• Clotilde (1/5): Très grosses déception, aucune honnêteté et de transparence - Très mauvaise expérience. Nous avions réservé cet appartement pour sa vue exceptionnelle, clairement mise en avant dans l’annonce. À notre arrivée, nous avons découvert d’importants échafaudages avec des bâches devant l’immeuble, ce qui gâchait totalement la vue depuis l’appartement, la mezzanine et les terrasses. Les bâches rendaient également l’appartement très sombre et loin de l’ambiance lumineuse présentée sur les photos. Le plus choquant est que cette situation nous a été signalée alors que nous étions déjà en route pour Rome, donc beaucoup trop tard pour trouver une autre solution. Ce type de travaux se prévoit forcément à l’avance : le propriétaire était donc nécessairement informé avant notre arrivée. Malgré plusieurs messages et demandes de geste commercial, aucun retour de la propriétaire, et le service client Booking n’a apporté aucune réponse à notre réclamation. À ce niveau de prix, ce manque de transparence est inacceptable. L’emplacement est certes très bien, mais cela ne compense absolument pas une annonce qui ne reflétait plus du tout la réalité du logement.

• Davide (10/5): - Attico strepitoso che affaccia direttamente su Piazza Navona. Oltre al terrazzo da favola i punti di forza sono le 5 camere da letto matrimoniali e i 3 bagni che fanno di questa struttura un’unicità per Roma. Tornerò sicuramente.

Es ist extra ein Gerüst gebaut worden, damit man trotz Baugerüst am Haus von der Dachterrasse auf die Piazza schauen kann…man sitzt dort und genießt einfach!!!! Sehr netter Manager und auch die Dame, die gereinigt hat war sehr sehr freundlich…..und die Wohnung ist einfach klasse! Nichts auszusetzen

• Lorraine (10/5): Smooth sailing for our entire stay thanks to the wonderful apartment and managers. - The size of the penthouse, the terraces, the location were all excellent. Our interactions with the property managers were so easy, Antonio in particular was so helpful. We will both recommend the property to others and will be back ourselves. Lastly we booked the golf cart tour ( details in the apartment), it was superb, a great way to re-orient ourselves in Rome.

• Laura (9/5): Perfect stay at Presidential Penthouse Navona. - It was spacious, clean, with nice decor. It was nice to have an elevator in the building. The upstairs patio overlooking the Piazza was amazing. The kitchen had a nice size fridge and tea and coffee was available. Our host was very accommodating and responsive. We arrived early and were able to check in early. In addition, we were visiting my daughter, who is a college student in Rome, and our host was kind enough to let her and her roommate stay the night before our early departure. I would 100% stay here again. I only wish we could have stayed longer. There was scaffolding around the building but we were pre-warned by the host so it was not unexpected and we still had great views from the rooftop.

• GIUSEPPE PAOLO (10/5): Roma incantata - Appartamento meraviglioso in una posizione incantevole, dalla terrazza è possibile ammirare piazza Navona dall'alto. In questo periodo dell'anno con le luci ed i mercatini di Natale, Roma è bellissima e l'appartamento è il posto ideale dove vivere un soggiorno nella Città Eterna. La bellezza del palazzo e la posizione è tale che la presenza dei bidoni della spazzatura all'ingresso sono un pugno allo stomaco. Andrebbero rimossi.

Loved the rooftop balcony overlooking the Piazza Navona. Antonio was very helpful arranging airport transfer, taxi to tours and transfer to cruise port. • gokce (10/5): Wonderful apartment with great view - The location, the terrace, the rooms, the interior design, everything was awesome. Also antonio made sure we had a wonderful stay. If you choose this apartment you will have an unforgettable stay. Do not hesitate to do the booking. Yes there is a repair on the facade of the building and the downstairs windows are all blocked unfortunately. Waking up to piazza navona from our bedroom window was the dream and it was blocked. But they have to do the repairs there is nothing thet can do about it and it is temporary. So for future referance I did not lower my rate according to that. Since the terrace was lovely we did not get upset about the repair.

Επίσης γίνονται έργα κ δε βλεπεις τιποτα. Έχει γύρω απο όλα τα παράθυρα σκαλωσιές κ γεμάτο σκόνη πράγμα το οποίο δε μας το είπε κανείς. Το είδαμε όταν μπήκαμε στο κατάλυμα .

• Rodrigo (1/5): Una enorme decepción que no olvidaré en la vida. - Me gustó la localización, junto a la plaza Navona, y la amplitud del espacio interior, era grande con varias habitaciones y varios cuartos de baño, en general bien. No me gustó del alojamiento que la finca lleva en obras desde noviembre de 2024 y según el cartel que está situado fuera, las mismas terminarán en noviembre de 2026,, hay una lona que tapa toda la fachada, incluida la azotea con andamios. Lo han intentado solucionar con una pasarela metálica de 1 mewtro de ancho con dos sillas y una mesita de centro de 50 cm que no arregla nada. A través de ninguna de las ventanas se ve nada más que andamios, maderas y excrementos de paloma, con la lona blanca detrás. Comunicada dicha circunstancia a la agencia, me pidieron comprensión, diciéndome que no era su culpa y que fuera comprensivo, como si ellos lo hubieran sido conmigo en caso de no poder pagar el alquiler por despido laboral. No es su culpa que haya obras, pero sí que es su culpa no avisar y yo poder haber decidido si quería continuar o irme a otro apartamento. No me parece razonable que se hagan estas cosas y lo que me he encontrado ha sido una decepción total. Además cuando entras de la calle huele a basura porque los cubos están dentro del portal. Además hay riesgo de que las gaviotas hagan sus necesidades encima de tu terraza, de tu silla de tus mesas o incluso que se lleven tu comida. He pagado más de 2000 € por tres noches y por algo que no lo vale. Además veo que en la página de Booking siguen sin actualizar las fotos, con lo cual lo que ofertan no es lo que te vas a encontrar cuando vayas. Avisados estáis todos. Y si estoy mintiendo en algo, que me contesten a este mensaje y me digan en qué miento. Gracias por vuestro tiempo.

• Tanya (7/5): Great location for sight seeing, great host, good spacious apartment with everything you need. - Great location, spacious apartment so great for large groups. Host was great, providing all the information we needed Unfortunately, there was scaffolding around the whole building which we weren’t aware of which hindered the views. As we were on the piazza, the noise in the morning (bins being emptied/deliveries around 6-6:30am) was really loud and late into the night you can hear all the hustle and bustle in the piazza. So this is something to be aware of.
• Elida (10/5): memorable stay in the heart of Rome! No better place - We loved every minute of our stay in the penthouse. The rooms are spacious and full with lights. There are three bathrooms in the apartment, all spot on clean and fully functioning. The kitchen is fully equipped. The beds, sheets were clean and comfortable. and the terrace with breathtaking views of Piazza Navona and fountains was the cherry on the top. Antonio, who manages the property was very nice and extremely responsive and helpful. I have recommended this place to many of my friends and family. Definitely would love to go back again one day.

The design of the penthouse is a seamless blend of modern luxury and classic Roman elegance, from the high-end furnishings to the curated art pieces, reflects impeccable taste. • Carol (8/5): Lovely memories - Fantastic location, great coffee machine, lovely roof terrace. Very spacious inside light high ceilings, it was very hot, so the air conditioning was amazing. Lots of communication with our contact on arrival would WhatsApp us to offer advice on restaurants, offer to get us tours if we needed them very helpful. Lots of local bars and places to eat. Walking distance for the Vatican, Angel castle, Previous fountain etc There's also an entrance 3 doors down to the old Olympic stadium under the building we were in. The bed opposite the main bathroom, the slats kept coming out so me and my daughter in law kept rolling together in the middle. Good job we like each other lol.

• Blessing (10/5): The host was great , communicative and super helpful. He offered us transport from the airport and to our port. He also - It’s ideally located for tourists in Piazza Navona with plenty of restaurants and tourist attractions around it. The rooftop terrace is beautiful. The kitchen is fully equipped. None of the bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms which made it difficult to share. Some of the bedroom walls had a lot of scribbles on them and I think more could have been done to make the bedrooms comfortable and homely.

Actually, I didnt like that it was so hot in Rome at the end of August- But Antonio couldnt have fixed that !!

• Kevin (9/5): Great place but make sure if you add/change dates they are confirmed - Beautiful spacious apartment in a great location. Antonio was great, very friendly and helpful. I booked this property over 9 months prior to arriving. Shortly after booking I emailed, thru Booking.com, to add additional days on the front of our stay. The manager’s wife confirmed, thru Booking.com, that the days were available and we agreed to the payment option and booked them. Over a month before our stay I double checked our reservations, only to hear from the manager that the extra days were not available to us. They never reserved those dates and there was nothing they could do for us. Mismanagement and was told we should of cancelled our already booked reservations and rebook for the new dates. Booking.com refutes this advice.
