• kiri16 (8/5): Ottimo - L'appartamento è molto spazioso e accogliente e dotato di tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno. Pulizia ottima, letti abbastanza comodi e l'utilità di avere due bagni con una comitiva numerosa fa molto e anche la posizione era perfetta, zona tranquilla e dotata di un po' di tutto e a soli 15 minuti a piedi dalla metro linea A. Staff cordiale e gentile, grazie di tutto💖

• ALICJA (10/5): Wygodnie bo dużo przestrzeni - Przestronny.apartament.Bardzo wygodny dla duzej ilosci osób.Żelazko i deska do prasowania na plus dla obiektu. Wifi działało bezproblemowo.Kontakt z włascicielem ok. Brakowało nam deski do krojenia,ostrego noża do chleba i worków na śmieci na zamianę.Nie działał toster do grzanek choć wyglądał na nowy. Poza tym wszystko ok.
• Sukaina (10/5): - El alojamiento es muy limpio y grande, tal cual las fotos, y luminoso, está cerca del bus a 1min y la estación de tren está a 15 min andando. Olga que es la mujer que se encargó de nuestro chek-in es muy amable, nos ayudó mucho con el transporte y estuvo atenta a cualquier cosa que necesitábamos. Y nos dejó galletas y varias cosas más para el desayuno. Estamos muy satisfechas con el alojamiento.

• Valentina (7/5): - El departamento es amplio, limpio y está bien preparado para grupos grandes, aunque más adecuado para familias que para parejas, ya que cada habitación tiene una cama grande y una individual. Los baños fueron lo mejor: remodelados, muy espaciosos y equipados con secador de pelo, papel higiénico, shampoo y acondicionador. La limpieza fue excelente, todo estaba impecable al llegar. El wifi funcionó sin problemas y la atención de Olga fue excelente: muy amable, cercana y atenta. Nos dejó vino de bienvenida, cosas para el desayuno y agua fresca en la nevera, lo cual fue un lindo detalle. Como puntos a mejorar, el sofá cama del salón es muy incómodo: el colchón está hundido y se duerme sobre los almohadones del respaldo, lo que no es nada confortable. Además, la cocina no está pensada para grupos grandes: las ollas son pequeñas, solo hay una cafetera italiana (poco práctica para 8 personas), no había tablas para cortar alimentos y el horno no funcionaba durante nuestra estadía.

• Mariyana (10/5): Фантастичен - Прекрасен апартамент в тих квартал. Всичко беше прекрасно. Персоналът беше прекрасен и ни съдейства с всички необходимо. Забравихме си телефона и служителката ни съдейства да го изпрати ( е все още не е при нас , но тя прие проблема присърце и ни помага с всички възможни сили). Няма такова

• Rui (9/5): Uma agradável surpresa - A fração encontrava-se muito limpa, arrumada e bem organizada. Foi possível cozinhar pequenas refeições, e havia um supermercado relativamente próximo da habitação.O prédio está situado numa zona tranquila e calma. As casas de banho tinham sido remodeladas recentemente, embora o caudal de água do esquentador fosse fraco.Tanto os autocarros como o metro ficam a cerca de 15 a 20 minutos a pé, embora, oferecendo ligações diretas ao centro da cidade.

• Joyce (9/5): The hostess Olga was very responsive to any questions we had and she made our stay pleasant and enjoyable. - The apartment was spacious with 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There were 3 cute balconies where we could sit and enjoy an espresso. We were a group of 9 and fitted nicely without feeling like we were on top of each other. The location is good too. Close to a metro stop and good places to shop and eat. Not much! It was really quite perfect.

• Grace (10/5): Beautiful place, great price! - Beautiful place, big and spacious, lovely decor, two nice big bathrooms! Everything was very clean, lots of towels and blankets. Olga was very welcoming and informative! Kitchen needed better cookware, the pans' coating were peeling off. Bathrooms could have used hooks to hang clothing and towels. Also please explain to non Italians how to close the blinds, it took a while to figure out. It would also be good to have garbage bags available for the stay, I didn't know we would have to buy our own, or that we would have to put out trash so frequently because the trash cans are small. We are American so maybe Europeans are used to this.

• Valentin (9/5): I recommend - The apartment is big, nice and clean. It has two big bathrooms and nice terrace. Maybe the location is not one of the best, it’s about 15 minutes far from the metro station, but I recommend anyway this property.
• Alin (10/5): Decent location, great price, perfect host! - Plumbird is a big and spacious apartment with 2 rooms and a living room, 2 baths, plently of space. Located at the 3rd floor in a old but renovated building it has 2 spacious balconies. Alexa, the host, was absolutely amazing. We had some breakfast food, tea, coffee to make for ourselves. We got a bottle of wine and a bottle of water from her. The building has an elevator, wifi and hot water. You have an iron and table for ironing the clothes, a hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel. You have to walk about 10-15 minutes to Roma Tuscolana train station and take the train (10 minutes) to Roma Termini train station if you want to get to the city center. The train comes on time and the infrastructure is great. We've been to all the atractions with the train (Roma termini for city center, Roma S. Pietro for vatican, Roma Trastevere for traditional trattorias and pittoresque places. I recommend Plumbird Apartment for the great price and decent location. I would change the shower heads to the both of the bathrooms, or at least clean the holes with something sharp and small because the pressure isn't that great. Squeaky doors and beds, maybe some wd40 if possible :).

• Ofelia (10/5): Big and clean apartment - Host was very nice and helpful. Place was big and clean, with plenary of rooms, beds and bathrooms (we were a large group). Kitchen was equipped. WIFI. I’d stay in this place again. Place in about 13 minutes walking distance from metro, if you have issues walking, but you can easily get a taxi or Uber using an application.
• Elaya (7/5): Good stay but BRRR 🥶 - The apartment was nice and very clean. It was spacious. There was a nice view from the balconies, and the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were also comfortable. There is a bus stop and metro station close so it is quite easy to travel. The water in the bath and shower was freezing cold to the point my toes were numb, and when we contacted the staff she said that she will contact the boss who will contact the owner. The problem was still not fixed by the end of our stay.

• Avikpanesar (1/5): awful! do not book - no usable bathroom facilities! - The lady who checked us in was very helpful and friendly and sent us some local recommendations for where to go. NO USABLE BATHROOM FACILITIES!! - bathroom facilities don’t work (water is either freezing cold or boiling hot - no way of controlling and burnt us) and bathtub and shower are dirty. - loose wires hanging out of boiler and coming out of the wall right above the bathtub meaning it is very unsafe!!! I was advised not to use the bathroom. - serving bathroom shower does not drain and bath water flows over when trying to shower so also unusable. - water was ice cold at 1am and did not warm up for 2 hours. owner unresponsive at this time. - AC unit installed but doesn’t work as owner doesn’t provide batteries in the remote. - coffee machine didn’t work as it was filthy and blocked; we had to clean out mouldy coffee to use it. - toilet seat broken - beds extremely uncomfortable - funny smell in the apartment especially the kitchen - exposed wires in bedroom - not safe for children at all!

• Junaid (10/5): The view from the apartment was really good and we all had an amazing experience. - The apartment was really comfortable. Wifi and air conditioning was very good. There was a lift as well, which helped considering we had luggage.
• Akansha (9/5): Not great location - Everything was amazing. The host was very kind and supportive. The apartment was extremely homely. The room and bathroom sizes were amazing. We got a free wine bottle and the host kept complimentary stuff for breakfast. The location was a problem. It is far from city centre and the connectivity isn't great. So we ended up wasting a lot of time and energy. There was a public transport strike on the day we were visiting, so it was a hassle to commute. The grocery store was also a little far.
