• Markéta (10/5): Skvělý pobyt v tiché oblasti ale živé centrum na dosah - Skvělá lokalita, poblíž spousta restaurací a varů, do půlhodiny pěšky veškeré hlavní památky. Velmi vstřícný přístup pro check in u check out. Prinpristi návštěvě Říma určitě rádi opět využijeme. Jediné co pro nás nebylo úplně ideální byla jedna společná velká peřina, ale to je v Itálii asi obvyklé.

• Monika (10/5): Ein perfektes Apartment in bester Lage - Die Lage des Apartments ist super. Man ist in ca 20 Min zu Fuß am Piazza Navona oder auch beim Vatikan. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man zudem unzählige Restaurants und Bars. Es fährt aber auch ein Bus in unmittelbarer Nähe der Unterkunft ab. Das Apartment selber ist sehr schön, groß, aufgeräumt, sauber, modern, ruhig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Durch die zwei Schlafzimmer und Bäder ist es optimal für 3-4 Personen. Martina, die Vermieterin, hat uns sehr viele wertvolle Tipps gegeben und ist wahnsinnig nett. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft zu 100% empfehlen. Es gab tatsächlich nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat. Es war alles perfekt.

• Suresh (9/5): Excellent stay in Trastevere which gave us a really good flavor of living in the neighborhood. - 1. Exceptionally well appointed apartment. 2B / 2 Ba. Well stocked kitchen with steel pots and pans. Although the non stick pans looked to be at end of life or not clean when we arrived. 2. Great location in Trastevere neighborhood. Access to tram lines 3 and 8 and to Bus H right across the road from the apt, so getting around to other parts of Rome was super convenient. 3. Martina, our host was exceptional and very responsive. We requested a bigger cutting board and some serving spoons that the apt did not have and she dropped them off the next day. 4. Apartment has a washer which was appreciated since we needed to wash our clothes. 5. Very good wifi 6. Very comfortable beds! 6. VERY Clean. 1. Washer was grungy and had mold because it sits on the balcony outside the kitchen...it needs to be cleaned up. 2. Some pots and pans need replacing. 3. TVs were essentially non-functional because they were not smart TVs connected to wifi. Nor did the provided connectors compatible with our devices to stream from our devices. (Small issue not a big deal)

• fatima (5/5): Overall the stay was ok but needs lots of improvement. - Location was good and accessible. For family of four staying for 5 days, toiletries , towels were insufficient. Electricity went off twice while we were preparing for breakfast , we were able to fix it quickly by fixing the fuse. Got to know that the fuse went off when too much electric appliances are running at the same time but it was scary as a visitor visiting Rome in summer these kind of issues with electricity. While taking shower we noticed that the water heating system was insufficient. Sometimes the water was too cold and sometimes it was too hot even when we set it at the right temperature. There is no dryer to dry the washed clothes. The TV cable was also pathetic.

• Harsh (9/5): Excellent location and beautiful apartment - Martina was incredibly great in her communication, and gave us quite a few recommendations that we followed and enjoyed. The apartment was lovely for a family of 3 with a toddler. We appreciated the ease of entering the property without keys, the apartment being quiet during the night despite proximity to Trastevere, and the very effective blackout shades that really blocked out all the light when needed to put a toddler to bed. The shower drain in one bathroom did not drain well, and we missed having a cutting board for meal prep.
• David (10/5): SUPER-COOL PLACE WITH FANTASTIC HOST AT INCREDIBLE PRICE! - The apartment is absolutely stunning, offering the perfect blend of modern amenities with the rich antiquity of Rome and Trastevere. To top it all off, Martina was an amazing host. She met us at check-in and provided a wealth of great suggestions for places to eat, how to get around, and more. It truly enhanced our stay. The only slight issue for me was the distance to some of the attractions. I initially thought I'd be able to walk to more places like the Vatican and Colosseum, but I overestimated my ability to do so every day, especially at my age. Let's face it—sightseeing in Roma (and all of Italy) involves a lot of walking. Fortunately, as Martina mentioned, it was easy to use cheaper alternatives to taxis to reach these sites. If I were to do this again, I’d make sure to familiarize myself with the train schedules in advance. That said, Trastevere is a much cooler place to stay, offering a vibrant dining scene and a fantastic atmosphere, even if a bit farther from the major attractions.

Could leave my belongings behind and sleep peacefully at night. The host Martina was excellent!! Informative and prompt when I had any questions leading up to our stay. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

• Tiziano (9/5): Overall very enjoyable experience - The place was clean and modern. The second bathroom was a bonus especially with kids. It was a walk or a short bus ride from most places. Martina offered some great info on where to eat and places to see. The only thing I would say it was lacking is some more wine glasss and little things for prepping a meal like salad spinner and tongs.

Lovely to come back to a cool apartment after a long day sightseeing. Everything is catered for. Martina is exceptional with lots of information about the area.There is a supermarket up the road on the right which is better than the mini markets on the main road. Better selection and better prices ! Would 100% recommend !!! We loved our stay Nothing !

She is professional and friendly , she made it look so easy, but I am sure it isn't. The location of the apartment is just perfect , 20-30 minutes away (maximum) from all major key points of the city. It is spotless clean and comfortable. If we will come, we would definitely choose this place again. Thank you for everything! Not the case.

Martina was a wonderful host and gave us invaluable information upon arrival. we would return. minor things like unable to connect a tablet to a tv but we really didn’t need it.
