• Mikie (5/5): コミュニケーションに難あり。 - 早めに荷物を置くことができ、そのまま滞在できた。が、何時から荷物を置けるか、と４回繰り返し聴く必要があった。 １．照明：①アパートを開けた場所の照明がなく（おそらく電球切れ）、出入りの度に自分のスマホのライトを使う必要があった。②キッチンの電球もチカチカしていた。ホストの代理のような人に、問題を伝え、すぐに対応するとの答えであったが、滞在中改善されることはなかった。 ２．ベッド：チェックイン当日の１１時半ごろ、ホスト代理からダブルベッドのクイーンサイズベッドのどちらがいいかと聞かれたので、大きい方が良い、と答えた。結果、手すりがきしむ１０段ほどの階段を上がったロフトのベッドが大きい方で、そのベッドにシーツがつけられていた。ひとりで滞在するゲストに聞くには、生活空間と同じレベルにあるベッドか、階段を使うロフトにあるベッドかのどちら、という聞き方をしてほしかった。サイズより、階段を上る必要があるかないかの方が、ゲストにとっては大事な違いである。 ３．自分は一人での滞在だったので、狭さは感じなかったが、最大収容人数の４名が滞在すれば、相当窮屈だろうと想像する。

• Susan (8/5): Basic accommodation for a reasonable price, helpful host - Walking distance to Termimi, great selection of non touristy restaurants in locality, not far from metro if needed, I walked to all main sights Fabio as a host very communicative and expressed such willingness to help if needed. Road noise could be an issue…. didn’t really bother me. Area is not the nicest but I knew that and it was ok. Mattress soft, as building old bathroom smells.

• Salvatore (3/5): Peccato... - La casa è in una posizione abbastanza comoda se necessiti di andare in stazione Roma Termini o prendere i mezzi pubblici. La casa ha un potenziale enorme ma è usata male. Hanno lasciato a desiderare la pulizia che era al minimo della decenza. Al secondo giorno abbiamo avvisato l'host che metà delle luci non funzionavano più e non è stato effettuato nessun intervento passando quindi gli altri e giorni quasi al buio. La tv non recepisce nessun canale. Dal bagno arriva un brutto odore costantemente. Eravamo in 2 più un neonato ed abbiamo dormito in un letto 120x180 passando la vacanza in modalità campeggio. Abbiamo trovato nel monolocale una serie di oggetti inutili lasciati in giro, scala, stendiabiti ed altre cose totalmente lasciate al caso. In generale la casa la casa se sistemata bene potrebbe esser valutata differentemente ma purtroppo così non va.
• paula (5/5): Viaje familia - Me gustó la ubicación esta al lado del metro, tren, autobuses para ir a distintas partes de roma. Estaba ordenado y limpio. Lo q no me gustó son las camas se descansaba fatal, la electricidad ya q si se conectaban varias cosas saltaba la termica Cables por todos lados de las camas, no muy seguro para niños.

• Jonathan (1/5): Para no repetir - Llegamos y no se podía abrir la puerta. Íbamos con dos niñas pequeñas y nada más informar de que la llave no abría la cerradura, lejos de llamar a un cerrajero intentaron durante 3 horas abrir la puerta con la misma llave sin éxito, hasta que tuvieron que llamar a un cerrajero pasadas varias horas. Tuvimos que acabar en un hotel. No recomiendo este alojamiento un trato lamentable.
• Marco (7/5): Ci si vede in primavera !!! - La posizione è buona, in prossimità della stazione e della metro.Essendo in centro la zona è un po' rumorosa...ma mi sembra ovvio..., servita da ascensore e con buoni ristoranti a prezzi abbordabili. Ho comunicato spesso col gestore, molto premuroso e cordiale solo con messaggistica. Nell'appartamentino era tutto funzionante, completo di angolo cottura, condizionato e con lavatrice. La pulizia e la manutenzione degli spazi, pur essendo più che sufficienti, sono migliorabili....

• Gwiżdż (8/5): Polecam serdecznie. - Mieszkanie położone blisko dworca Termini, dzięki temu łatwo można dojechać z i na lotnisko. Całkiem wygodne, mimo że niewielkich rozmiarów. Szkoda, że okiennic nie dało się otworzyć, a przynajmniej wyglądały jakby były nie do otworzenia.

Квартира обладнана всім необхідним і навіть була кава для кавоварки👍🏼 Власник завжди на звʼязку і все детально розповів про те, як зайти в квартиру. А ще приємний бонус - водичка в холодильнику (бо дуже спекотно було на вулиці) і солодкі булочки до кави☺️ Якихось суттєвих нарікань не має.

• Nazaret (8/5): - Ubicado a 20 minutos andando del Coliseo, algo más lejos de otras ubicaciones. Pero con distintos autobuses cerca, el metro a 10 minutos. Trato muy amable y dispuesto del personal, contestó a todos los mensajes sin importar la hora. Nos dejó quedarnos un poco más el día de salida. Hacía demasiado calor en la cama superior, aunque se pusiese el aire acondicionado no llegaba. En el resto del apartamento sí se notaba el aire. Las ventanas no podían abrirse bien, por estar rota la parte de fuera

• Milan (9/5): Fabio was great to deal with and messaged me to ensure we were comfortable and had all we needed. - We were there for 3 nights, it was great for our family of 4. The supermarket was just down the road and there were plenty of places to eat and drink near by. The sewage smell from the bathroom. There was a notice in the apartment that said it was due to the plumbing in the area, nothing to do with the apartment itself. There were multiple air fresheners around the apartment to help with the smell.
• Христина (9/5): Задоволені) - Дуже вдячні Fabio, постійно знаходився на зв’язку. Заселялись пізно, 23.30 у зв’язку з прильотом, про що повідомили заздалегідь. Це не викликало ніяких труднощів). Район тихий. Обирали спеціально біля вокзалу, розвʼязка транспортна зручна. Поруч супермаркет. Квартира маленька і компактна. Чисто. На кухні є все необхідне. Дуже вдячні за комплімент у вигляді капсул кави і свіжих булочок, в холодильнику пляшка води (що дуже доречно в таку спеку).

• Ankur (3/5): Apart from the communication with owner the 2 days were horrible. - The owner was very helpful. He replied and tried to help us in every possible way he can. We were just couple of houses away from the property and someone snatched my wife's purse and mobile. Thankfully she responded fast and with the help of the restaurant owner we got them back. The lift and the property enterance is nothing less than a maze. The apartment had no fan AC was leaking, it was pre-stuffed with other materials.

• Denitsa (6/5): Not as expected - Good location, close to metro and restaurants. The contact with the owner was good. The apartment was not as expected. The toilet seat was broken, the hairdryer was dirty and unusable, and the bathroom socket where the water heater is plugged in looked unsafe. Shower handles were loose, and the kitchen corner was in poor condition. There was no coffee machine, despite what the photos suggested. Overall, the stay was not as expected.

• İbrahim (9/5): Great location and very kind host - The house is within walking distance of Manzoni Metro Station and Roma Termini train station. There are restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The location is very good. The host is very kind and always available via WhatsApp and tries to help. I think when evaluating in terms of price and performance, we need to be fair. I would definitely stay again. However, improvements can be made in areas such as bathroom hooks, downstairs bed quality, wardrobe, and a light bathroom smell.

• Castillo (10/5): A superb stay while in Rome. Recommended! - The location was in the central part of Rome so accessibility wise to the attractions was superb. Fabio was very helpful and the entire place we rented was very clean and everything you need is already at the place.

Conveniently situated 10 minutes away from termini and the restaurant around were really good for dinner. Host was available if needed and gave clear instructions. We will be back there! Maybe a need for a sofa , to seat somewhere else than on the bed

• Krisztina (9/5): A clean small apartment woth everything you need for a short trip in Rome :) - It was a great location to start our journey to the heart of the city. you have everything ( shops, excellent restaurants, bus stop) closeby. The host is very nice amd easy to communicate with. -

• Sharde (8/5): Good stay - The apartment was nice to stay in. Having the washing machine was such a useful bonus!! Having a kitchen, fridge and stove meant we could sort out some meals. Relatively close to a metro. The hot water is a strange situation, with the power inside the bathroom needing to be turned on and off. Although it wasn’t high up, we could not use the lift.
