- Robertson (10/5): - The owner was extremely friendly and helpful and the location very convenient as well as quiet. Close to train station and multiple bus lines Find nothing I didn't like
- Danijela (10/5): - Studio je odlično opremljen ,uredan i udoban., Domaćin je vrlo ljubazan, a lokacija izuzetna.Svakako preporučam!
Gospodine Leo, još jednom, hvala na svemu!
- Ewa Krak (7/5): - Host was attentive and nice. Contact was very good. I really enjoyed comfortable bed. Kitchen equipment was more than enough. The room was really warm. There was a boiler or some kind of machine in the corridor which sometimes could work loudly.
- Olivia (9/5): Excellent would stay again -
- Pat (9/5): The host made the stay worthwhile! - Leo's studio apartment on Drumcondra Rd Dublin was a welcoming and extremely comfortable place to stay. It not only has all the amenities you need but the host is always avaliable and professionally attentive. Highly recommended! N/A
- Susan (10/5): - Comfortable and convenient

- Denise (10/5): Very relaxing and enjoyable stay in Dublin - The host was extremely kind from my pre-arrival, answering my questions through the chat, and he was welcoming and invaluable during my stay in his cozy upstairs studio. For this reason, I would recommend this place to everyone, also for its strategic position since it remains pretty close to the airport, and to the city center!
- Seema (9/5): Excellent - It’s like home in Dublin
- John (9/5): Superb - A very comfortable bed and quiet upstairs room. The small kitchen and bathroom proved adequate. Close to rail, buses, takeaways, food stores and pubs with good meals and live music on weekends. The owner gave clear instructions on how to get to the apartment from the airport.
- Dagomar (5/5): Large room with small ensuite and retro-kitchenette in large Victorian house. - Leo is an attentive host. He waited for me although I arrived late, and also took care of the parking payment (he has guest cards where you can park24 hours for 3 € and gave me two without further charges). He showed me everything, and on the 2nd day also waited, and asked whether everything was ok, and offered to fix what wasn't (nespresso machine). The appartment is a large room in a Victorian mansion, looking on the garden (thus not towards the noisy Drumconda Street). The two corners next to the window were used to add an en-suite and a kitchenette. The ensuite made me realise that I need to reduce that belly, which barely fit between wash basin and shower. The kitchenette reminded me of my East Berlin Office, where a cupboard also hid a kitchenette - its compact but really serviceable, with microwave, fridge, cooker (I didn't try that one) and something looking like a pull out table (which I also didnt try out). A kettle and a nespresso machine are provided on the desk between the two corner units. In the kitchenette, there is cutlery, wine glasses, water glasses, plates, bowls, mugs, espresso cups, corkscrew with bottle opener, and milk, nespresso capsules, chocolate cookies, orange juice and sparkling and non sparkling water were provided. The heating works very well, and so does the hot water. There were enough towels, and they were cotton (super). Drumconda Station is only 160 m, and there is a centra as well as a nice looking pizzeria at the station (which I detected too late, instead I had a pub dinner walking about 500 m in the opposite direction, where there also is an Indian on the opposite site of the road) The nespresso machine didn't work, but to be fair, Leo offered to exchange it - I just wasn't up to this returning only at 9:30. The WiFi is patchy, which means you cannot return at a decent time planning to write/read those last emails from the room. The bed sheet covering the mattress had a high polyester content - so I lay on the cover sheet, and tried not to think about whether the duvet cover is changed for every guest. I didn't try the television, which looked great, because you would have to sit on a chair to look at it instead of slouching on the bed, which was all I was up to.
- Woodside (10/5): Exceptional - Leo was extremely welcoming upon our arrival and for the duration of our stay. So accommodating with our questions, making sure we got parked, and a top human being! Would happily recommend his property to any family or friends travelling to Dublin. It would be a challenge to find something as high a quality for such a great price in this area.
- Alicia (9/5): Superb -
- Gary (8/5): Good value for money, nicely situated, friendly host. - N/A Kitchen and bathroom were small
- Martin (9/5): Superb - Super nice host

- Kay_pee_xx (9/5): A great place to stay! - A beautiful room in a great spot, great coffee and sink area, and a lovely host with great food recommendations. The bathroom is a little small but has everything you need - fab shower!
- Graham (5/5): I was very disappointed with this room based on the rate charged. - Handy location as it was on main bus route. The host was very friendly. Very tiny and old fashioned room with very basic facilities. The bathroom was extremely small and difficult to move around.
- Kato (9/5): Superb - If you want to feel the spirit of Dublin city of past century, you should visit this property. The room is normal size, with everything you might need, including converter plug. You would be able to find everything for self cuttering.
Host is very responsive and always reddy to help you.
The bathroom is small but comfortable. Cleaning service may be a bit better
- Charles (8/5): Very good -
- Martin (10/5): Exceptional - Leo was GREAT! NA
