Если же важны удобное расположени - Проживали в этих апартаментах семьёй (2 взрослых и 2 ребёнка) и в целом остались довольны. Очень удачное расположение — рядом линия метро, магазины, при этом район красивый, жилой и не скучный. Удобно добираться до основных достопримечательностей. Сам дом и двор тоже производят приятное впечатление. Квартира с хорошей планировкой, для четверых места вполне достаточно. В наличии всё необходимое для проживания: посуда, утюг, фен и прочие бытовые мелочи. Полотенца и постельное бельё чистые. Не хватает более тщательной генеральной уборки — в некоторых углах и местах заметна пыль, которую, похоже, не убирали длительное время. Это легко исправить, поэтому немного удивляет, что этому не уделяется внимание. Также постельное бельё и полотенца уже стоит обновить на новые.

• Federica (6/5): - Casa grande, comoda ,con molti servizi vicino. Consiglierei maggiore pulizia degli ambienti, soprattutto del bagno. Vi era un odore sgradevole di fogna in tutta la casa, che ci siamo resi conto essere più forte durante le giornate di pioggia.

• Claudiu-Marius (6/5): Cheap pleasant stay - Host was very kind and bedroom bed was comfortable The other bed, the shower that had major stains, there were given only 2 paper rolls for a group of 4 people. Definitely the apartment is for 3 and not 4 people.

• Ivan (9/5): - Apartmani je blizu metro A linije. Lako se ide do sviih znamenitosti. Mnogo je trgovina blzu objekta. Gazdarica Megi pomaže i susrerljiva je. Objekt ima sve sadržaje. Sve je bilo dobro.

• Grzegorz (9/5): Obiekt czysty i zadbany, a do tego położony w dogodnej lokalizacji. - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, tuż obok metra, dzięki czemu dojazd do centrum był łatwy i szybki. Dookoła znajduje się również wiele punktów usługowych, łącznie z dużymi marketami i restauracjami. Łóżko w pokoju nieco skrzypiało. Bardzo wygodne, ale jednak trochę głośne.

• Marzanna (8/5): - Bliskość do metra ,sklepów spozywczych w spokojnej dzielnicy . Wystarczająco duży dla 4 dorosłych osób. Zbyt dużo różnych rzeczy w szafie . Pościeli i ręczniki powinny być białe nie różnokolorowe, aby mieć pewność, że nikt wcześniej przed nami ich nie używał.

• Andrea (9/5): - Majiteľka ústretová, milá, všetko zariadila, čo sme potrebovali. Apartmán mal všetko potrebné, izby dokonca s loggiou. Všetko čisté. V kuchyni aj čas, cukor. V kúpeľni uterák k dispozícií. Metrom síce 20 minút od Termini, ale na A trase, a pešo len pár minút do apartmánu. Odporúčam! Na sprche už vidieť známky času.
• Filip (9/5): - Apartmán je prostorný, čistý a velmi dobře vybavený. Zhruba 5 minut od stanice metra, v centru Říma cca za 20 minut. V případě špatného počasí je zde k dispozici Xbox a deskové hry. Majitelka bytu velice příjemná a byla s ní dobrá domluva v angličtině. Velký hluk ze sousedních bytů i z ulice.

• Loes (7/5): - The layout of the apartment is comfortable, big rooms. For a family get away this is perfect, you can cook and have breakfast on your own terms. Location is pretty good too. 5 minutes from the metro station. The neighbourhood is not touristy, and our taxi driver said to be careful. We did not have any bad experience The shower wasn't working properly, but this should be an easy fix and I've told the caretaker. Also the sinks in the bathroom and kitchen don't drain very well, also reported, so should also be fixed for the next stay. It was pretty clean at first sight, but looking closer there was quite some dust on the radiators and other places. The clean dishes were not clean, they seemed clean but were sticky. And they did not have fire alarms in place, and an expired fire extinguisher (almost 10 years expired). All easy fixes, so you can demand this works properly on your next stay.

• Sonia (8/5): Appartamento in ottima posizione - Ottima posizione. Appartamento accogliente e carino, con tutto il necessario,letto molto comodo. Metro a 200 m per andare ovunque e parcheggio gratuito disponibile. Tutto molto bene. Il wifi non funzionava, nonostante vari tentativi.

• Csilla (6/5): Jobbra számítottunk a leírás alapján. - Önálló lakás, 2 szoba, külön fürdőszoba. Nagyon zajos, szemben egy autómosó. A környék tele szeméttel, kukákkal. Az egyik fekhely kihúzhatós volt és nyikorgott a rátett matrac, amit letettünk a földre, hogy lehessen aludni. A zuhany gombja leesett. Nem volt kézmosó szappan. A klímák nagyon elavultak.. A hűtőben az előző lakó penészes zöldsége. Volt kávéfőző, de nem volt kávé.

• Tatjana (8/5): - Die Wohnung ist groß und gut ausgestattet.Die Küche hat genug Geschirr zum Kochen und es gab Gewürze, Olivenöl.Die Gastgebererin war freundlich.Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe vom Metro und die Fahrt zum Bahnhof dauert ungefähr 15 Minuten.Es gab auch in der Nähe Kaffees, kleine Restaurants, Supermarkt.Es war alles sauber. Das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer war groß, aber leider unbequem zum Schlafen (hat gequietscht). Das Schlafen war ein wenig schwer, weil man nachts von den Nachbarn des gesamten Hauses die Toilettenspülung hört. Man hat lange auf das heiße Wasser in der Dusche warten müssen.

• Mafalda (7/5): - O apartamento tem ar condicionado no quarto e na sala. O quarto é confortável A casa de banho não estava bem limpa. A sanita e o duche tinham sujidade à vista.
• Patrik (10/5): Super pobyt v Ríme - Všetko bolo super, kuchyňa plně vybavená s vecami na varenie ako olej, soľ, korenie - čaj, káva a iné teplé nápoje k dispozícií. Ubytovanie priestranné a čisté. Z ubytovateľkou sa dobre komunikovalo v Angličtine. možno hluk od susedov, ale nič čo by sa nedalo v pohode prežiť

• Elena (8/5): - Posizione ottima a pochi metri dalla metro, zona servita con moltissimi negozi di vario genere, la proprietaria persona disponibilissima,puntuale e precisa. Appartamento molto comodo per quattro persone,zona tranquilla e silenziosa ma al tempo stesso viva e frequenta,davvero un bel quartiere. Tutte le persone che abbiamo incontrato sono sempre state gentili e pazienti. Roma non è una città pulita,per chi ci nasce fa parte della vita per chi come noi viene da luoghi più campagnoli abituato a ville enormi è da vivere per qualche giorno. È comunque soggettivo.

• Lopez (9/5): Genial, lo recomiendo. - El apartamento está genial y muy limpio, la parada de metro muy cerca, en 20 min o menos estás en el centro. Varios sitios para comer en los alrededores a muy buen precio. No está en en centro ( pero el metro al lado,)

Location is crowded residential area
