• Matthias (7/5): Cosy apartment but access to unit is inconvenient - The interior was clean and cosy. Looks newly renovated. Lift does not work for my unit level. Hard time bringing up and down the luggages through 3 flights of stairs for seniors. Had to figure out access to apartment on our own, as staff not on site to help.

Metro y autobuses muy cerca Era una estancia para 5 personas, pero realmente preparado era para 4, ya que la quinta persona duerme en una cama de 90 encajada. Un solo baño para cinco personas se queda corto. Las camas necesitan un cambio, ya que son muy blandas. Igual que los cojines. Las almohadas tenían pelos ..

• Natha (8/5): - La ubicación. El apartamento no es lo que aparece del todo en las fotos. Poca luz, un poco dejado. La ducha tiene muy poca presión, el agua caliente va y viene y la ducha de arriba no funciona. La cama de la habitación principal necesita renovación. Faltan enchufes si enciendes las luces no puedes cargar dispositivos.

Hjälpsam värd som löste både tidig incheckning och transfer. Lägenheten är lite sliten och varmvattnet i duschen kommer och går.
• David (7/5): Adecuado y sin grandes pretensiones para visitar Roma en 2 ó 3 días - La ubicación es muy buena. Cerca de la estación de Roma Termini, y de las paradas de metro de Termini y Cavour. Muy cerca del barrio de Monti. En 15' o 20' caminado puedes llegar fácilmente al centro histórico y en 10' al Coliseo, Foro y Palatino. La cama de la habitación necesita una renovación. La estructura empieza a estar algo desgastada y el colchón resulta extremadamente blando. El baño es correcto, aunque la presión del agua es escasa, lo que dificulta el baño.

• Miranda (7/5): We had a great kick off to our Italian adventure, Grazie mille! - Location was very convenient to get to from Roma Termini. We were able to walk to the Colosseum easily. A very good spot if you are starting your Italian trip with a short stay in Rome. Water pressure and temperature cycled in the shower, ranging from icy to uncomfortably hot in seconds. Timely communication with hosts did feel hard at times, but we were having connection/data issues with our phones which may be a contributing factor.
• Eisi Biba (6/5): Ικανοποιητική, αλλά όχι όπως το περιμέναμε - Μας άρεσε η τοποθεσία , ήταν κοντά στο Κολοσσαίο , δίπλα στο σταθμό του τρένου-μετρό , 20 λεπτά μακριά από την Φοντάνα με τα πόδια . Αρκετά ευρύχωρο σαν σπίτι , είχε πιστολάκι για τα μαλλιά και σίδερο για τα ρούχα . Το μπάνιο ήταν καλό και καθαρό . Υπήρχε μεγάλος καθρέφτης έξω από το μπάνιο που βόλευε για να βαφόμαστε και να ετοιμαζόμαστε ταυτόχρονα πιο πολλά άτομα . Οι φωτογραφίες στην πλατφόρμα της booking θα έλεγα είναι αρκετά επεξεργασμένες , αρκετά έπιπλα ήταν διαφορετικά , ο καναπές όχι τόσο βολικός για ύπνο , το έπιπλο του κρεβατιού στην κρεβατοκάμαρα ήταν φθαρμένο-σκισμένο σε πολλά σημεία . Για θέρμανση είχε ερκοντισιον , εμείς πετύχαμε γενικά καλό καιρό και δεν είχαμε τόσο θέμα αλλά αν κάνει πολύ κρύο δεν ζεσταίνεται το σπίτι όπως θα έπρεπε . Επίσης είχε μόνο μια έξτρα κουβέρτα που την χρησιμοποιήσαμε αλλά θέλαμε και άλλη μια γιατί ήμασταν 4 άτομα και μας είπαν ότι δεν έχουν προς το παρόν .

• Yumi (8/5): Great location and great staff. We had a great stay. - Great location and staff are very friendly and nice. They provided enough toiletries stuff and it was nice stay we had. We couldn’t check in on time as the room was not ready. We needed to wait for 1.5-2H in the restaurant but meantime the staff lady came to provide all useful information for Rome sightseeing and neighborhood and she was very friendly and nice. Somehow hot water is on and off while having shower. Coffee machine and coffee capsules didn’t match.

Also walking distance to Colosseum. Good air-conditioning. Not much natural light so had to have the lights on all the time.

• Xavi (8/5): “Alojamiento limpio y práctico para explorar Roma” - Lo que más me gustó del alojamiento fue, sin duda, la limpieza, impecable en todo momento. También contaba con un buen aire acondicionado, algo fundamental para descansar cómodamente, y la ubicación era excelente: a solo 5 minutos del Coliseo romano y muy cerca tanto de la estación de Termini como del metro del Coliseo, lo que facilitaba mucho moverse por Roma. Lo que no me convenció tanto fue el baño. La ducha no funcionaba con total efectividad y la pieza del váter estaba rota, lo que restó un poco de comodidad. Aun así, en general, la estancia fue muy buena y lo recomendaría por su ubicación y limpieza.

Staff were very helpful in recommending places to visit and where to find the best restaurants Some small things in the place need fixing eg. toilet seat was loose.

Lejligheden er ikke hyggelig, inkl belysning (manglede blandt andet en lampeskærm). Toiletbræt sad løst. Lejligheden er fin hvis den kun skal benyttes overnatning, da den ikke indbyder til samvær.

• Krista (9/5): Family holiday - There was everything you needed. The apartment was quiet and there was air conditioner in two rooms. The machines did probably their best, but it was still 26 Celsius inside which was ok considering that outside was 36 Celsius.
• Tara (10/5): Enjoyed the stay. - The apartment was in a great neighbourhood and very close walking to all of the main attractions. The host was fantastic, arranged car pick up to and from the airport. The apartment was very clean and tidy.

Our bags were heavy and big and the elevator and staircase was too small. If someone told us then it at least we would have been prepared for it. • Jin (9/5): Great location, nice apartment - Nice apartment, clean and located in a great location near the train station and tourist attractions. Access was only by meeting in person the host not self check in, and only one set of keys.

This is a great property, especially with a family or if you have an extended stay, given - Fantastic location less than a 15 minute walk from the train station as well as the Colosseum and other attractions. No need to take buses or cabs have a kitchen and a laundry with the family was a huge bonus. Marta was extremely helpful.getting us settled in and orientated. She was also very responsive when we had questions or requests. No major concerns. We found the washing machine a little difficult to figure out, but that’s likely just us not being used to European washing machines. Another minor suggestion is to get an extension cord for the microwave since to plug it in.we had to put it on top of the stove. Really, these are first world problems and nothing to be too concerned about. Our family had a great stay in this property and loved the location given all the nearby attractions and restaurants.

• Jacqui (1/5): Awful apartment. Photos do not reflect brightness of room. It’s a 2 star but they’ve not kept the standard of place up t - It was awful. Don’t book! There were so many issues with this place I would avoid at all costs! The noise was the most annoying part. No lightbulbs in bedside lamps initially. They were replaced. There’s a thick layer of dust in bathroom! Bedroom was still far too dark even with these lampshades - very poor lighting and the photos not true reflection of reality. They are very old photos and many things are different. The sofa bed in the main room is blue not white. Bedroom mattress is so old it collapses every time you sit on it and far too soft. So uncomfortable that my back was sore by the end of 4 nights. Pillows are stained and yellow so disgusting to sleep on. Haven’t been washed or changed for years. Disgusting. Sheets are super thin because they are so old so hardly cover old mattress. Bathroom plug broken doesn’t close unless you reach underneath sink to fix. Bad Limescale stain build up in toilet. Very wobbly toilet seat. Mould in bathroom. Kitchen door broken and doesn’t close - can’t block light into this second bedroom! So not good for kids sleeping here. Very noisy apartment. Can hear neighbours TV, printer and when they talk through ceiling. Awful. Courtyard is the smokers place where men talk and smoke and you can hear everything they say so they wake you up! It’s awful place to stay! You can’t open window blinds because anyone can see in which makes it dark and lighting is very poor in bedroom and living room. Works and maintenance meant banging and hammering constantly which woke us early every morning and was non stop all morning. It was not a comfortable or relaxing stay and I would highly avoid this apartment. Possibly the worst place I’ve ever stayed and we’ve travelled a lot. When I raised my concerns, they said it’s not their fault about noise and no one has complained before. So this review is to warn people.

• Bill (7/5): Great location! - Great location, host met us on time, love the kitchen and living room is very large. The only thing I would improve is the bed and shower. I think the mattress needs to be replaced, it sort of sags in the middle. And the shower head didn’t work, had to use the shower hose.

The apartment is conveniently locsted located just a few minutes from the coliseum and within walking distance of allbthe great attractions in Rome. There are also restaurants and coffee shops close by. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The staff was wonderful, helpful and accommodated our every need including taxis to and from the airport. The mattresses were not great and there wasn't enough light in the apartment even when all the lights were on.
• Wander3l3c (6/5): The cost-benefit relation is not fair. - Location is great, you can walk or easily take a bus to main places in Rome. Hot water didn't work well and the apartment in general lack of maintenance. Mattresses were old and springs where in the surface making hard to rest. TV didn't work (no signal).

Great location, near to the all monuments and nice restaurants. Clean and with all facillitis! We had a wonderfull time in Rom and this place! Warm recomendation! Bed-soffa in the livingroom is a little bit hard, can be better, but fine for the kids anyway.

• Mihaela (5/5): No need for a trip to the catacombes, you will find them in Fresh Cavour House - location in the centre , close to restaurants, little groceries, clise to Santa Maria Maggiore where there are taxis available First and foremost entering this apartment is similar to entering a cave, a cellar,catacombes as there is no natural light - both rooms look unto a court shadowed by scaffolds. If you try to turn on the light - I mean we are still using electricity I suppose - you will be still in the dark with 2 lamps of 2 wats on the walls and in the befroom you have the same privilege. There was no blanket on the bed but the next day the owner brought us 2 sheets and 2 towels cleaned, some time before but cleaned and a new sheet under the name of blanket “ Lught ? What for ? this is light , outside too” the owner said 2 wats ok but can we have a toaster, a microwave as it was proudly advertised on the Booking com,? “ why microwave, you have the stove with gas” the owner said The fridge was half a mount of ice- what can we do ? Finally the owner ssid “ I might buy a microwave but it costs 100€ , expensive , maybe we ll wait for sales “ Maybe, who knows ? Does anybody know ? I saw in a shop across the street a microwave - 69 € but I was on vacation not on a mission of charity The smell of the house - pestilence; we had to carry out each bag of tresh in the street What about the lift/ elevator ? does it work ? The owner : “ of course but you don t need it because it s only one floor/ storey “ I insisted because I excused myself for having an ankle operation and after 3 days the administrator as we were told gave a key to the owner which we could use only to floor 2 and then go downstairs to our apart !!! Is is thrilling enough ? I can continue , but the AC worked On the above floor there were some american tourists and on the door it was written “ BED AND BREAKFAST” I suppose that is the level of all the building - very poor I was not afvertised that the degree of comfort is si low I wouldnt have booked it . Booking com had really no control on those scams ? ASuch owners are not controlled or amended?
