• Roksazb (9/5): - Duże, przestronne mieszkanie na pierwszym piętrze. Doskonały kontakt z właścicielem. Idealna lokalizacja, wszystkie najważniejsze "must see" z odległości spaceru. Do Campo de'Fiori pół minutki🙂 Łazienka bez okna, więc z wentylacją tak sobie, co za tym idzie zapach wilgoci.

• Benedicte (2/5): A fuir absolument - L emplacement Logement sale, literie des 2 canapés lit 1 place barre au milieu sous le matelas, draps usagés avec trous, tres bruyant côté rue (personnes passent très tard dans rue chantent et crient et le matin chariots sur les pavés car marche quotidien sur place voisine) Sde barre de douche non fixée, remise en place le lendemain.... Peu de vaisselle et très depareillee Pas de grille pain, on nous en fournit un le lendemain dans un état lamentable !!!! Nous avons été obligé de faire du ménage Ce n est pas un appartement de "luxe", les photos sont belles mais il est dans un état déplorable !!! Nous étions 3 adultes, moyenne d âge 65 ans Je suis propriétaire de 2 gites et je ne lui attribuerai même pas une étoile..... .

• Ailish (8/5): - A great spot, especially when traveling with people. Hard to find somewhere in Rome with four beds. It was spacious and comfortable. Great location, and easily accessible. Bus stop is very close and easy to get to and from Termini.

• Macarena (10/5): Belleza romana - Excelente ubicación cercana a muchos lugares aptos para celiacos. La primera ducha fue exquisita pero desastrosa al salir porque mojamos todo el baño. Aprendimos rápidamente cómo funcionaba y nunca más tuvimos ese problema. Gianluca amable y dispuesto a ayudarnos. La lavadora funciona excelente. Disfrutamos mucho el departamento y el barrio. No había shampoo ni detergente de ropa pero se conseguía fácil con el mini market de abajo

Appartement pratique pour un court séjour Les personnes qui dormaient dans le salon n'ont vraiment pas beaucoup dormi, c'était énormément bruyant entre les fêtards de la nuit dans la rue, les voisins du dessus qui mettent la musique à fond et font des karaokés en plein milieu de la nuit, les gens qui sonnent à l'interphone en plein milieu de la nuit parce que c'est celui qui ouvre tout seul la porte du bâtiment, et les commerçants qui vont chercher leurs livraisons avec leur chariot sur les pavés tôt le matin. Idéal pour un séjour de 3 jours mais pas tenable sur plusieurs jours. Nous sommes restés 3 nuits en pleine semaine pourtant. Dommage, on entend vraiment tout !

• Paola (4/5): Weekend in famiglia - città meravigliosa, appartamento pessimo - Il letto era comodo L’appartamento si trova in un vicolo malmesso e maleodorante adiacente a piazza Campo dei fiori. L’appartamento avrebbe bisogno di un bel po’ di manutenzione, i muri sporchissimi,, i pavimenti usurati, la porta di divisione delle due stanze sembra fatta con materiali di recupero più che una vera porta scorrevole, ed il bagno cieco è la cosa peggiore. La porta del box doccia non sta chiusa, il rubinetto del lavandino sta per cadere e dagli scarichi esce un odore di fogna fortissimo che invade tutto il resto dell’appartamento.

• Esther (9/5): Cómodo al máximo! - Maravillosa ubicación y comodidad del apartamento. Tiene todo lo necesario, desde WiFi, cocina completa, lavadora y plancha, secador... Estuvimos 5 personas y es un apartamento muy amplio. La ducha está reformada y es móvil (no fija como leí en algún comentario), con excelente presión de agua y siempre tuvimos agua caliente. Se sitúa junto a una zona muy animada (campo dei Fliori) pero la callecita en la que está ubicado está muy tranquila. La zona es un paraíso para los celiacos: varios restaurantes cerca con carta sin gluten, dos heladerías con todo sin gluten... Supermercados a menos de 3 minutos. Ideal para recorrer toda Roma andando, comodísimo por dentro y por fuera. La quinta cama no es tan cómoda como las demás

• Karen (7/5): Good place to stay to explore Rome - The apartment was in a great location. It had lots of space for the whole family, including a kitchenette. The shower worked really well. The communication was very good. It was a little dirty in places ( eg inside drawers) and there were some fruit flies flying around.

• Akihito (7/5): Great location and nice clean apartment, probably best for 2 or 3 people staying here. - The location was very good and within walking distance or a short bus ride to just about every main spot in Rome. The apartment was big and clean. The shower was barely a trickle and the toilet took a long time to flush during the first night. It was better the second night, but we had to be strategic to ensure our family of five had adequate warm water to shower. It would probably be best to limit the size of the group staying here.

• Sophie (6/5): Best location spacious apartment. - Very Central, great location all major sights were pretty much walking distance. Best spot to stay with a family. Host was very informative and accommodating. Apartments was spacious. It was not very clean, the bathroom had a dirty towel left behind, the shower mould around it. Bathroom in general needs to be looked at. Beds were no too comfortable, pillows were flat and only had 1 per person. Furniture not in the best condition.

• Michael (7/5): Lovely - Amazing location, spacious,good value. Although the property is very nice, a few bits need a bit of attention. The edges of parts of the furniture have been knocked due to high usage. Didn't have a negative affect on our stay.

The apartment was very nice, spacious and very clean. The shower wasn't good, hardly any pressure and a trickle of water. The fridge door didn't shut properly and leaked, left the food very wet in the fridge.

• Angela (9/5): The hostess and location were phenomenal, wish we stayed longer! - The hostess was very communicative and always checking in. They allowed us to leave our luggage ahead of time and checked in to see if everything was to our liking. Also the location was perfect for the market square! There is an open window right outside the door, so you could hear street noise which I'm sure depending on the day would vary. Also, if you are in the second bedroom, I don't think you can hear it anyway!
• Sezgi (7/5): Perfect location and enough space for 4+ visitors - Location is perfect, AC is wonderful during heat wave. Gianluca is always open to help us. It needs more cleaning but it is ok for short term rental. The water pressure is enough for shower but not perfect as many places in Rome.

• Antigoni (8/5): I would recommend it for a big family or a big group of friends - Location was good and within walking distance to all the tourist attractions. Campo di Fiori market is just moments away you could just pop down in the morning to buy everything you needed for preparing breakfast in the apartment. It could do with some refurbishing touches and bathroom also needs a bit of a touch up. Otherwise apartment is very spacious

Very spacious, bright and clean apartment, there was everything available, I would say perfect!! Gianluca was very helpful and gave us advice and the possibility of leaving our luggage in the apartment. We'll be back! nothing!

The apartment was very clean and is very spacious and, surprisingly for this area, very quiet. Gianluca was very polite and responsive - we were allowed to check in early, we left our luggage until 2 p.m. on the last day... all in all, highly recommended. This is not a complaint, only a suggestion for improvement - given that we had booked 7 days (6 nights), we would have appreciated a mid-week cleaning and a fresh supply of towels, toilet paper, etc. In any event, we asked for, and received some additional clean towels, so all is well.

Very kind owner and he also let us leave our luggages 3 more hours after the checkout. The front bedroom was a bit noisy, I was waking up at 6 am. To be honest I wake up easily so it was a bit difficult for me. The other bedroom wasn't that noisy, it was ok!
