• Yukari (10/5): Good location and clean room! - We stayed here for our wedding anniversary trip. The location was excellent! it was just a short walk to the bus stop, with easy access to the Old Town, and there were many restaurants nearby. The owner was very kind, and when we mentioned that it was our anniversary, they prepared a bottle of wine for us. The room was clean, and the view from the pool was absolutely beautiful. We had a wonderful stay! N/A

I would absolutely stay here again, just be aware it’s not a location that suits everyone. Location is a bit far from old town and most attractions. Parking is tight, and kinda sketchy when the road is busy… there are 3 available spots on a small sloped area right in front of the units (best). If these are filled, it’s off the side of the highway across the street

Apartament przeciętny ( juz trochę zniszczony) i jak patrzysz dokladnie na wykonanie to widać ogromne niedbalstwo w wykonaniu. Miejsce fajne dla pary na weekend Apartament przy mega ruchliwej ulicy, bez chodnika. Położony bardzo wysoko i jeśli niema sie samochodu to dojście to ponad 500 schodów z samego dołu ( to jest makabra). W okolicy nie ma żadnego sklepu czy knajpy - wszystko na dole wiec znowu schody ...

Place de parking disponible. 2 lignes de bus passent à côté reliant la vieille ville. Appartement baigné de lumière avec une vue inouïe sur la côte dalmate. Coucher de soleil de votre canapé, expérience de rêve. Lit confortable. Très bien équipé. Excellente communication avec mon hôte. Si vous souhaitez faire quelques courses pour diner ou déjeuner sur place, pensez à acheter en amont, nous avons eu du mal à trouver un supermarché à proximité.

• Adam (8/5): A great view, and an amazing owner. The location is both amazing and a bit of a hassle, but overall worth it - The views from this property were outstanding. The amenities were lovely including snacks, shower gel, etc. most importantly, the owner was amazing and incredibly kind. The road it’s on is very busy, and there’s not much chance for taxis to pick you up, as it’s very dangerous. The road is also somewhat loud. There were also a few bugs in proximity of the inside of the front door

Wielkie przeszklone okna robią naprawdę dobrą robotę a balkon to miejsce z którego nie chce się wychodzić, zwłaszcza wieczorem. Bardzo czysto wszystko było przygotowane. Apartament był przygotowany już od 8:00 rano na naszą prośbę za co bardzo dziękujemy (tak mieliśmy lot). Na naszą prośbę wstawiono żelazo i deskę do prasowania za co również bardzo dziękujemy. Brakowało może odkurzacza lub miotły i mopa żebyśmy mogli sobie pozamiatać, posprzątać po dwóch dniach abyśmy mieli na bierząco czysto, ale to taki szczegół. Wsyztsko było naprawde świetne.

A főút közelsége, gyalogosan ott kell menni, életveszélyes, éjszaka nem lehet nyitott ablaknál aludni. Az apartmanra ráfér egy alapos karbantartás, kiszakadt szúnyogháló, a teraszajtót nem lehet bezárni, a zuhanyzóból kifolyt a víz, nincs felmosó.

Jättefint bemötande av Lejla som fanns tillgänglig så fort man undrade över något. Även otroligt romantiskt. Vi rekommenderar starkt Ibland kan man tycka att det är lite lyhört mellan väggarna

• Sylvana (8/5): A day in Dubrovnik with a car. - Has the comfort of a parking space, all essentials included , very clean and exceptionally decorated. The view from the room is priceless. Very comfortable beds. Need a car to go down to old city. It was perfect for us and we loved our stay !
• pan (8/5): Overall it was really good! When you see that view, you really feel to be in holiday mood - The view of the apartment is amazing. The facilities are also very good. You can easily spend a week here without any problem. The apartment is far from the old town and not within walking distance. There are no pedestrians nearby, and the apartment faces directly onto the main road. You can reach the old town by Uber or Bolt, but it’s really hard to find a driver. We waited about 15 minutes each day just to get one. So, I’d only recommend staying here if you have a car.

• Dipta (10/5): - Awesome view, good location. Easily accessible by Uber. Lejla really made sure we enjoyed our stay. Stairs are a bit tricky. Would have been great if there were handles on the stairs.

• Rasha (9/5): Absolutely amazing view and location - The view is the main thing I loved about this apartment. I know everyone is saying the same thing but it is genuinely unbelievable. Also, the location is amazing, most places we went to are 5-10 mins away by car. Also, if you walk down (lots of steps) for around 15/20 mins it takes you to the Gruz Port which is also very nice and has plenty of restaurants and supermarkets etc. The apartment was great overall, but massive but it is a good size for 2-3 people. The only thing I’d say is the stairs can be a bit dangerous as there is no railing and there are gaps between each step. However, this wasn’t a big problem and can be avoided if you just walk down carefully.

Its maybe a little far from the old town but you can take a bus so its not problem at all. Its worth the breathtaking view. The place was clean. We got informed about everything even before our stay. I recommened the place and thank you. If we would visit Dubrovnik again, we would stay here for sure :)

• Aristeidis (6/5): Not good value for money, overated. Needs some work to get done. - The view is the only thing worthing. By the way the view is the port of Dubrovnik and not the old town. The pictures on booking are representative. The apartment looks quite older and basic than it actually is. In our apartment there was no balcony, so be careful to notice the details and do not trust the pictures. Cleaning is definitely not the strongest attribute of the apartment, there is even mold in the ceiling of the bathroom. Even the house main entrance door is a basic wooden room door.

• Emma (1/5): Ordinary at best with rudeness from the property owner - The view was spectacular and general living lounge area was comforatble. The rudest host we have ever encountered. The dishwasher didn't work and they had left old water in the machine which when we opened it, left an horrific odour. When I brought this to the attention of the owner they were rude and suggested that we go somewhere else. Not possible as I had already paid. DO NOT STAY AT THIS APARTMENT.

It's not that we didn't like it but just a note that the parking was literally beside the main highway and it was challenging a bit to park your car for free.

• Kingscastle (7/5): Geen 4 sterren waard. - Het uitzicht was perfect. De locatie is goed, maar het is wel langs een drukke weg. Er is genoeg parkeerplaats (3 plaatsen voor de deur en 3 plaatsen langs de weg. Op de foto’s lijkt het veel groter dan het daadwerkelijk is. Het is een klein bed. Dekens ipv dekbedden. Allemaal een beetje gedateerd. Als je naar beneden wil lopen is dit via 491 treden, een lange trap. Tv werkte niet / geen uitleg. Slaapkamer is klein. Kluisje staat los in de kast. Gordijnen die aan de einden los hangen / van de rails zijn. Het is best donker in het gangetje bij de voordeur, waar ook het keylock hangt, waardoor, zonder extra licht, je de nummer combinatie moeilijk kunt invoeren.
