Klam bed, klamme handdoeken, kleding wordt ook klam na 1-2 dagen. Kortom: te smerig voor woorden. En wil je in gesprek over je klacht is contact met de verhuurder niet mogelijk want die geeft niet thuis en reageert nergens meer op.

Cocina casi nada equipada ( ni una simple tostadora, solo 1 cucharilla, La terraza muy descuidada, los sofás estaban hundidos y la entrada y el pasillo no tenían luz y nos dimos cuenta que es que no tenían las bombillas puestas)....Escribimos a uno de los encargados (carol) por WhatsApp y aun estamos esperando respuesta una semana mas tarde... Sin embargo, Gianluca, ( otra de las personas encargadas) le escribimos para ver si podíamos dejar las maletas el último día y nos dio solución y nos escribió en seguida. Es un apartamento que podría ser de 10 pero en los que los pequeños detalles hacen que vayan bajando puntos... cosas por medio ( que no tenian sentido porque el espacio es enorme para guardar cada cosa en su sitio y sin embargo estaban ahi, tiradas y descuidadas) alguna cosa rota que se nota que lleva tiempo asi y se guarda en un cajón rota. Luces que no funcionan y 3 mandos de aparatos que, o no funcionan, o nunca supimos de qué eran porque no respondía nada a esos mandos... En las instrucciones nos dicen que habría mapas y panfletos de restaurantes que nunca aparecieron y que Carol nunca nos explicó, y la limpieza no era lo que mas destacaba en un espacio tan fácil de limpiar... En general la experiencia es buena, pero sería espectacular si cuidaran al cliente en los pequeños detalles que marcan la diferencia...

Appartamento pieno di muffa e odore sgradevole, termosifoni non funzionanti , l’unica fonte di calore era un piccolo condizionatore nella camera separata. L’host ci ha fatto pagare 56€ extra per le coperte e le lenzuola, se non lo pagavamo l’host non ci dava le lenzuola e gli asciugamani per dormire oltre alle informazioni del check in.

• Pedro Pablo Perrotti (5/5): - POSITIVO: La ubicación es muy buena y las instrucciones para llegar al apartamento son fáciles de seguir NEGATIVO: El amplificador de señal del wifi prácticamente no funcionaba, había que cambiarlo de ubicación para disponer de una minima señal y esta no era continua. En el baño no disponíamos de jabón de manos ni de gel de ducha. Por otro lado, el soporte en el que colocar la alcachofa de la ducha está roto. Creo que es necesario se provea de mantas para el frío.

Non mi è solito recensire in maniera negativa in quanto rispetto il lavoro e la professionalità che viene messa in atto dai gestori delle varie strutte in cui ho soggiornato. Purtroppo però, quando si raggiunge questo tipo di servizio, mi viene difficile contenermi. Il nostro soggiorno è durato 2 notti; la prima cosa che abbiamo sentito entrando all’interno dell’appartamento è un tanfo incredibilmente fastidioso di umidità e muffa che ricopriva l’intera area dell’alloggio, visibile sulle pareti, sui soffitti e nei bagni. Pavimento in legno rialzato a causa (presumo) di acqua/umidità, con anche un buco al centro del salone. Mancanza di servizi come un semplice e piccolo armadio, cosa che ci ha recato parecchio fastidio essendo scomodo non poter appendere i nostri abiti. Non si è potuto usufruire del riscaldamento in quando era chiaramente segnato con appositi avvisi sui termosifoni, l’unico modo per riscaldare l’ambiente era un semplice condizionatore che non riusciva a scaldare nemmeno una camera. Pessimo livello di pulizia (polvere, sporcizia sugli elettrodomestici e sulle pentole), sgabuzzino inutilizzabile a causa di innumerevoli panni sporchi dal quale fuoriusciva un odore di umidità. Sistema di ventilazione e ricircolo area assente, abbiamo dovuto aprire l’unica finestra dell’alloggio per far arieggiare l’appartamento. Attenzione anche al servizio asciugamani, non precisato e confuso all’interno della descrizione pre-prenotazione, si paga 40€ per avere 1 set a testa e le lenzuola dei letti. Infine, molto delusi dal servizio fornito dai vari HOST, 4 numeri di telefono dove solo 1 ha risposto, il quale per fortuna si è reso disponibile ad inviarci un tecnico per il clima (dato che inizialmente non funzionava), ma non ha comunque risolto il problema. In conclusione é davvero un peccato vedere questa indifferenza e poca manutenzione recata all’alloggio, in quanto il potenziale per renderlo vivibile e carino all’uso é molto alto, ottima invece la posizione.

• judith (1/5): Nada recomendable - Ubicación. Muy muy decepcionada con la experiencia. El colchón está directamente en el suelo y es horrible, muy incómodo. En la descripción pone que hay cafetera y es mentira, no hay ninguna. Avisé a los anfitriones y no recibí respuesta. También les informé de que el wifi no funcionaba y me ignoraron completamente, incluso avisando a través de Booking. No he recibido respuesta absolutamente a nada de lo que pregunté, escribiendo a los tres números de contacto que facilitan. La comunicación es inexistente. El agua caliente de la ducha sale a duras penas, prácticamente no te puedes duchar en condiciones. Además, la ducha no tiene ni tapón y las paredes están llenas de humedad. Pagando 40€ de limpieza, lo mínimo sería tener un baño decente. Encima, te cobran 10€ adicionales por sábanas y toallas. En la cocina solo hay una cuchara pequeña y una única olla. No hay ni una triste escoba. Las escaleras son muy, muy empinadas y, para colmo, una parte de la barandilla se mueve, lo que resulta bastante peligroso. Sinceramente, no lo recomiendo en absoluto. Que no te engañen: por este precio es mejor ir a un hotel. Aquí no puedes ni ducharte a gusto ni estar cómodo. Experiencia muy negativa.

En segundo lugar, las condiciones del apartamento eran pésimas por decirlo de alguna forma, nos tuvimos luz en ninguno de los 2 baños, 2 de los enchufes de la sala no funcionaban y había goteras en el salón que caían al sofá y a las escaleras, donde casi nos patinamos una mañana. Pero sin duda lo peor del apartamento fue que mientras dormíamos, entraron 2 personas al apartamento SIN AVISARNOS Y SIN TOCAR EL TIMBRE para coger algo de una trampilla que teníamos, me desperté con el ruido que hacían y de repente veo a 2 hombres en el apartamento. UN ALOJAMIENTO PÉSIMO.

Alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni, i gestori hanno smesso di rispondere. 350€ per una notte e nemmeno il rimborso. Sono dei CIARLATANI. È stato un soggiorno molto piacevole, peccato per alcune giornate di pioggia e freddo intenso, ma l'appartamento era ottimamente riscaldato in tutte le camere. Inoltre, in questo appartamento ci sono anche due bei bagni molto utili per famiglie più numerose. L'unico consiglio che mi sento di dare è quello di mettere qualche tendina nel soggiorno/cucina per avere un po' più di privacy e anche per il risveglio mattutino. Per questo motivo do 9 su 10 Eccellente la posizione in pieno centro storico a pochi minuti dal Panthéon, Fontana di Trevi e tanti altri punti di interesse turistico raggiungibili tranquillamente a piedi. Lo consiglio assolutamente.

I would think staying in a hostel would be better. Handles were broken on the door, mold and dirt in the bathroom, there was a thin mattress on the floor as the second "bed". Towels were tacked up as curtains, the place was freezing and no actual covers. The owners asked for our IDs by WhatsApp after we left- we had sent them days before. Complete disorganization.

L'alloggio si presenta in buono stato, le camere sono grandi e sono presenti due bagni (uno principale e uno di servizio senza doccia o vasca). L'appartamento ha uno stile particolare, luminoso e accogliente. Pet Friendly! Non sono presenti tende oscuranti nella zona soggiorno/notte, quindi non è possibile il buio durante le prime ore del mattino. Il prezzo delle lenzuola e delle asciugamani non è compreso nel totale offerto su booking (extra di 10 euro a persona). Nella camera da letto principale non è presente un lampadario ma bisogna utilizzare la piantana che emana poca luce. Il terrazzo è trascurato, poco pulito e con arredi un po' fatiscenti (peccato, potrebbe essere un vero plus!!!).
• divino sospiro (1/5): - Localização Pior alojamento onde alguma vez estivemos instalados. Tenham atenção ao reservar, pois o alojamento cobra uma taxa para toalhas e lençóis, isso mesmo LENÇÓIS!! Chegámos às 16:00, no horário combinado para check in, o apartamento estava ainda sujo e por limpar dos hóspedes anteriores. Fomos compreensivos pois teríamos de seguir de saída. Ao regressarmos nessa noite verificamos que não havia WiFi disponível e nem TV , o WiFi foi uma das razões que nos levou a reservar pois foi uma viagem de trabalho e íamos precisar. Não tivemos qualquer resposta do proprietário até ao dia seguinte quando nos foi dito que iria lá alguém. Continuamos sem WiFi e TV durante toda a estadia e sem assistência, apesar de todas as mensagens deixadas, nunca solucionaram o problema e deixaram-nos sem resposta e solução. Enviamos queixa ao Booking, ao qual o proprietário respondeu com a mentira deliberada que estava tudo a funcionar, não só por isto como pela total desconsideração na assistência, não há qualquer respeito pelos hóspedes. A cozinha não está preparada para preparar refeições, não há facas para preparar alimentos, não há toalhas de mesa nem guardanapos, a cafeteira está partida, nem um pano de louça e esponja existem à disposição. Pelo corredor da casa estão espalhados utensílios de limpeza e um aspirador. Quem ficar na sala que se prepare para acordar bem cedo, o teto da sala é coberto de vidros e tem uma porta também de vidro que daria para o exterior, se funcionasse, nenhum destes vidros tem um estore que seja possível fechar durante a noite e cobrir a luz que entra de manhã, a sala fica gelada e não há hipótese de dormir ali sem ligar o ar condicionado durante toda a noite, o que valeu uma bela dor de garganta e desconforto durante a noite devido ao ar extremamente seco.

The place is absolutely unacceptable and not worth considering under any circumstances — not even for the location. Just two days before my arrival, the host abruptly changed my booking, claiming there were ‘water issues’ in the original apartment. I later realized this was only the beginning of a series of serious problems. I was relocated to another unit where the heating did not work at all, in the middle of winter, while I was traveling with a 4-year-old child. The temperature inside was unbearable, and we were forced to heat water on the stove simply to manage basic needs, since the host stopped responding to my messages entirely. The apartment itself was in awful condition: cold, poorly maintained, and with a constant, overwhelming smell of damp that made the stay even more uncomfortable. Not only was there no functioning heating, but the host completely disappeared from the moment I checked in. He ignored every attempt at communication, never showed up in person, and demonstrated a shocking lack of responsibility and professionalism. I honestly cannot understand how this property is still listed. I would not recommend this place to anyone — not even to my worst enemy. It is unsafe, unreliable, and run by someone who clearly does not care about the wellbeing of their guests. Avoid this property at all costs. Stay date: December 2025.

We reported these issues to two different managers, but we did not receive any solution or response. Due to these unacceptable conditions, we had to leave the room earlier than planned. • Neil (2/5): Avoid - Location was the only positive Upon arrival I was asked for the tourist tax as expected but then also costs for linen ect which was not advertised. When I questioned this I was told I didn't have to pay. I was then told to pay the €12 before I could be given a code for the key, I asked the owner if I could pay once inside as my battery was on 2% and I was simply told no. at this point it was about 6pm and going dark, i had to walk around asking for people to help so I could charge my mobile. Hopefully no females find themselves in a similar situation, would not recommend for this alone..... Anyway..its a hard place to find as you share the entrance with the rear of a restaurants bin area, there's is a mouldy smell to the place, nothing quite works as it should and if it does, it'll be too dirty for you to want it to. The bed was missing slats underneath so as you can imagine not very comfortable. Floor is collapsing in the main room so nearly put my foot through that, the main lights just flashed so no good if you have epilepsy. The shower was dirty enough to make you not want to take a shower, and just realising now that not even a single bar of soap was left, the only thing provided was toilet roll. Thankfully I only spent 2 nights here, and the other cheaper apartments I stayed in for the remaining week made up for the horrid start I had, loved Italy but places like this ruin it.
• Lisa (1/5): BLACK MOLD, BROKEN FLOOR, SMELLS MILDEW/MOLD. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! - LOCATION!!! THIS PLACE HAD BLACK MOLD!! BROKEN FLOORS!!! SMELLED AWFUL (LIKE MILDEW AND MOLD). THE TV REMOTE DID NOT WORK WELL. THE BEDS WERE ON BROKEN FRAMES. NO BLANKETS ON THE BEDS. WHEN THE OWNERS MESSAGED ON WHATSAPP AND I REPLIED, THERE WAS NO RESPONSE! I HAVE PICTURES THAT I WANT TO POST ON REVIEWS SO OTHERS CAN READ AND SEE. ALSO THE PICTURES THAT WERE POSTED ON BOOKING.COM IS NOTHING WHAT WE ACTUALLY HAD.

• Lourenzo Alvarez Ruiz (7/5): - Lo mejor del apartamento es su ubicación, sin duda, en pleno centro de Roma, lo que permite hacer la mayoría de las visitas andando. Hay muchos restaurantes y tiendas en la zona. Es muy amplio, sobre todo la cocina, bien dotada, y el salón. No me gustó tener que pagar las toallas y las sábanas aparte y que no hubiera gel ni champú en el baño. Había muy poca luz en la casa, algunas bombillas estaban fundidas y en el dormitorio sólo había dos pequeñas lámparas. La comunicación con la agencia que lo lleva no es precisamente ejemplar. Tuve que repetir varias veces algunas preguntas para conseguir que me respondiesen. La televisión no funcionaba y la cafetera estaba rota. Pedí que solucionasen esos problemas y no siquiera se molestaron en responderme.

• Daria (10/5): Wir hatten unvergessliche Zeit und waren sehr zufrieden! - Schicke Apartment mitten in Rom. Sehr komfortabel und elegant. Fehlende Leuchtmittel an manchen Stellen. Etwas Staub unter den Betten.
• Pierre (2/5): Très mauvais séjour dans un appartement vétuste et insalubre. Hote absent et annonce trompeuse. - L'emplacement était bon La communication était mauvaise, nous n'avons rencontré personne, que des contacts WhatsApp. Le gérant nous a a proposé de payer en cash, nous avons refusé, il nous a changé d'appartement en invoquant une fuite d'eau. L'appartement donné était plus petit, sans chambre séparé, un loft que nous avons dû occuper avec nos jeunes enfants. L'appartement subissait un dégât des eaux: des traces de moisi aux murs, dans la salle de bain, une atmosphère humide et qui sentait le moisi, des équipements cassés (machine à laver) ou sommaire (5 assiettes, 5 jeux de couverts, très peu de verre, deux tasses). Je ne recommande pas du tout, état délabré, quand nous avons voulu contacter l'hôte pour exprimer notre mécontentement, il n'a pas répondu alors qu il répondait pour s'assurer du paiement. Beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c'est. Une honte de proposer cela à la location pour une famille avec jeunes enfants. Les enfants ont toussé suite à ce séjour, aucune VMC, une seule fenêtre dans tout l'appartement. Ne correspond pas du tout aux photos, c'est un appartement en sous sol, et non pas un appartement en étage avec plusieurs pièces. Une honte !

Vergogna!!!! - La posizione In primis che mi ha fatto bonificare 18€ per la tassa di soggiorno quando in Booking e’ dentro già nelle spese totali, e va be’, poi la pulizia, muri sporchi con la muffa, la doccia una vergogna…io mi vergognerei…ah poi senza armadi…..ma come si fa????e nulla neppure una bottiglia d’acqua, e zero posate….indomma queste Perrone se ne approfittano che chi arriva ha bisogno e dovrebbero vergognarsi !!

Заселение/ выселение удобное и самостоятельное. С хозяевами договорились про трансфер. Нет мыла помыть руки с дороги. Нет микроволновки. Нехватает освещения в комнатах и в ванной.

• Wendy (4/5): Nice apartment, poor management. - the location, the bathroom and the terrace are all big value adds to this property. It has so much potential to do better, The hosts need to improve their attention to customer care and they should be making more effort in creating positive guest experiences. It took a number of hours to access the apartment. I sat in my hire car with my cat for 2+ hours whilst waiting for responses from the hosts and airbnb. We eventually arrived in the dark..... I overlooked this and made the most of my stay, the apartment is very well located and very lovely, but the hosts let the experience down by their nonchalant attitudes. This host experience unfortunately got worse at check out. I was very ill for 24+ hours prior. As such I needed extra time to check out. I notified one of the hosts at 9am to advise of this issue. The message did not get communicated properly internally, and I had the house maid banging consistently on the door whilst I was trying to get myself together. Soon after the female host called me and spoke to me as if I was a naughty school girl. Interesting that my checkin was delayed by hours, by the hosts, with no apology.. yet I checked out 1.5 hours after their check out time, and I was scolded for it, with no care factor given to how sick I was, and no flexibility considering my checkin was delayed by 3 hours. Check out time is 10am. Check in time is 5pm... a seven hour window to clean rooms is excessive, whilst it also limits the guest experience as they are essentially paying for a full day but only getting use of a few hours. It seems like this apartment is managed by accountants, as opposed to hospitality focused hosts.
