• Astrid (9/5): Schöne Stadt, tolle Wohnung. - Schönes Appartement in idealer Lage. Den Petersplatz erreicht man in fünf Minuten. Und alle anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten erreicht man bequem mit dem Bus, wobei die Bushaltestellen auch nur fünf Minuten entfernt sind. Die Wohnung liegt in der zweiten bzw. dritten Etage. Die beiden letzten Treppen sind etwas schmal aber ansonsten alles problemlos. Der Vermieter Guido ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir sind vormittags in Rom angekommen und konnten schon gleich ins Appartement. Die Dachterrasse ist einmalig. Einen Tisch zum Essen, einen Bereich zum Entspannen und immer mit Blick auf die Kuppel vom Petersdom. Sogar vom Bett aus. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Supermarkt, Pizza to Go und einiges mehr im Umkreis von 10 Minuten. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist zwar immer von den persönlichen Ansprüchen abhängig, aber für uns ist Guido's Wohnung uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Nichts was mit der Wohnung zu tun hat. Rom ist inzwischen sehr voll geworden. Einige Sehenswürdigkeiten sollten vorgebucht werden, bei anderen sollte man vor Ort zeitlich flexibel sein und vielleicht noch einmal wiederkommen, wenn die Warteschlange kürzer ist. Wir haben das Colosseum und die Vatikanischen Museen vorgebucht, und in den Petersdom sind wir um 17 Uhr gegangen. Beim Pantheon war die Schlange für Barzahlungen wesentlich kürzer als die für Kartenzahlungen.
• MARIUSZ (10/5): - Ren och väl luktande lägenhet. Mycket bekvämma sängar. Stort kök med perfekt utrustning. Kaffemaskin med kaffe som värden bjudit på. Gott om snacks som värden bjudit på. Gott om vatten i flaskor som värden bjudit på. Fantastisk utsikt från terrassen: St. Peters Kyrka Cupolen! Enkel kommunikation med buss 64 från Roma Termini tåg station eller med metro (åk till Ottaviano metro station). Rekommenderar varmt detta boende. Inga negativa upplevelser
• Adrian (10/5): Great location and host. - The location is great, next to the official Vatican entrance. The flat is spacious, clean and the terrace is amazing - view and space. The host very prompt in answering and proactive providing advice on several topics around the stay in Rome. I haven’t got comments
• Árpád (10/5): Exquisite place - I booked it because of the location and the rooftop terrace. Seriously, consider extend your visit in Rome so you can spend some extra time at the rooftop, looking at St Peters Basilica

• Barbara Joyce (10/5): Good location, clean and comfortable, with a wonderful host. - It was very clean and comfortable with a wonderful rooftop terrace where we could sit in view of St.Peter’s Basilica. The beds were comfortable and all amenities were provided. The location was quiet and a short walk to many attractions. Our host was very kind and was there to check us in in person and to call us a taxi and see us off when it was time to leave. He was always available to answer any questions and I felt like he gave a little extra than other places that I have stayed.Some snacks etc. we’re provided which was also very welcoming and a nice added touch. Overall, we were very happy with the apartment.

Owner was extremely helpful and in close contact throughout our stay. The view from the rooftop terrace was wonderful. Nothing, all was perfect.
• Gerulf (9/5): Schönes Quartier für laue Abende auf der Terrasse nach einem Tag voll Erkundungen in Rom - Dieses Apartment war sehr schön. Eine riesige Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den Petersdom, 5 Gehminuten zum Petersplatz. Für einen Trip nach Rom gibt es in meinen Augen kaum ein besseres und unkomplizierteres Quartier. Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und ein Kind und hatten reichlich Platz. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und äußerst zuvorkommend.

• Kelly (10/5): Cupola Quiet Place was so comfortable and a welcome break to the crowds - The view of the Basilica never stopped being delightful, and having Vatican City as your next door neighbor was super convenient. When the weather permitted, we very much enjoyed spending time up on the terrace. Very nice. The property was clean and spacious and fit our needs perfectly. Our host was super kind and helpful.

• Craig (6/5): Enjoyed support from Guido and would having rates higher if no issues discussed in review were found. - Guido supported all our requests before, during and after our stay. He met us prior to our arrival and took our heavy suitcases up to 3rd flr apartment. He also arranged our travel to/from the airport. Our favorite dinner was from his recommendation our first nite. He made our stay outstanding. We didn’t realize how many steps would needed to reach apartment on 3rd floor. Also the kitchen on the upper floor with very thin steps was disappointing. We did not use at all during our stay. Also plumbing needs attention. The shower overflowed since the drain was not functioning properly. A vent line to outside would help verses hearing the upper sink drain gurgling. When taking shower needed to watch water drainage with lowering flow and turning off during bath.

The bedrooms have air-conditioning which, we were grateful for in the heat of Summer in Rome. Local recommendations and knowledge. Assistance booking transfers from and to the airport. The kitchen is well stocked with amenities including pods for the coffee machine. The couch is comfortable with a Smart TV in the lounge room. Good water pressure in the shower. Shutters on the windows keep the inside cool and dark for sleeping after a long haul international flight. Quick access to The Vatican next door for sightseeing. Sunrise on the terrace with my morning coffee was a dream. Very secure location. Grazie Guido! Not applicable

He answers every question immediately, gives us advices … He made sure, that there was water, coffee, spices, oil, snacks on arrival... The location is superb. Right next to the Basilica of St. Peter and the square. The view of the dome is stunning, both from the terrace and from the bedrooms. Especially in the evening, when the lights come on in the dome, you can't tear your eyes away. There is a bus stop 1 minute from the apartment, from where you can reach all directions in the city. Nearby there are bars and many restaurants with an excellent and very affordable food offer. We could not have chosen a better apartment and a better location. I highly recommend it. If we ever come to Rome again, we will choose this apartment again. /

• Andrzej (9/5): Superb - The apartment is located right next to the Vatican and all the time you have a wonderful view of the dome of St. Peter. A special place in the apartment is a large terrace, where you can relax after several days of sightseeing in Rome. The apartment is very clean and properly equipped. The beds are very comfortable. The host was very nice, communicative and always ready to help. It is quite far from the metro station, but there are bus stops nearby so no problem. It was absolutely the best choice and I sincerely recommend this place. There could be a bigger umbrella on the terrace against the sun. I have no other comments.

Drank wine every night with my dad on the balcony and will be a fond memory for all my life. Host was exceptionally hospitable, dropping off the keys with us in person. • Stine (10/5): Wonderful 4-night stay with the best view. - The view from the rooftop terrace is so faboulous that you almost want to stay and skip the touristing! The apartment is placed right next to the staff entrance of the Vatican - very exciting. Comfortable beds, good shower. Fully equipped kitchen, very friendly host. Secure neighbourhood with good restaurants with reasonable prices. We recommend Osteria dei Pontefici and Goose. We would definitely stay there again. Direct buses to Centro Storico and Piazza Venezia. Be aware of many steps, also inside the apartment. Not suitable for elderly people or families with young children. Not a problem for us at all, though.
• Jan (10/5): One of the best views in Rome - Excellent location with an astonishing terrace view over St.Peter's basilica. The apartment is cozy, clean and spacious. Perfect to relax with one of the best views in Rome. It is also about 5 minutes to The Vatican so you do not have to wake up too early to beat the lines to the basilica. Also, Guido was very helpful all the time. Highest recommendations. Nothing to mention
