• Linda (10/5): - Spacious, we are a family with 2 older children who appreciated separate rooms with queen size beds. Very close to restaurants and Colleseum and train station. Lift was a bonus. Heating was intermittent and a bit noisy at night.

There was no manual/instructions for function of heating, bins etc. We had issues with the showers as the pressure in the building was poor so you could not use any taps/showera/toilets when someone was in the shower as it would turn off. We had a blackout and lost all power just by using the stove top and charging one phone.

Metro et supermarché a 2 min à pieds de l'appartement. Plein de snacks et restaurant autour de celui ci. Appartement grand et spacieux nous étions 8 dont 3 enfants et nous avions beaucoup de place avec en plus 3 salle d'eau et WC. L'arrivée et la sortie se fait de manière autonome. Très bonne communication avec Stefano, excellent accueil avec beaucoup de bienveillance!! Pour nous tous et nous étions 3 générations ce fut un excellent séjour!!

• Vasquez (10/5): Great location, lovely apartment, exceptional host. - Vía Cavour 278 is a great location and is newly renovated. The everything was sparklingly clean and the fixtures were of high quality. I already made a few suggestions to our host which he plans to implement right away: mirrors and wastebaskets in each bedroom. I would also add a coffee table in the living room so guests have a place to put drinks and snacks while they are socializing. Our host was also extremely helpful throughout our stay. He answered questions promptly, sent excellent check-in directions, helped me find the second bathroom hidden in plain sight, arranged and rearranged airport transportation, and found us a new place to stay when our departure flight was cancelled. We would definitely stay here again. There was 1 maintenance issue, but I am sure it is fixed by now. We have no complaints.

• Lesley (9/5): A great apartment for a family or group. We loved it! - The apartment is very spacious and was clean. It is ideal for a group. We had four people (not couples) and there was plenty of space. It was very conveniently located a short walk from the main Train Station and then just a short walk to the Colosseum. Plenty of restaurants around (and a great gelato store nearby! Aircon worked very well! Just was very responsive too and helped us with airport transfer. The bathrooms were great but the shower pressure was terrible! You had to have either a cold shower or a very weak (just a few drops) of hot. It is the only downside to a fantastic apartment.

• Julia (9/5): A lovely, spacious apartment close to everything - It was a lovely spacious apartment with character, close to places of interest like the Colosseum and walkable to many more. There were excellent restaurants nearby on Via Cavour and the back streets and also shops for food, souvenirs and clothes. Also close to metro and main train station or buses. Stefano was good at communicating by WhatsApp messages and offered help with lots of things like where to leave your luggage or organise trips if needed. The beds were comfortable, there's a lift and the basic provisions provided in the kitchen were useful. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you It is on a main street so there is a lot of traffic noise in 3 of the 4 bedrooms, but we still slept well, apart from being woken by the glass collection one morning! One of the main bedrooms didn't have a mirror - it's always good to have a mirror with a table under and next to a socket in the bedroom. The microwave wasn't available to use, but we were so busy we didn't have time to ask about this, so this might well have been sorted out if we'd asked.

Honestly, it would have been nice to have a few more cleaning supplies (I’m a clean freak) and paper towels. Otherwise it was great.
• Wayne (10/5): Lovely large apartment in a convenient location - The location was fantastic. You're a short walk from the Colosseum, Forum, Metro, Termini, and all the restaurants of Monti. Some of the bedrooms are very large and there's 2.5 bathrooms. The showers are large unlike any other place I've stayed in Europe. The washing machine and drying rack worked well. It was a great apartment for a family stay. The host is very responsive. We had an issue with the door lock where the key worked but the door latch didn't always open. I reported the issue to the host and it was fixed by the time we came back the next afternoon. There's a bit of road noise in 3 of the bedrooms on the street side. There's also some stairs to get into the apartment so be prepared for that. It would be nice if the apartment had folding suitcase racks in the bedrooms like most hotels and rentals.

• Fiona (10/5): The apartment was absolutely more than we could have asked for, walk to the Colliseum and Metro! - Stefano was so clear with instructions, he sent photos and excellent description, and always answered within minutes any question we had. Stefano was an amazing host! So helpful and friendly and accommodating and honest. You really should explain how huge and beautiful the apartment is-we had no idea! Thankyou for an amazing stay, we absolutely loved the apartment, it exceeded our expectations! Stefano you really were an amazing host! Thankyou! We highly recommend! The lock to the door to the apartment was a little tricky to operate, we were worried we might break the lock, it's a bit sticky, but we worked it out in the end! There is a washing machine but no dryer, so made drying clothes a little difficult. Thankfully it wasn't too cold. We weren't sure how to work the heating, but I am sure if we asked Stefano he would for sure have explained it. Maybe another extra blanket in each room would help for night time?

We very comfortably slept seven people with only two being a couple. The location is near the Colosseum and train station. It was very clean. No daily laundry but our stay was only three days.

No heat in bathrooms which was uncomfortable and large hall is also unheated. Kitchen had no microwave, but otherwise was fine. Furniture is badly stained- we put blankets on couches to sit on them. Beds are fine but pillows were super thin and flat. Took 3 to stack and use. We were only given 1 hand and bath towel each,2 total- and they were super thin. Felt like there should have been more towels snd much better quality. Felt like it was a 2.5 star facility.

• Vicky (9/5): We could not have dreamed up a better place for our trip. - It is astonishingly spacious, beautiful and easily absorbed 10 adults. The location is fantastic — a short walk to the Colosseum, Vintage Street, the metro and a high end grocery. The elevator is a lifesaver for luggage and bad knees. Bidets in every bath. A washer is so helpful! We felt immensely lucky to have found it. Small things: the bedroom and bathroom doors are very loud which at night is disturbing. The key lockbox system is a bit complicated especially in a dark hall.
• Mariefeeley (10/5): Large Lovely Apartment in Amazing Location in Rome. - We eventually worked out getting the keys and Stefano was so helpful when we called him due to the key problem. The apartment was AMAZING and had everything we could have asked for since there were 6 of us staying there (there was room for 8!) The location could not be beat. We never walked more than 30 minutes to get to any site in Rome. The kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine were a plus and the living room had a nice couch etc to relax. The rooms were IMMENSE and beautifully apportioned. I would definitely stay here again. A little noisy at night with the street noise but earplugs did the trick. Two keys to the apartment and front door would be helpful when there are many people staying and two groups want to do two different things. The cost was expensive but so worth it to us!

We loved having the washer and drying rack to do some laundry. Its very close to the metro to get around. Rooms were very large! The AC was so nice!! Beware there are several flights of stairs which didn't bother us, and a small little elevator. It is on a very busy street and there is a lot of street noise but it didn't bother us as we were so tired from exploring all day. There is a key code on the street and then a lock box at the door of the apartment. It was very hard to see the numbers on this box as there wasn't much light in the stairwell, but we managed. Wish there would have been a few spare rolls of toilet paper (the rolls are small rolls). We had to ask for more and ended up buying some too for reserves.

• Anna (9/5): Wonderful apartment. Close to everything. Safe. Wonderful host. - The apartment was extremely spacious and lovely. The most was excellent with great communication. Everything was safe and walkable to the ancient area and many great shops and restaurants. The host left goodies and arranged our airport taxi. My only note for those who really need quiet to sleep is that it is on a very busy street and so there is a lot of traffic noise outside at all hours. We otherwise enjoyed our stay tremendously! Just the noise outside the windows at night. Everything else was wonderful.

• Michael (10/5): Great place for a group stay! - It was perfect for the 5 of us, lots of room. It was a short walk from the train station. It was near to many of the sites in Rome. The host communicated often, and provided a lot of goos information. We all enjoyed it! Having a lift was a great asset. We can not provide any information that was not good! Everything was excellent! There was more traffic noise than our guests expected, but it was on a main street. Our guests live in single homes out in the countryside so they were not used to the traffic.....however everything else was fantastic.

• Kami (10/5): Wonderful property!! - Absolutely beautiful property. This is one case where I don’t think the pictures actually do the property justice. It is prettier than in person, and very clean as well. There are four very spacious bedrooms, a living room, kitchen/dining room and bathrooms. The two full bathrooms and one half bath are both off the main hallway. Please note there is no “en suite” bathroom in the unit, but this didn’t bother us at all. The washer is very good and there is a drying rack provided. There is a lift in the building as well as stairs. If you are American, we would say the apartment is on the third floor. There are grocery and restaurant options within a short walk. The owner helped coordinate our departure car to the airport, which was very kind and helpful. We also asked if it was possible to drop off bags and/or check in early. We were able to drop bags off early (around noon) and the cleaning crew did an amazing job finishing up earlier than originally planned. I just can’t say enough wonderful things about this apartment and our stay there and the wonderful host.

We had plenty of space and lots of options in the neighborhood fo - The location was amazing, we could walk everywhere or take a scooter or the subway. It was a very walkable neighborhood. The apartment is spacious and 7 of us were very comfortable. Very helpful host too! We liked everything. It is on a busy street, so be prepared for some typical car noise. If you are from the city you will be used to it.
