Excellent location just 5 minutes walk to colosseum, staff were fantastic and the apartment was spacious and spotless! Area was quiet at night even with bars and restaurants within walking distance - would highly recommend this apartment to anyone! There was nothing not to like - it had everything you need!

Notre hôte Loredana nous a facilité notre séjour aussi bien dans le logement qu’avec de bonnes adresses à Rome. Elle a répondu rapidement à toutes nos questions tout au long du séjour. Near coliseum and forum, also several notable churches including St. John Lateran and San Clemente. There's a Metro stop at the coliseum. Small full service grocery about two blocks away (Carrefour) open 24/7. And Celio is a lovely quiet neighborhood. Recommend Luzzi, a casual neighborhood restaurant with tables outdoors. (Order the fried artichoke as appetizer. Good pizza too.) More staples in the kitchen would be nice - coffee, tea, sugar, cooking oil. (Appreciate the washer-dryer and laundry detergent!👍🏼)

Por decir algo pero no es malo solo es un consejito y es ke dentro del plato de ducha deberían de poner algun mueblito para poder poner el champoo,el gel,la crema,ah y subir un poco más la potencia de la luz porque al encender el horno se bajaban los plomos 😩😩

• Alexandra Paola (1/5): Pésimo - Pésima la atención, intalasiones viejas, el ascensor está clausurado hace tiempo, tuve que subir con el bebé,valija y coche por las escaleras, tuve que esperar más de dos horas para que me recibieran, tuve un inconveniente y se desentendieron. Pésimo, no lo recomiendo! Me quedé una sola noche, luego me fui a un hotel.

• William (10/5): Highly recommend this property, if we return to Rome this would be our first choice. - Property was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. Very well equipped, can’t think of anything that was missing. We had arranged transport from the airport through booking.com and Alessandro was waiting to check us in as we’d kept Weronika informed by text regarding our flight times and when we had left Ciampino Airport. Alessandro went through everything regarding the apartment and made sure we were happy before he left us. Location is 5 minutes from the Colloseum but the street location was very quiet. Lots of excellent restaurants nearby which cater for all tastes an budgets, there is also a small supermarket 5 minutes walk away. Nearest Metro station is about 10 mins walk. Nothing.

Спасибо команде, мы с удовольствием приедем еще!: - -Замечательное расположение. -Много свободного пространства и света. - Кровать с отличным матрасом и подушками, спишь как на облачке. -На кухне есть всё необходимое для готовки. -Есть лифт, что очень здорово помогло с чемоданами и для пожилых людей с больными ногами отлично! - Комфортная температура, на случай холода есть кондиционер с теплом ( отопление включают в ноябре). -Отличная обратная связь: в конце пребывания у нас случилась серьезная неприятность, но мы сразу связались с владельцами и проблема была оперативно решена, включая моральную поддержку. -Помощь с трансфером из/в аэропорт. -Отличный фен с диффузором (кудряшки оценят). -Есть стиральная и посудомоечная машина (но капсула у нас была только одна). Я бы не сказала, что это прям серьезные минусы, так как мы всегда берем уходовые средства с собой, но может для кого-то важно, что дается пару пакетиков шампуня и геля, а также небольшое мыло.
• Charlotte (10/5): My first city break, with great weather and a fab place to stay. - It was clean, the bed was comfy, and it had everything we needed. A great location, within walking distance to historic Rome. We were met at the property by Loredana and made to feel very welcome.
• Alexis (9/5): Super séjour entre filles à Rome - Pour notre première fois à Rome, nous sommes très content de notre logement. Points forts : la terrasse pour manger, très bon emplacement très proche du Colisée. Beaucoup de bus passent près du logement, on a pu aller partout sans difficulté même à pied. Il y a de bons restaurants aux abords du logement. Si vous avez des grosses valises, il y a un ascenseur, ce qui est rare dans ce type d'ancien bâtiment. Cuisine bien équipée. Le quartier est safe et agréable. Il faut absolument changer le rideau, il est trop court et pas assez large, ce qui inonde la salle de bain si on n'est pas attentif. Le balai était cassé et inutilisable. Lorsque l'on utilisait le four uniquement, le disjoncteur électrique tombait. La climatisation mérite un nettoyage.

• Donna (8/5): Great location and worth the price. - A very convenient location, a few streets away from the Colosseum, Palatine Hill, Roman Forum, restaurants, Metro and even grocery store. Most tourist attraction are near it walkable like at least 30 mins. The location was the best part. AC is a good addition ,it was hot when we had our vacation. And it met our expectations for what we mostly needed in the apartment during our stay. The sofabed please kindly change it, its really broken and uncomfortable to seat on. Also the tiles on the shower area are broken, things are falling apart theres also on the floor. The patio needed to be clean, it was dusty and some dried leaves. Other than that it was all good. BTW, you will throw your trash before you check out.

Banyoda dusakabin yapılsa daire çok daha değerli hale gelir. Perde steril ve kullanışlı değil. Buzdolabına açılmamış su ve/veya soda gibi içecekler ikram olarak konabilir.

Small investment into couch would elevate the apartment even further, as the current one is very noisy and impossible to use without distracting others.

There was not enough hygienic products only three little shampoo and three little soaps for 4 night and two guests. Bed was comfortable but little bit small and positioned in the corner of the room.

We had an amazing few days at this property and were absolutely delighted! The room was very clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. The host was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location of the apartment was perfect — close to Coliseum, and there are restaurants, shops, and within walking distance to the main attractions, yet in a peaceful and quiet area. It was the ideal balance of convenience and tranquility. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience, top-notch service, and a quiet yet convenient location!
• Laura (9/5): Superb - Very well situated near the Colloseum for an affordable price. Staff were extremely instructive and helpful from arrival. Rental was immaculatly clean and we felt very comfortable for our stay. Definitely recommend on your next visit to Rome as it is near many bus stops to get you to all locations around the city if you aren't feeling like walking. Grocery store, restaurants and pharmacies are all located within walking distance as well. That there was a shower curtain rather than a door but that is very much nitpicking.

• Kumud (3/5): Beds not comfortable - It was well equipped. Kitchenette was convenient. It had a nice sit out area but no view ! The main bed was too small for 2 people . The Sofa cum bed was uneven rickety and noisy ! We could not sleep for 3 nights at all ! Infact on the last night had to sleep on the floor ! It was very uncomfortable. I informed the concerned person but nothing was done !!
• Almakhan (8/5): Very good - Spacious and clean apartment, excellent internet, quiet area, good sound insulation, you can relax peacefully after all the excursions. 20 minutes drive to all museums by taxi, 30-40 minutes by public transport, the Coliseum is within walking distance, there is a minimarket and many good restaurants nearby there was no shampoo, slippers or robe.

• Jane (7/5): Lovely apartment, close to colosseum. Good facilities beware of overloading power. - It was a lovely apartment. Everything was new and clean and the facilities were very good. The additional of a tea towel and some dishwashing detergent would be good. The only real disadvantage of the apartment was the power shut down when you had more than a couple of things on. Our host warned us of this so we tried to reduce the risk by not having too many things on. We weren’t anticipating the power to shut down with just the stove, washing machine and tv on. The solution was not to flick a switch on the powers board in the flat as suggested. We were in the dark without any communication out as the modem went down and we were relying on WiFi. Fortunately the neighbours showed us the switchboard external to the flat.

Several grocery’s nearby The carpet was extremely dirty (we were with a little kid 1.1y.o.), nobody warned us about that. There was no stuff for washing cutlery and baby bottles, no napkins, no coffee, even no water bottles, no dust bags. The curtain in the shower smelled awfully. But the apartment was still cozy and quite comfy. Good bed and pillows. Elevator. Great terrace where you can spend time after long walks. Quiet. The area is super touristic and all the roads lead to Colosseum which is overcrowded. If you want to see the major sightseeings - good location. If you want to feel the city vibe - no. Good supermarket is 3 min walk. Metro is 5-7 min walk.

We were very uncomfortable

There was not a sufficient amount of toilet paper. Difficult to get in and out of the bed if 2 slept together.
• Andrea (1/5): stay away . no empathy, accommodation. , accountability or any type of reimbursement from staff, booking.com has to get - location and they had WiFi the staff. washer was broken the day I arrived (Sunday) . main reason I booked the place . my clothes got stuck in the washer contacted host right away . had to follow up for responses . received no concrete support until I was told that they’ll bring someone the next day. next day came no one showed up had to come tact host . host doesn’t respond unless I follow up in hour intervals . he eventually came try to fix it she couldn’t tasted property management company that owns the unit and others . it is still jammed . told him my concerns that my clothes are ruined checkout was the following day and need it resolved . since I had a carry one only had two sets of clothing not in the load. I had plans the following day and work . he said he’ll get back to me the same evening . didn’t hear back at all. had to follow up as usual . told him I can’t leave without my clothes in the washer . never heard back from him . used the app to contact property manager , haven’t heard back. decided to call booking.com . rep wasn’t helpful at all , she contacted the property manager . surprise manager answered the booking.com staff. rep told me to stay in the room someone will be coming soon to open the door. I’m like you can’t really trust their word . I need a late checkout to at least dry my clothes before heading out. she said I have to contact the property manager 40 min before checkout time. so I called directly the property manager , she sounded surprised and restated someone will be in asap . I said I need a late check out . we stayed in all morning without grabbing something to eat . she said no . I asked for late check out . she said no. she wasn’t being reasonable at all! called booking.com again hopefully I can get better resolution or the cops because that’s my property in the washer . what will they do with the next guest ?! new rep was much kinder and productive.
