• Dhananjay (10/5): Modern spacious apartment fully equipped, great host - 1. Modern apartment equipped with everything you need 2. Very clean, was very surprised with providing cooking ingredients 3. Washing machine was bonus 4. Excellent communication before coming to property making sure no problems 5. I liked the area was away from crowds 6. 2 bedroom apartments for just 2 of us, balcony had tables and chairs too, very good 7. Highly recommended THANK YOU so much Can’t fault anything.

• Nicolae (9/5): - The apartment is very spacious, living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms plus terrace. It has all the amenities you would need on a vacation. The apartment is clean, in a new building in Dubrovnik, and has parking space. I can only say superlatives about the host. He helped us with a lot of information, answered any questions and guided us.

• Liz (10/5): Great location and very enjoyable and confortable stay. 5 star for us. - Great location and walking distance to old town (10-15 mins) and Port (20+mins). Supermarket and bakery over the road. Bus stop on street also if preferred. Kitchen facilities great and very comfortable stay. Nothing really.
• Katarina (10/5): Odlično iskustvo - Apartman je na odličnoj lokaciji,vrlo blizu Starog grada.U ulici nasuprot apartmana trgovina i pekara. Apartman je bio izrazito čist,a komunikacija jednostavna i brza.

• Joanna (8/5): - Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Dodatkowe akcesoria typu worki na śmieci, tabletki do zmywarki i pralki, płyn do naczyń i podstawowe środki w łazience. Takie drobiazgi ale nie zawsze są w apartamentach. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Wszędzie chodziliśmy pieszo. Zarówno do Old Town jak i do portu. Położenie między dwoma ulicami ale okna tlumily hałas. Klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju. Polecam. Tylko jeden minus-brak ekspresu do kawy.
• Högman (9/5): - Nytt och fräscht boende, välstädat och rent. Mataffär och ett bageri utanför dörren gjorde det enkelt att köpa mat och färskt bröd till frukosten. Ok läge en bit upp på berget med ungefär lika långt till gamla stan som till hamnen i Gruz. Hade gärna haft två enskilda täcken istället för ett stort gemensamt.
• Monique (8/5): Fijne plek, goede bedden, vriendelijke host. - Ruim appartement, fijne bedden, met parkeerplaats en op loopafstand van het oude centrum (ca 15-20 min, wel met verschillende trappen). Communicatie met host verliep soepel. We ontvingen ook tips voor eetgelegenheden nabij de acco. Die trappen omhoog aan het einde van de dag, maar Dubrovnik is eenmaal een stad met veel hoogteverschil.
• Natalia (10/5): - Apartament czysty, przestronny. Wygodne łóżko, wyposażony we wszystko co niezbędne. Pani Ana przemiła i pomocna. Stosunkowo blisko do starego miasta jak i portu :) Piekarnia i osiedlowy sklepik zaraz przed budynkiem. Polecamy serdecznie:) Nad ranem momentami było słychać hałas dobiegający z ulicy, po zamknieciu okna było już ok. Poza tym wszystko bardzo dobrze :)
• Andreja (10/5): Najiskrenije preporuke, 10/10. - Odlican apartman, 15 min od Starog grada. Potpuno opremljen i za duzi boravak, terasa sa pogledom na more, sve je udobno i cisto. Komunikacija sa vlasnicima korektna i precizna. /
• Marc (10/5): - Appartement très propre, dans lequel on se sent bien. Calme, idéalement situé à 10/15 minutes à pied de la vieille ville par des ruelles très agréables la surplombant. Boulangerie et supérette en face, très pratique. Hôte très agréable dans les échanges, à l'écoute et très réactive. On recommande tres fortement cet appartement dans lequel nous retournerions.

• maria eugenia sol (10/5): - Departamento muy cómodo, completo, limpio, lindo, cómo nuevo, muy bien ubicado, frente de él hay market, y contenedor de basura, me contacté con la dueña para hacer check in antes ,ya que llegamos más temprano y no puso ningún problema, feliz Realmente no puedo dar ninguna respuesta negativa, todo estuvo estupendo, quizás una sugerencia, tener más ropa gruesa de cama ,ya que la que había no eran suficiente y hacia frío durante la noche.subo fotos de lo hermoso que es Dubrovnik, no saqué fotos del departamento.

• Ashling (10/5): Don’t hesitate to book! Ana’s place is 10/10 - This apartment is fantastic! It is very large (2 adults and 2 teens), 15min walk to old town in a nice area, clean, well equipped and close to shop and bakery! The beds are very comfortable and every room has air con. We had a little issue day 1 and Ana was super responsive and fixed it right away for us! Amazing. She also arranged an airport transfer for us and he was lovely! The apartment has an iron, kettle, hairdryer, shampoo etc. honestly, it is fantastic! I wish all apartments were this good! The shutters in the rooms blackout light which is delightful and it has a lovely little balcony. If going to Dubrovnik do not look for anything else. This is wonderful and you don’t have to hog the cases around old town ha! If I’m being VERY picky the sofa is a bit hard - you can feel the wood when you sit down because it is a sofa bed, BUT the fact it is a sofa bed is a plus! So it is also a good point. Honestly this is an EXTREMELY minor point because this place is perfect for a getaway and if that’s the only minor thing I can think of, well that should tell you everything you need to know!

• Aleksandra (10/5): Bardzo miłe spędzony urlop. - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, dobrze wyposażony i czysty apartament, niczego niczego nam nie brakowało .Bardzo miło i wygodnie nam się mieszkało .Bliskość sklepu i piekarni to ogromny plus .Ładny widok z balkonu umilał nam poranną kawkę .Polecam bardzo gorąco 👌 Nie mam zastrzeżeń.

Proprietária teve a amabilidade de agilizar transfer para o aeroporto de táxi (custo adicional) A uns 10min a pé do centro antigo de Dubrovnik e afastado da marina. Nenhuma flexibilidade no horário de check-out...Teríamos que sair do apartamento às 11h15 para ir para o aeroporto, não nos foi permitido. Tivemos que sair às 10h...

Blackout shutters in the bedrooms which kept out light and noise. 20 min walk to Old Town (very steep walk back though!) Supermarket and bakery across the road made it easy to shop for meals. Would definitely stay again. Extra saucepans would have been useful.

• Craig (10/5): Excellent stay @ Appartment Ana - A modern apartment, very well equipped with all the kitchen instruments that anybody would need, crockery, glasses, big fridge, freezer etc. etc. A nice new bathroom with a good shower, the lounge was very comfortable and the balcony is a proper sun trap and got really hot in the direct sun most of the day! WiFi was great also. Parking on site is very convenient also and indeed it is a short walk (~20minutes) to the Old Town entrance. Great supermarket and bakery opposite which was really convenient also. Very minor point would be the main bed was super firm and personally, too firm for us but that is a minor point!

• Minjoung (10/5): Exceptional - The place is exceptionally clean, and the bed is especially comfortable. It might be the only accommodation I’ve stayed at that is even cleaner than it looks in the photos. Everything you need is neatly organized in its place within the small apartment, and the hot water works perfectly. There’s a small supermarket and a bakery right in front of the apartment, which was incredibly convenient. The host, Ana, was also very kind.

The location was great - quiet and not right in the touristy old town, but close enough to walk there as well as hike up mount Srd. The bakery and grocery store across the street was also an awesome bonus. It was also great to have parking included for our rental. Ana was responsive and easy to communicate with. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed for cooking and prepping meals. We loved our stay and would 10/10 recommend We all loved it!

• Tan (10/5): Good Apartment. keep it up. - the apartment location is perfect. a mere 800 meter to Dubrovik old town gate. the apartment is clean. parking is good. Infront of the house .apartment size is good. reasonably priced. instruction given to access the house is clear...don't waste time look other place. this is a good place to stay. heater on floor is well equipt.every bedroom and living hall have air conditioner. unlike most of the other apartments, only living hall have..( good if you stay on summer). right opposite have Grocery store.we really happy to stay here. will be back again. we were sad. have to leave after 3 nights....

Air conditioning in every room. Very comfortable. Excellent location and on-site private parking. Walking distance to Old Town. You have supermarkets and bakery almost right across. I think the only thing I would add are a maybe more glasses and cups. We were 4 people and had to constantly wash them throughout the day.

• Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - We had an amazing stay at Ana's apartment. The apartment is just 15 mins walk from the old town and is located in an area where everything is available easily. There is a supermarket, bakery and pizzeria just opposite to the apartment. The uber stops right in front of the house which was very convenient with a small kid. I would recommend it if you are looking for a place a little away from the old town chaos but not too far since you can still reach it easily.
• Jan (10/5): Classy apartment with every mod con - The apartment is super modern. Only one flight of stairs 🥰 Full facilities. Well equiped kitchen. Cute Balcony to catch the evening sun. Close to a shop for groceries. Very quiet I was very confusing in my communications ( travel brain). Ana was very accommodating, she arranged a taxi for us at 5am to the airport. Was such piece of mind to know this was done. Well, like most of Dubrovnik it is a bit of a hilly walk to and from the old town. So many steps 😂. But on the plus side it is away from the madness of the old town, and at least we had minimal steps at the apartment.

Spacious rooms are spotlessly clean, Comfortable beds, Kitchen was well equipped, everything was perfect for us 2 adults and 2 children. We thought location was also great. We enjoyed walking to the old city everyday, and it took us about 12-14min. There are small supermarket and a bakery just across the street. It was so convenient for us to have a free car parking space in front of the apartment. We feel a warm hospitality from the owner in every corner of the apartment. Thank you so much for making our stay in Dubrovnik !

• Anonymous (10/5): amazing and would definitely stay again. - loved the modern design, spacious feel and balcony. it was in the perfect location for us, 10 minute walk into old town and there was a shop literally opposite it to get bits of food. It’s on a main road but I think it’s quite quiet at night. The only downside for our stay was that it didn’t have a travel cot or highchair so we had to travel with our 1 year old and bring a cot with us which was a lot of faff. I would definitely go again though.

Parking place is a big plus. Every room has airconditioner so it is warm in the winter. There is a market and bakery opposite to the apartment. Hvala! Pillows are too soft.

• Hongda (10/5): Best option to park and enjoy Dubrovnik. - best equipped apartment I’ve ever experienced in HR. Aircon available in each room, floor heating in bathroom, wash machine and dish washer all there. parking directly in front of house, although it’s a bit tight but considering it’s location, I’d say it’s a perfect combination for family travel with car. no need to drive to old town, as it’s just 15 minutes of walk where the view downhill is the best first impression of Dubrovnik. it worths an absolute 10 out of 10 points. internet speed is limited, but I didn’t miss 4K Netflix at all.

• Chee (10/5): Exceptional - Safe private parking. Location minutes walk to the old town. Can avoid many steps as you can walk along the slopes. Also 12 minutes to the starting point if you want to hike along the zigzag trail to mount SRD. Bus-stop less than 5 minutes on foot. Easy and clear communication with the host on instructions of how to get to the place and the keys to the apartment, None.

• Maciej (10/5): If I am back in Dubrovnik(definetly will) then I'll be back at Ana's apartment - I’ve just visited … and I am impressed, let’s point out why: - Location, It’s close to main spots(e.g. 10min to bellevue beach, 15mins to old town, shop and bakery on the other side of the street) - Cleanness at 100% , not a single thing to doubt - Well equipped e.g. full kitchen , bathroom with washing machine, dryer, iron and more. - Nice balcony with a distant view of the sea - Newly furnished - The apartment owner(Ana) was very clear and helpful. Always responsive and ready to advise! If so, just a street noise as it's located between two busy streets. But you can shut the windows and cut it out.
