• JEAN-MARC (5/5): - Emplacement dans Temple Bar Pas de clé à l'arrivée samedi soir 19h30 et appartement pas nettoyé ni préparé, une vraie porcherie laissé par occupant précédent. Envoi d'une personne pour nettoyer seulement vers 22h20, récupération appartement vers 23h30. Pas de solution nuitée à l'hôtel acceptée par le loueur ni de compensation proposée. Fenêtre ne ferme pas, porte d'entrée ne ferme pas de l'intérieur, porte placard coincée, pas de linge ni éponge pour la vaisselle

Check in process was simple - The apartment was a perfect size for a week long stay, clean, spacious and comfortable. convenient to all the sites. Would definitely stay again.having coffe We were on the 4th floor without a lift, lots of stairs. But we already knew that based on other reviews. Wish there was coffee pods and laundry soap.

La récupération des clés a été difficile car le système key box n’a pas fonctionné et la propriétaire n’a pu être jointe immédiatement ! Heureusement que la femme de ménage était présente en début d’après-midi sinon nous étions à la rue avec nos valises pour un bon moment !

• Ferrari (10/5): Perfetto - Casetta perfetta per un soggiorno a Dublino; è a 1 minuto a piedi dal Temple bar e dalle vie principali. Inoltre è esattamente come in foto, pulita e accogliente. Abbiamo gradito trovare il detersivo dei piatti con la spugna, più rotoli di carta igienica e qualche cosa di utile come olio e caffé in cucina. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene e la terremo in considerazione per un ipotetico ritorno a Dublino. :) L’unica cosa che ci siamo accorti mancare sono i sacchetti della spazzatura (ne viene fornito solo 1, ma magari in base alla durata del soggiorno ne vengono forniti di più!)

• AndreiaEstrela (9/5): Boa localização. Apartamento muito confortável. - O apartamento correspondeu às expetativas, a cama é super confortável, o aquecimento funciona bem. A localização é excelente, apesar de estar numa zona de bares (a 200mts do temple Bar) o som que se ouve dos bares não é incomodativo e termina a horas decentes. Gostámos muito e repetiríamos esta escolha. O nº de toalhas que disponibilizaram inicialmente eram apenas 1 toalha de banho por pessoa, mas pedimos que entregassem mais (toalha de mãos e pés) e entregaram no dia seguinte. Poderia ter a cozinha mais equipada no que respeita a produtos de higiene, mas tinha placa, forno, torradeira e cafeteira eléctrica funcionais.

• Vanessa (6/5): Appartement très bien situé et fonctionnel, mais avec des points à améliorer et un tarif qui ne correspond pas au niveau - L’appartement dans l’ensemble est correct, mais le prix demandé reste largement trop élevé au vu des prestations proposées. Le point fort indéniable est son excellent emplacement. Points positifs : • Matelas confortables. • Deux salles de bains pratiques pour 4 personnes. • Appartement plutôt propre à notre arrivée. • Cuisine bien équipée. • Situation géographique idéale. Points négatifs : • Arrivée compliquée : il nous a fallu près d’une heure pour récupérer les bonnes clés à cause du système électronique. Les clés n’étaient pas dans le boîtier prévu. L’hôte a cependant réagi rapidement après notre demande d’aide, mais nous avons constaté que d’autres voyageurs avaient rencontré le même problème. • Chauffage très difficile à régler malgré les explications fournies • Mauvaise insonorisation par rapport aux voisins de palier • Armoires coulissantes endommagées • Restes de bananes épluchées retrouvés dans le congélateur

Все чисто, уютно, удобно. Были небольшие сложности с кодом от сейфа с ключами, но мне сразу помогли и быстро решили проблему, спасибо большое! Было бы здорово, если бы был переходник для европейской розетки, пришлось купить для зарядки телефона

Na etapie rezerwacji zabrakło informacji, że apartament jest na 2 piętrze w budynku bez windy.

I booked a room whit a kitchen, but it was a room without a kitchen. I called the landlord, and she said that the house with kitchen was not in booking website. I think your website is deceptive.

• Kieran (10/5): Will be back! - Great location for us. Could walk everywhere and very near the bus stop so it was very easy to get to and from. The shower was great and the apartment size was perfect

• Belinda (8/5): Perfect Location and a nice place to stay. - Location of this place is exceptional as only 1min walk to Temple bar where all the bars and restaurants are and a Tesco express about 8-10min walk. We enjoyed our stay and the place was nice. Just so you know you can hear the music at night from the bars close by but it didn't bother us. It is three floors and we were on the top floor with no lift - just so you know. Didn't worry us. The apartment was great just lacking on a few things like tea towels, dish cloth and knives and forks which got dropped off to us the next day. We also had trouble getting into the Keycafe to get our key but they responded straight away and helped us out. No big deal. As no parking we parked outside and unloaded and then went and parked the car. We did spend a fortune at the Drury underground car parking as we stayed for five days but was only a 5min walk away so convenient.
• Bernadett (10/5): Exceptional - Check-in instructions were detailed and accurate. The apartment is more spacious than it looks in the photos. I found it clean, cosy and modern. I had everything I needed for cooking in the kitchen. There was enough hot water in the shower and the water pressure was good as well. I was very comfortable. I would definitely go back and I sincerely recommend this accommodation! I could not say a thing :)

I asked where to find Nespresso pods in town, as there were only a few and low and behold the next morning there was box awaiting us outside our door. Now that is service. we were on the 5th floor and there is no lift so this maybe an issue for some.

It's open 24 hours and was about 15$ a day with good security and lighting,

I'm older with poor knees so the 20 steps to the room were a bit of a challenge but that has nothing to do with Sutcliffe. Wonderful to have a fridge so it wasn't necessary to eat out all the time. Would definitely come back to Sutcliffe House. TV and microwave weren't working but management was very willing to come in to try to fix them.

• Theresa (10/5): I would recommend this property to anyone traveling to Dublin who is looking for the best location, combined with a quie - The location was amazing but we also enjoyed the cleanliness, modern amenities, and quiet that the apartment offered. The only minor issue that we encountered was that the blinds in the bedroom did not work properly and it was not especially dark in that room. However, that was a very minor issue. Everything else was fantastic.
• Do (9/5): Lovely place in the center of everything - Proximity to the Temples Bar and walking distance to the Uni. The river is 2 short blocks away. I appreciate having a washer/dryer unit when I travel There’s 2 long flights of stairs. If it wasn’t for my partner, I wouldn’t be able to carry my luggage up to the second floor

Beware Wifi does not work, only worked a couple of hours - hosts are not responsive, I had to leave and get a hotel at Holiday Inn since I was there for work and needed wifi. Could've been a great experience. Also my room's view was brick walls so overall would not return.
• Odwyer (6/5): Disappointing! - Great location, beautiful decor Lack of personality, both in checking in and also within the space - not even hand soap provided , shampoo or shower gel provided, after some difficulty getting access to the space, meant there were no shops open to get a shower after long day or travelling and climbing three flights of stairs.

The apartment n. 6 (1st floor) is very small, almost claustrofobic with only one small window (but it won't open completely). The bathroom has no window. The TV won't work even if I asked the assistant 3 times.
• Louise (10/5): This is a great little quiet property smack in the middle of Dublin, on the edge of Temple Bar. - The proximity to ‘everything’ was excellent; space was clean and comfortable; there was lots of natural light and windows. Staff was responsive. In sum, “All good. No complaints.” Not myself but another person might find it difficult to walk up/down 4 flights of stairs.

Would've been nice to have the option to leave our bags an hour or two early, or slightly more helpful guidance from the hosts to find a location to do so.
• Jennifer (10/5): Sutcliffe House was outstanding thanks to the location, safety, and cleanliness of the apartment! - The hosts provided plenty of detailed information before check-in. They even offered for us to drop our bags off early if we needed to. They were very quick to respond to any inquiries we had. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable with updated appliances and nice furniture. The kitchen had all the basics we needed to cook for ourselves. We were two women traveling and felt very safe and secure in the building--one had to pass through two doorways with different codes to be able to access the hallway. We were right in the middle of Temple Bar, but on a very quiet street. We walked almost everywhere, but when we needed a bus, there were several stops within a 2–3-minute walk. We were so pleased with our accommodations and very sad to leave! There was one pub close by that played live music until early in the morning hours. We took care of that by closing our windows and turning on a fan.

• Kateryna (10/5): Super! - Super fancy and newly repaired apartments. You have everything you need and even more. Perfect location and very comfortable check-in/ check-out process A few minor things can be improved. Tea towels, for instance. And an EU-adapter for charging the devices (I've needed to buy it). Since you are taking tourists from all over the world it should make sense to have it. Also there is zero noise isolation. You can literally hear how your neighbors are breathing. For me it was not a problem, but maybe for somebody, it can be super important.

• Jake (3/5): Overall an unpleasant experience - Was told last minute at 5pm on the day of arrival through WhatsApp that we had to switch rooms due to a plumbing issue. I completely understand this but they moved us to a tiny studio room which was basically a small hotel room not an apartment I paid for! When I told them I was not happy and if I could get a bit of money back as was not worth what I paid, I was completely ignored! All the messages were read through WhatsApp but no one bothered to acknowledge me and respond! This annoyed me a little, a simple apology would have been nice! In the room there was dirty towels shoved in the wardrobe from previous guests and the cabinet with the bare minimum of kitchen utensils on was falling apart! They still haven’t responded to my email so unfortunately have to make this review.

We was stuck in the hallway with no reply from the owners. Luckily the cleaner was in a different apartment so we got the key from her, then to realise the room they gave us was not what we booked. We booked a full apartment with and living area and kitchen. We received a single bedroom with a bathroom off it. Not best pleased at all! They had double booked us and just stuck us in that room without saying anything! After hours off chasing around and phone calls we finally managed to get it sorted and was aloud to start our holiday. Never had so much stress trying to get the keys for an apartment you have booked and payed alot of money for. Would not return for this reason.
• Yolanda (9/5): Wonderful! - The apartment was really clean, comfy, decorated and refurbished recently (even better than the pics) Maybe the stairs, if you book the apartment 1, or 2. But as I knew it, it wasn’t a problem for us. And the impossibility to have a luggage room or sth like that
• Joann (9/5): Once you get in great! - The location is great to anywhere in Dublin City Center; be sure to bring trainers/sneakers. If you have no car, no problem, you can take the Dublin express from the airport and be there in 3 stops (less than 30 minutes). The place was clean and very quiet. The accommodation was as shown and quite comfortable for a solo traveler or a couple. Close to grocery shopping (aldi and tesco), so there is no need to panic about having a long walk from the shops with bags. I have been many times to Ireland, and this did not disappoint. They did not send the notification the morning of my check-in as suggested, how to check in. So I had to contact them, and the woman who answered the phone was not very kind, rude, in fact. They do not supply a mat or hand towel for the bathroom nor a hand towel for the kitchen; I find that unusual.

Our key was not in the lock box and took about 30 min to get a hold of someone to help. The apartment does not have certain things you'd expect it to have. No hand soap, dish soap, dish towels, and only given 2 bath towels total.

• Easa (8/5): Nice near the river, but needs attention. - The location was nice in Temple bar area and near a lot of bars, restaurants, shops and the river First, the key to the apartment was not in the right box that popped open upon entering the given code. We had to call the telephone number that was given to us in the email message and they gave us another code which opened another box where Two keys were found, we took one and kept the other.. The apartment was very cold and stayed somewhat cold during our stay, we followed the steps/video given in the message for heat boost, the radiator in the living room kept on turning off and on with no continuous heating and I don't think it reached the maximum temperature already programmed for the heaters (21 c). After a few days we wanted to have our clothes washed, but the washing machine door wouldn't open, at first it had a child lock, when released it still didn't open and the door was still locked. The master bedroom's quilt cover did not have clips or buttons, so sometimes the quilt would dangle or show from the side. The living room was not very clean, there was some paper or tissue under the sofa. The walls separating the master bedroom from the next apartment seem to be thin or uninsulated. On St. Patrick's night (Saturday) there were people staying in the next apartment and stayed up all night talking and laughing which kept us awake most of the night. Thank you Regards Easa

• Kay (7/5): Nice location - The apartment was nicely furnished and spacious. It is in a great location close to lots of good pubs and restaurants. There were a few items missing from the apartment when I arrived, but they were provided within the first few days. The electric radiator in the bathroom didn't have power to it, and so there was no heating or any way to dry the towels. Someone came out to look at it but didn't fix it, and then no one responded to my messages from that point forward. There was a TV, but no local channels, just the ability to log in to my own accounts. However, since mine are all UK accounts, only Netflix worked. Again, I asked for help but got no support with this. There is no dishwasher in the apartment, which is unusual nowadays and with a minimum let of 2 weeks, I would expect that the apartment might have been cleaned once during the stay, or at least a hoover and bathroom cleaning materials provided.
