• Wouter (8/5): Aangenaam - Locatie was top. Centraal gelegen. Alles goed bereikbaar. Sommige faciliteiten leken ietwat versleten. Het water was de eerste dag koud. Vergeten instructie te lezen.
• Irina (8/5): Poloha apartmánu vyváži jeho slabé stránky. Recepcia funguje výborne. - Výborná lokalita v centre mesta. Budova s výťahom. Apartmán pokrýva všetky základné potreby. Bolo by dobré oboznámiť nájomcov so systémom hospodárenia s teplou vodou. Na dodatočnú otázku sme dostali video a vodu sme ohriali. Prvý večer sme sa sprchovali v studenej vode. Priestoru by prospelo pár obrázkov, viac vešiakov, v každej izbe úložný priestor. Nedajú sa zavesiť kabáty, ani uteráky.

Der var mugpletter på loftet ude i badet. Generelt dårlig stand ift. prisen. Ikke det værd.

• Kim (10/5): Fantastisk beliggenhed og udsigt. - Fantastik beliggenhed i bymidte. Og udsigten fra lejlighed (nummer 2) var unik. Der var måske lidt kompliceret med indstilling af varmen. Og det kunne have været rart med en opvaskemaskine.

Las camas son cómodas y el apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario para una buena estancia. No nos acostumbramos a no tener persianas y es difícil dormir sin ellas. Alguna ventana habria que repasar para evitar el ruido de la calle.

De plus, l'adresse à laquelle nous étions n'était pas l'adresse initiale et nous ne savons pas pourquoi cela a été changé. Les fenêtres étaient très mal isolées et ne fermaient pas complètement. Les lits étaient relativement durs.

• Jorge (8/5): Excelente ubicación. - La ubicación. En el mejor lugar de Dublin para hacer turismo. Cocina totalmente equipada. Baño completo. Por decir algo a mejorar, la cerradura de la puerta del apartamento no era muy segura, quedándote un poco intranquilo, aunque no pasó nada. Y la puerta del wc no tenia pestillo.

The view was also very nice, being on the last floor, and it was surprisingly big and spacious. The heating central/boiler was quite impossible to ignore as it was very loud and the door couldn't be closed to make the sound less audible. It would turn on everytime we used any of the water taps in the apartment, so the people sleeping in the big room were quite disturbed by it.

• marina (8/5): Unos días encantadores con la familia - Lo que más que para estar en la ubicación tan centrica eran buenos apartamentos y eran lo suficiente mente grandes para poder moverte comodamente y tenian buen menaje, toallas y demás. Lo que menos que tuvimos que ir a recoger las llaves a un sitio que estaba a unos 15 minutos andando, que con las maletas se complica un poco, pero para dejarlas ya no es necesario ir hasta ahí.

• Stefan (10/5): Geweldige vakantie! - De locatie was echt geweldig. Midden in Dublin aan de rivier. Perfect zicht op de optocht van St Patrick's Day! En je hebt een supermarkt in de buurt. Aan eke straat gezellige pubs en een heerlijke bakker dichtbij. Een aanrader dit! We misten eigenlijk wat basis benodigdheden zoals peper, zout, koffie en andere kruiden. Maar dat is een heel klein minpuntje.

• Patrick (8/5): L’appartement a était à la hauteur de nos attentes pour ce genre de séjour - La disponibilité et la réactivité de l’équipe. L’emplacement de l’appartement. Le chauffe-eau fait beaucoup de bruit et dès qu’une chasse d’eau est tiré ou qu’une personne prend une douche, il y a beaucoup de bruit de remplissage d’eau. Le problème est que tout ce système est dans la chambre.

Unica nota negativa: le finestre non sono insonorizzate e si sentono tutti i rumori di macchine, ambulanze e persone, come se fossero a pochi metri, molto fastidioso anche durante la notte poiché rumori forti disturbavano parecchio.

• CAROL NELSON (7/5): It was mediocre, but livable. - Two bedrooms accommodated our needs. Tea and coffee offered was helpful to starting the mornings. Close to restaurants. It was a very noisy location late into the night. Check in was not smooth and would have been worse without the help of our cab driver. Two of the heaters did not work; one in a bedroom and the one in the kitchen. Maintenance did come to check them, said they were broken and that they would bring two portable heaters to help. They did not.

Men etter å ha kontaktet personalet fikk vi flere dyner. Det var dessverre varierende temperatur på varmtvannet. Det tok lang tid før vannet ble varmt. Det var kun 2-3personer som fikk dusje med varmt vann. Plutselig ble vannet kaldt (gjaldt også for den som dusjet først).

I thought we booked an apartment on Bachelor’s walk on the north side of River Liffey, but when we arrived we found ourselves on the other side of the OConnell Bridge with barely a view of the River Liffey.
• Neven (7/5): - Location of the apartment is perfect. Otherwise apartment was clean and spacious. Reception was kind. offered us with water and stored our luggage until check-in time. Also when leaving they stored our luggage again between check-out and time to go to airport. Heating, hot water and toilet flushing is 19th century. Hot water was barely enough for 4 people. Toilet flushing sometimes worked, sometimes required several attempts before one finally worked. Heating is especially important since windows are leaking cold air. Elevator buttons are broken. For a price 250€ per night this is not a good value. This summer 4 star hotel in Amsterdam was same price.

• Alp88 (7/5): A brilliant location, clean and comfy- good value! - It was easy & a simple process to collect keys. The apartment is clean and comfortable! Make sure you download the app before you travel , just so you’re clear on address etc. great little find! The walk to collect when it’s dark etc. the building itself needs a bit of love - take your ear plugs if you’re not used to city living! 😅

• Sylvia (5/5): No hot water, wifi spotty. - This was a huge apartment in a great location right in the city center. There was no hot water! When I complained to the management, they emailed me to press the "boost" button on a console in the hallway. I got hot water for maybe 2 minutes then cold. Also, the wifi worked sporadically. Seemed to work only in the evening and only in the bedroom. It was also a bit inconvenient to pick up the keys at their office and then walk a mile to the apartment. I would not recommend this place.

• Joanne (9/5): Super location, stunning apartment - We were allocated another property at the Lafayette building, it was massive and everyone had a bed. It looked right on to O’Connell bridge so in the perfect location. There was only 1 shower for 6 people and only 2 or 3 people could shower before the boiler needed a boost. It is also right above a night club so very loud at the weekend with the music

• CHIARA (9/5): Molto ampio, luminoso, perfetto, ottima posizione anche se differente da quella indicata su Booking. Le chiavi sono da r - Centralissimo appartamento. Attenzione, su Booking viene indicato in un’altra posizione!!! L’appartamento è proprio sul ponte o’connel dal lato di temple bar.

The early check-in was very well appreciated - The apartment is in a perfect location, right in the center of Dublin- - The apartment can fit easily 5 to 6 people - The apartment is not very well equipped (kitchen utensils, dishrags) - Bedrooms can get very noisy at rush hours and during the night - The hairdryer didn't work at all, and the accessories were not compatible

• Matteo (8/5): - Appartamenti molto belli, soprattutto quello al secondo piano con la vista sull'O Connell's Bridge, con una sala molto grande e luminosa. Posizione perfetta, a 5 minuti dalla zona Temple Bar e servita molto bene dal trasporto pubblico. Ci hanno dato le camere molto tardi perché erano in ritardo con le pulizie, verso le 16.30 (check in fatto alle 13.30) , però per farsi perdonare ci hanno dato il check out da una camera a mezzogiorno.
