• RUSLAN (9/5): - Отличная локация, всё рядом. Было удобно ужинать в ресторанах которых большой выбор всего за 100-150 метров от апартаментов. Удобно добираться к достопримечательностям. Сами апартаменты уютные и комфортные. Очень приятная хозяйка апартаментов. Практически всё что требовалось для комфортного проживания было предоставлено Не хватает стиралки.

• Becséri János (5/5): Előnye annyi szinte a központban , viszont az utca zajátol nagyon hangos. - Olasz viszonylatban a lakás tágas volt , két hallószobával rendelkezett, közel voltak a látványosságok. Este fél hétkor érkeztünk meg a szállásra , még nem volt kitakarítva,majd két 15 éves kisfiú kb. negyed óra alatt úgy ahogy takarították. Az ágyak minősége borzalmas szivacsok cserére szorulnak, két tv közül egy működött. A szoba ablakai az utcafrontra néztek ,amivel nem lenne probléma ha az ablakok hangszigeteltek lennének,fűl dugó erősen ajánlott.

Le preguntamos por lavavajillas al no ver pastillas y ni se ofrec - Lo que mas nos gusto fue la ubicacion y la amplitud del apartamento No estaba muy limpio. Las condiciones que pone en booking no son las que la dueña te indica por whatsapp. Si llegas mas tarde de las 19 debes abonar 50euros. Y tienes que abandonar el apartamento a las 10.

• Belen (6/5): - La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de campo de fiori, navona y pantheon.... Y a un paseo agradable del resto de monumentos. Y barrios Hay varios supermercados cerca y multitud de restaurantes Las camas, son muy malas, necesitan un cambio, dormir agusto ha sido complicado ni aún llegando reventados de andar todo el día. También hubiera estado bien, un sofá, para poder sentarte tranquilo un rato, y lo que hay no es cómodo....y por otra parte el apartamento cuando entras, desprende un olor desagradable... La tele no tenía cable de antena, por lo tanto no sé veía y los cables de electrodomésticos llegan mal a los enchufes, tienes q moverlo y aun así.... Un alargador estaria bien.

• Alice (9/5): weekend a Roma! - L'appartamento si trova in un palazzo a due passi da Piazza Navona e da Castel Sant'Angelo, quindi zona centralissima sia per passeggiare che per prendere mezzi pubblici! Gli spazi di questa struttura sono molto ampi, con due camere matrimoniali, una zona cucina dotata di tutto ciò che può servire (piatti, bicchieri, stoviglie, pentole ecc...) e anche di una macchina caffè con cialde. Bagno ampio con doccia spaziosa! WiFi molto efficiente! Nonostante i serramenti nuovi e molto insonorizzanti, di notte si sentono un po' i rumori della strada, ma niente che impedisca il sonno o dia troppo fastidio! Credo che sia normale data la posizione!

Hemos ido andando a los principales lugares turísticos: Plaza Navona y Pantheon 5 m; Fontana Trevi 15 m; Plaza España: 20 m; C San Angelo 5 m; Vaticano: 20 minutos; Plaza Venecia/Coliseo 25/30m. Supermercados y restaurantes al lado. Muy Buen ambiente. 2 Camas cómodas. Primer piso antiguo pero reformado, poca presión de agua en la ducha.

It was overall clean, although one room's bed was smelling bad and sink was blocked. We stayed with our kids for 5 days and was not super pleasant to cook This flat definitely needs some renovation works and host attention to details. Bed was smelling bad (mattress and blanket), toilet sink was blocked, some lights broken...
• Claus (7/5): OK, da lejligheden ligger centralt. - Vi boede i lejlighed. Der er mange muligheder for morgemnad i nærområdet. Man kan også handle ind og selv lave morgenmad. Der manglede en sofa. Der var to stole som ikke var behagelige at sidde i. Ikke nok opholdsplads når der er to dobbeltsenge. Ingen lyd på tv i lejligheden.

• Giulio (5/5): Ok für ein paar Tage. - Lage, Grösse der Zimmer, Vieles ist renovationsbedürftig oder müsste ersetzt (z.B. Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank, Sandwich-Maker). Ein Schlüssel kann die Haustüre nur öffnen, aber nicht entriegeln. Zu wenig Stauraum für Kleider.

• Dace (10/5): Good location - The property was perfect for 3 of us. As we spent mostly exploring Rome, we only slept there! The location is absolutely perfect! Everything is within walking distance for restaurants and shops and, more importantly, for all main attractions! Be where? For late check-in after 19:00, they charge €30, and after 20:00, €50 extra, which is absolutely pathetic! In Rome 🙄, but as our flight was delayed and wasn’t our fault, the ladies gave us a discount! Thank you for that!

We had no issue walking to all of the major destinations … Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Vatican, Spanish Steps and Piazza Navona. Bus stop, taxi stand and small grocery were just outside the door. Our contact gave us great restaurant suggestions.

• Tracey (9/5): Great location for exploring Rome. - Large spacious well equipped clean apartment. Great location and very easy to walk to lots of the top attractions. We were given early check in which was great. Barbara gave us some fabulous restaurant recommendations. Apartment was warm and air conditioning didn't seem to cool the property. Windows have to stay closed due to traffic noise but triple glazing very effective.
• Sean (8/5): Very good - Location could not have been better. Over the 3 days of our stay we walked to most of the popular attractions. The only time we had to take a bus was going back to the train station when leaving for the airport. Accommodation is spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. Everything you need in the kitchen although we only had breakfast there. Place is clean and Apt is in a lovely old building with marble staircase and traditional decor.

Barbara was a gracious hostess and taught us how to use free taxi app. You can walk everywhere which was necessary due to transit workers protesting. A/C worked well. Shower was Ok. Kitchen is nice feature although we mainly used the refrigerator. Elevator small but functional. WiFi was excellent! Minor things, shower needs a self or basket. No TV in one room, other had bad sound. No matter, we didn’t need to watch TV. We only tried to check out music video stations. Probably could have plugged in a Roku or Fire Stick as WiFi was great! Nice grocery store basically across the street. RX next door from there.

Apartment itself was adequate with most basic items. Would recommend for your stay in Rome. Super nice staff! The AC wasn’t very cool but we managed with windows (just makes the street noise loud so can’t leave open all night). No common living area other than the kitchen table.

• Elsa (4/5): Good location. - I liked that for sightseeing everything was within a half hour walk. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a supermarket a block away. I didn't like that I had a hard time using the key that lets me into the apartment. Some of the walls were dirty and need to be cleaned or repainted. The online posting said each room had a TV but only one of the bedrooms had a TV. The apartment is one flight up or you could use the tiny elevator.
