Apartment is even bigger than it looks in the photos! Clean, well equipped and quiet - perfect stay in Dubrovnik, highly recommended.

• NORIKO (9/5): お勧めです。 - 旧市街から徒歩圏内(階段の昇降はありますが)で、旧市街、アドリア海を一望できる最高のロケーションです。 オーナーさんが、とても良い方で、宿泊前からマメに連絡をして頂き、到着時にも部屋で色々と説明をして頂き、安心して滞在出来ました。 室内はリビングルームと寝室が分かれていて、とても清潔で、キッチン、シャワールームには、沢山の備品が備わっていました。 敢えて言うなら、リビングルームと寝室両方のファンのライトと、リビングルームの壁のライト１つが点かず、少し不便を感じました。 エアコンは、リビングルームにしか付いていないので、真夏はかなり暑いかなと思います。 3泊しましたが、毎晩夜中の12時くらいに、上の階の人のバタバタという足音がうるさく、目が覚めてしまいました。

• Saloua (8/5): - Appartement spacieux, très proche du centre ville. Plages à proximité. Jolie vue sur le port et les remparts. Les marches pour accéder au logement sont interminables.
• Damian (8/5): Mieszkanie blisko centrum ze wspaniałym widokiem na morze - Wspaniały widok na morze, wyspę i centrum miasta. Przestronne mieszkanie, dobrze wyposażone, z klimatem. Uwaga na ponad 200 schodków, które trzeba przejść, aby udać się do centrum. Zbyt miękki materac, ale po zdjęciu nakładki było już lepiej. Przydałoby się rozszerzyć liczbę różnych poduszek do wyboru.

She communicated with us prior to our arrival and even sent a video showing us how to reach the apartment. This was so helpful. Vesna met us at the apartment, she was very welcoming and informative. The apartment itself was amazing. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. The views were spectacular and the location ideal as we walked everywhere we needed. Vesna checked in with us via text message just to see how we were going...beyond thoughtful.

• Ana (10/5): Unforgetable vacations - We received the keys from Ana, who is the granddaughter of Vesna, the owner. She showed us how to keep the windows closed or open, switch the AC, and how and when to leave the keys at the end of our stay, among other house details. Ana was very friendly, and Vesna was a lovely and excellent host. She gave us many tips on the city and was always ready to help us with our questions. The apartment is fully equipped and super comfortable, with an incredible view of the Old City and 5 minutes from there. The fabulous Banje Beach is also close to the property. The cable car station is also a stone's throw. We created a lot of memories of these beautiful days, and if we decide to revisit Dubrovnik in the future, I do not doubt that I´d stay in Niko 5 again!

• Andrew (9/5): An excellent place to stay backed by a lovely person (Vesna). - Fantastic location, wonderful owner who personally met us at the unit. Vesna also allowed us to stay beyond the routine check out time until our afternoon flight. There's nothing to dislike. The unit does not have a deck (very common) but the huge windows in each room nearly made up for that! This is an authentic flat with some upgrades in the kitchen area and bathroom. Very comfortable, airy and in great location with views of Lokrum and the old town yet so close. Staying outside the old town was a good choice to get away from the busy crowds and noise.
• Linda (9/5): Great apartment just outside the city walls - The bed was super comfy. We appreciated all the extra touches, like the welcome drink, having ice cube trays in the freezer, and providing beach towels. There are 147 steps down to the street where you enter the walled city - it’s a walk of about 8 minutes, so very convenient…and you’ll earn your cookie credits on the walk back. Getting to/from the property with the provided videos was super helpful, and we appreciated that Vesna checked in on us halfway through the trip. It was a quiet, comfortable place to stay. The entry door lock mechanism needs updating.

• Brian (9/5): Wonderful view of the nearby Old Harbour - What a wonderful view overlooking the Old Harbour which compensated for all those stairs in the lane. The lovely helpful Vesna met us at the apartment with a very nice welcoming bottle of Croatian wine, and followed up on our wellbeing several times during our 5 night stay. The lovely clean apartment was spacious and had all the amenities needed for a relaxing self-catering stay. Conveniently located on the edge of the Old Town just a short walk to the cable car. We really enjoyed our time there. The usual extra firm Mediterranean type mattress.
