reason I rated it an 8). If you’re traveling light or staying for multiple days, it’s a great, convenient location.

• Miranda (7/5): Very nice apartment but a lot of steep steps - The view from the windows is lovely. The apartment is clean and it’s not too far to walk to the old town. If you’re travelling by car and have a lot of luggage it’s a 7 min walk to the nearest parking spot, which costs €40 for the day. You’ll then need to carry your luggage up and down a lot of very steep steps. The owner seemed not to believe me that I was travelling by myself, which was odd as the reservation clearly stated that I was. He made remarks about turning up early in the morning which isn’t what you want as a woman on your own. If they’re concerned why offer self check in? It was a bit odd.
• Melany (10/5): Great option to stay in Dubrovnik - Everything!!!! It is a great option to stay in Dubrovnik, close to the beach, Old Town and supermarket. Full equipped kitchen. With a great view
• Elizabeth (9/5): Excellent stay. Zoran was very helpful. Would reccomend. Thank you Zoran. - 2 night stay.Great instructions. Zoran was really helpful with early check-in and late check out. Well stocked appartment. If you were staying for a long time the second bedroom was slightly small. Fantastic views and patio. Good access to town and beach. Lots of steps but we expected that.
• Olga (10/5): What a view! - Just as described! Location - amazing beach down the stairs, cable car upstairs (to Srd Hill for breathtaking views of the Old City & the Adriatic Sea) --> 5 minutes walking from the apartment Viev from the window - sea & old town - the best way to start a day! Clean & cosy apartment with perfectly equipped kitchen was just what we needed with a one year old. Very helpful owner who was totally responsive to our questions & needs.
• Robyn (8/5): Fabulous view, comfortable stay, so many stairs - The host Zoran was great! If you drive to this location be sure to tell him well ahead of time and he will reserve a parking space nearby...otherwise parking is strictly for residents. There are many stairs! I am 63 so it was quite a challenge for me. Otherwise, the view was fabulous and the room was great. It is very near Banje Beach...beautiful location...but again, many stairs to get to it. So many stairs!
• Matt (10/5): Family holiday in Dubrovnik - The location was amazing. The view from the hotel were lovely. There is a nice little beach literally out the door. A lovely little walk to get to old town. Good little convenience shop was close by. We'd certainly stay again if returning to Dubrovnik. The host Zoran was amazing, good comms, always catering for our needs and even giving our son a piggyback up the stairs to our taxi on the final day.

• Sharon (9/5): We had a lovely stay in Apartment Flora and highly recommend it - Lovely apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. The terrace had amazing views. Zoran was very helpful.
• Fransisllee (10/5): Exceptional - Loved the view and the convenience to the old town. Beds and pillows are really comfortable, linens are like new and the A/C was really great to have. Zoran is extremely helpful, especially with the parking and with our 2 years of cancellation because of COVID. I highly recommend this place and would come back again in a heartbeat!

• Jennifer (8/5): The room was great but be prepared for stairs and heat! - The location was great. Not too far from the entrance to the old town. The air conditioning was nice and cold. It was a great place for families or groups of friends as there were two bedrooms. The owners were helpful and let us store our bags after we checked out. I wouldn’t stay here if you have mobility issues as there are 148 stairs up to the apartment from the street below. Also, if you come by taxi from the airport have the taxi driver drop you at the top of the stairs and not the road at the bottom.
• Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - Our family enjoyed the Apartment Flora. Location was excellent!!A very short walk to Banje Beach, the Old Town, small supermarkets, and the old port to take a ferry to Locrum Island. We also where able to walk to two other beaches and the cable car to Mount Srd. The apartment was very clean!! Zoran was a very nice host!
