• Fiona Greene (6/5): Where's the....... - The location is very convenient for central area and public transport. The apartment is spacious. The apartment was under equipped for many essential items. No bedding supplied for pull out bed. Kitchen had no tea towels no instructions for washer dryer machine (expensive clothing ruined). No hot water on arrival, the plumber had to attend. Over complicated verification app system required. Everyone else seems happy with Booking.com!
• SILVIA BEATRIZ (9/5): Estadía agradable - La distribución es buena. La ubicación es céntrica. Las camas son grandes y estaba todo preparado igual que el sofá cama del comedor. Había toallas para los 5 que fuimos. En la cocina había todo los elementos necesarios para lavar y utensilios para cocinar. El sector de lavado todo limpio y ordenado. La recepcionista de los apartamentos no tuvo empatía para acompañarnos a la entrada a los apartamentos que quedaba a la vuelta pero uno recién llegada no se ubica todavía. Y si bien no pedimos otra llave (error nuestro) éramos 5 para pasar por 6 puertas para entrar al dpto. Deberían pensar en eso . La habitación que tiene las dos camas individuales tiene un colchón de resortes para cambiar … incómodo y ruidoso al acostarse y moverse (a ese nivel).

• Carmen (10/5): - TOP Lage und sehr sauber. Das mit dem Parkplatz ist sehr doof gelöst. Man musste jedes mal eine Nummer anrufen um mit dem Auto wieder aus der Garage zu kommen. Könnte besser mit einem Badge gelöst werden.

We had booked ‘Parnell Corner Apartments” and no I expected to have one of the corner apartments photographed on the website. We didn’t have one of those so I’m wondering where the “corner” in the name comes in. Also, the communal areas (lift, entrance foyers etc) smelled of wee.

• Alannah (6/5): Central location, relatively well stocked kitchen, some of the amenities are a bit dated - View was pleasant, relatively well stocked kitchen, washing machine and dryer where easy to use The beds where very uncomfortable, it felt like we were sleeping directly on the springs of the mattress and was very saggy. It was difficult to work out all the lighting and exhaust fan switches, we didn’t find the switch for the bathroom exhaust fan till the final night and it was the same with the dimmer in the living room, some clear instructions/labels would be great. A can opener would also be helpful in the kitchen.

• Hélène (10/5): Super logement dans une super ville - Nous avons séjourné dans cet établissement entre amis (trois couples) pendant quatre nuits, et nous en sommes ravis ! Le logement est idéalement situé, à seulement 10 minutes à pied du centre, ce qui est très pratique. Au pied de l’immeuble, nous avons trouvé plusieurs fast-foods ainsi que deux magasins pour faire des courses, un vrai plus au quotidien. L’appartement est très bien équipé : une cuisine complète qui permet de préparer facilement ses repas, deux salles de bain spacieuses, deux chambres confortables et un grand salon où nous avons pu tous nous retrouver. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons vivement ce logement ! Le seul point négatif si on doit en mettre un c’est qu’il y a pas de store au fenêtre donc les rideau ne suffisent pas pour être dans le noir complet la nuit

The bathroom attached to the main bedroom had a thin wall so you could hear the bathroom extractor that would stop hours after the lights were off. So we would go to sleep hearing it. ALso the heating is definitely not sufficient to warm the apartment. 3 small electrical radiators were just not enough.

Unser warm Wasser ging zu Beginn nicht aber nach einem Anruf im Büro konnten wir sofort umziehen in eine richtig schöne Wohnung! Respekt, innerhalb 5 Minuten wurde voll umfänglich gehandelt zur vollsten Zufriedenheit!

Troppo complicato entrare nella struttura. Devi scaricare un app e guardare i video che ti spiegano tutto certo, ma che ti fanno perdere un sacco di tempo ....
• Noelene (4/5): Don't bother. - The location. Unit was comfortable. No hot water for three days. Every time I spoke to staff member I got a different story. They eventually moved us to another unit. Access to the parking we paid for was ridiculous, had to call the office to get in or out.
• Beck and Greg (8/5): - Great size for a family of 5, all major city sights within a 2-20min walk, groceries and shopping just across the street.The apartment has a washer dryer which was really convenient and the bath to soak your legs after a long day of walking was great too. Good value for money if you're staying right in Dublin for a couple of days of sightseeing. If you need parking you need to be very explicit and book well in advance as parking is a nightmare in Dublin. I emailed about parking but clearly wasn't explicit enough (maybe they thought I just love to chat about parking) and was just lucky that they had a spot as they only have very limited places so massive thanks to the girl in the office when I checked in for sorting us a space! The room comes with a guide but unfortunately the appliances in apartment 84 did not match the videos so we had to figure them out.. The oven has zero writing or indication on the dials so you have to go off vibes to run it. The water pressure wasn't the greatest and there were a few sketchy people hanging around outside the Lidl after hours so we made sure we were in the apartment before dark The mattresses could do with an update. For such a massive bathroom it was really limited hanging space so it would be great if they could use that big wall to put a whole bunch of hooks to hang towels and Toiletries etc.

• Imre (8/5): Társasházi lakásnak teljesen megfelel pár napra. - Központi helyen van, tömegközlekedés helyben illetve pár lépésre Aldi, szembe oldalon Tesco így a bevásárlás autó nélkül is kényelmes, gyors és praktikus. Lift segít a cipekedésben. Társasházas feeling, kilátás a szomszédos hotelre, környéken csak fizetős parkolási lehetőség volt. Az utca forgalmas, zajos de ebből a szobákban semmit nem érzékeltünk.

• Eduard (9/5): - We stayed for one night and overall it was a great experience. The apartment is very spacious, and having two bathrooms was a huge plus for us. The location is also excellent. The only downside was some renovation noise in the building after 7:00 PM on our first day, which was a bit distracting. Aside from that, everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

• María (9/5): Estancia perfecta. - La ubicación era excelente. Nos dejaron galletitas y café, fue un detallazo; además al hacer checkin nos dieron una botella de agua. Todo súper limpio. Tuvimos un problemita con el WIFI, nos pusimos en contacto con ellos y enseguida respondieron (nos lo arreglaron en cuestión de pocas horas). No tengo nada que reseñar.
